A security sensor device includes: a plurality of sensor units each of which includes an infrared ray detection element having a visual field in a predetermined target direction, the plurality of sensor units aligned in a predetermined arrangement direction; a plurality of optical systems through which detection rays transmit from a corresponding detection area to each infrared ray detection element, the plurality of optical systems aligned in the predetermined arrangement direction; a target object detection circuit into which an output signal is input from each infrared ray detection element; and a switching unit which is configured to change a configuration between each of the plurality of sensor units and the plurality of optical systems according to a user operation, so that two detections of low-place mounting detection and high-place mounting detection are respectively performed.

Solar battery-driven object detection system

Object detection device

Provided is a reverse connection preventing structure in a battery-driven object detection device, which has a simple structure capable of preventing reverse connection of even a battery whose projecting positive electrode is relatively lower in height. The structure has a holder for holding the battery including a first terminal for electrically connecting to a projecting positive electrode and a second terminal for electrically connecting to a negative electrode. The first terminal is formed in a printed circuit board. On the printed circuit board, an insulating member of less than 0.5 mm in thickness are provided around the circumference of the first terminal in such a manner as to allow the first terminal to come in contact with the positive electrode of the battery which is mounted correctly and as to prevent the first terminal from coming in contact with the negative electrode of the battery which is mounted reversely.

Reverse connection preventing structure for use in battery-driven object detection device

Object detection device provided with angle adjustment mechanism

To provide a sighting device for use in a security sensor system, in which device enables an operator, assigned to conduct a sighting work, to look into the sighting device from a proper direction. The sighting device includes an eyepiece lens provided with a microlens, an objective lens provided with a first marker encompassed within the field of view of the eyepiece lens, and a reflecting mirror disposed on an optical path between the eyepiece lens and the objective lens. The first marker is comprised of a circular contour line or a polygonal contour line and is so set that when a viewing axis offsets from a tolerance, the first marker is viewed with a part thereof dropped out having been offset from the field of view of the microlens.

An automatic angle adjustment unit () engages with and drivers a horizontal adjustment-engagement member () and a vertical adjustment-engagement member () of an object detection device (D) from the exterior. Automatic angle adjustment unit for use in object detection device

In a security sensor device an element unit () including a sensor elements () for transmitting or receiving a detection wave (IR) is supported on a sensor body () in such a manner as to adjust a horizontal deflecting angle and a vertical deflecting angle &#x3b8;v; a cover () is attached to the sensor body; and the center of pivotal movement () for the vertical deflection is displaced downward or upward from the intermediate portion of the element unit. A recessed portion () recessed inwardly of the cover is formed in a part of the cover corresponding to the part, to which the center of pivotal movement of the element unit is displaced, through a stepped portion (). A hood () for shielding a part of the region, where the detection wave passes for, from the airy region is provided above and near the center of pivotal movement.

To provide an anti-thief security sensor assembly in which the angle of an optical unit can be adjusted over a wide range without increasing the size thereof and in which an optical axis can easily be adjusted, the security sensor assembly includes an optical unit () mounted at its lateral sides on a support member () of a device body () for rotation about a horizontal pivot axis () for projecting or receiving a detecting wave.
