A size of an agitating mechanism can be reduced. An agitating mechanism according to an aspect of the present disclosure is an agitating mechanism for agitating fluid flowing through inside a pipe, including: a rotary body placed inside the pipe so as to be able to rotate in a circumferential direction of an inner circumferential surface of the pipe; and a regulation part configured to regulate a movement of the rotary body in a longitudinal direction of the pipe. The rotary body includes a hollow part penetrating the pipe in the longitudinal direction of the pipe and an agitating blade provided in the hollow part.

A rotor of rotary electric machines includes a rotor core which include first and second core blocks. The first core block is formed by stacking the steel plates in a state where the steel plates are engaged by a first crimping portion and skewed in a first direction in a circumferential direction. The second core block is formed by stacking the steel plates in a state where the steel plates are engaged by a second crimping portion and skewed in a second direction facing the first direction. The first and second core blocks are connected in an axial direction in the rotor core. A hole for inserting the first crimping portion is provided in an intermediate steel plate which is part of the annular steel plates. This intermediate steel plate is provided at a block boundary position of the second core bock and is connected to the first core block.

Rotary electric machine and rotor mounted therein

A crash box capable of easily deforming into a bellows shape and absorbing impact energy more reliably, and its manufacturing method are provided. The present disclosure is applied to a crash box which is partly deformed in an axial direction to absorb impact energy when the crash box receives an impact in the axial direction. A first layer made of metal and a second layer made of metal containing a larger volume of bubbles than that of the first layer are alternately formed in the axial direction in the crash box according to the present disclosure.

An intake-port core includes a body part having the same outer shape as that of the intake port, a port-injector part having the same outer shape as that of a port-injector insertion part, and an extending part. A cooling-water flow-passage core includes a water-jacket core having the same outer shape as that of a water jacket. The intake-port core is inserted from the extending part thereof into the water-jacket core so as to join the cooling-water flow-passage core to the intake-port core. Thereafter, a core print part that is a separate body from the intake-port core is joined to the intake-port core.

The shaft includes a knurled portion on an end side and a small-diameter portion formed in a tip side via a first stepped surface. The rotor core includes a small diameter hole formed in a tip side end portion of the fitting hole press-fitted onto the small diameter portion, a large diameter hole formed in an end side of the small diameter hole via a second stepped surface, and a press-fitting portion press-fitted onto the knurled portion and is formed on an end side end portion of the large diameter hole. A space part is disposed between the first stepped surface and the second stepped surface.

Rotor of rotating electrical machine

A rotor includes a shaft having knurled portions and a rotor core having a fitting-recess that is fitted and fixed to the knurled portions. The shaft has a small diameter portion on one end of the knurled portions and a flange portion on another end. The rotor core has a small diameter hole on one end of the fitting-recess. When the fitting-recess is fitted into the knurled portions, an end face in the other end of the rotor core abuts the flange portion, while a stepped surface between the fitting-recess and the small diameter hole contacts with an end face in the one end of the knurled portions. Thus, a filler is sealed in gaps formed between the knurled portions and an internal wall of the fitting-recess.

A stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core having stator teeth and slots. The stator teeth each extend radially inward and are circumferentially spaced from one another. Each of the slots is formed between one circumferentially-facing pair of the stator teeth and opens at the radially inner periphery of the stator core. Each of the stator teeth has a distal end portion that includes a slit, a base part and an oblique part. The slit is formed in a distal end surface of the stator tooth and extends axially. The base part and the oblique part are formed respectively on opposite circumferential sides of the slit. The base part extends radially inward to have a distal end surface that makes up an inner-diameter surface of the stator core. The oblique part is bent toward an adjacent slot so as to extend obliquely with respect to the base part.

Stator for electric rotating machine and method of manufacturing the same

A stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core comprised of a plurality of stator core segments, a stator coil mounted on the stator core, and an outer cylinder that is fitted on die radially outer surfaces of the stator core segments so as to fasten the stator core segments together. The stator core has a recess formed in the radially outer surface of one of the stator core segments. The outer cylinder has a slit that radially penetrates the outer cylinder to connect the radially outer and inner surfaces of the outer cylinder and an engaging portion that adjoins the slit. The engaging portion of the outer cylinder is plastically deformed radially inward into the recess of the stator core so as to abut and thereby engage with side walls of the recess which face the engaging portion.

A stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core comprised of a plurality of stator core segments and an outer cylinder fitted on the radially outer surface of the stator core. The stator core has a recess formed in the radially outer surface and the recess has an engaging wall surface that extends in both the axial and radial directions of the stator core. The outer cylinder has a fastening portion for fastening the outer cylinder to the stator core. The fastening portion is formed to be partially surrounded by a plurality of first slits and a second slit. The fastening portion is bent radially inward to have a second slit-side end part thereof received in the recess of the stator core. Further, the second slit-side end part of the fastening portion has a distal end engaging with the engaging wall surface of the recess of the stator core.

Stator for rotating electric machine

A stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core comprised of a plurality of stator core segments, a stator coil mounted on the stator core, and an outer cylinder that is fitted on the radially outer surfaces of the stator core segments so as to fasten the stator core segments together. The stator core has a recess formed in the radially outer surface of one of the stator core segments. The outer cylinder has a slit that radially penetrates the outer cylinder to connect the radially outer and inner surfaces of the outer cylinder and an engaging portion that adjoins the slit. The engaging portion of the outer cylinder is plastically deformed radially inward into the recess of the stator core so as to abut and thereby engage with side walls of the recess which face the engaging portion.

The rotor for an electric rotating machine includes a rotor core fixed to a rotating shaft and formed with at least one magnet accommodating hole, a magnet accommodated in the magnet accommodating hole, a resin portion filled in the magnet accommodating hole accommodating the magnet, a first end plate fixed to the rotating shaft at one axial side of the rotor core, and a second end plate fixed to the rotating shaft at the other axial side of the rotor core. The axial fixing force of the second end plate against the rotating shaft is smaller than that of the first end plate. At least a part of the resin portion is present in an axial area between the magnet accommodated in the magnet accommodating hole and the first end plate, and the magnet is in direct contact with the second end plate.

Rotor for electric rotating machine

A motor mounted on a vehicle includes a housing; a shaft rotatably supported by the housing via a bearing; a rotor fixed to the shaft; a stator; and a detector that detects a rotational speed of the rotor. The stator includes: a stator core disposed at an outer circumferential side of the rotor to face the rotor in the radial direction along which the rotor and the stator are arranged to be adjacent each other; and a stator coil being wound around the stator core, the stator coil having a stator coil end formed at one end side of the stator coil in the axial direction. The detector is disposed between the stator coil end and the bearing that supports both ends of the shaft, and at least a part of detector is disposed to be overlapped in the radial direction with the stator coil end and the bearing.

On-vehicle motor including detector for detecting state of motor

The electric rotating machine includes a stator winding constituted of conductor segments each having a pair of in-slot portions and a coil end section projecting from both axial ends of a stator core. The coil end section includes a joint-side end portion having a skew portion intersecting with another one of the conductor segments at an axial end of the stator core. The skew portion is formed with a joint end portion at an extremity thereof, the joint end portion being formed with a conductor exposed portion where an inner conductor is exposed and joined to a conductor exposed portion of another conductor segment. A joint area between the joint end portions and a vicinity thereof are covered by an insulating resin member. The insulating resin member is thicker at a portion covering the conductor exposed portions than at a portion covering other than the conductor exposed portions.
