A novel plaster comprising a thermoplastic elastomer, an oil or higher fatty acid, a tack-providing resin and a medicinal ingredient. The plaster may be easily released therefrom without giving appreciable irritation or pain to the skin and body hairs of human bodies after applied thereto, while it may nevertheless exhibit satisfactory tackiness and adhesive strength when applied to human bodies.

Novel anthranilic acid derivatives

The present invention relates to the phenyl-propionic acid ester derivative of the following formula: ##STR1## The compound obtained by the present invention possesses a high degree of analgetic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity and causes little side effects on the gastro-intestinal tracts, when administered orally and topically, and it may be useful as an oral and topical analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agent.

Phenyl-i-propionic acid esters and pharmaceutical use thereof

The present invention relates to novel cyclohexanecarboxylic acid and its derivatives represented by the general formula: ##STR1## (wherein R.sup.1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen or methyl; R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, lower alkoxy with 1-6 carbons or amino acid rest. Novel cyclohexanecarboxylic acid and its derivatives

The present invention relates to the indoleacetic acid ester derivatives of the following general formula: ##STR1## WHEREIN N REPRESENTS AN INTEGER FROM ONE TO 3; R is selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, halogen, trihalomethyl, alkoxy, acyloxy, substituted phenyl, pyridyl and substituted pyridyl. These compounds possess a high degree of pharmacological activities such as analgetic, anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic activities as well as low side effects on the gastrointestinal tracts when given orally and topically, and therefore they may be useful as analgesics, anti-inflammatories and anti-pyretics for internal and external use.

Indoleacetic acid ester derivatives

The present invention relates to phenylacetic acid ester derivatives of the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein, R is selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl (other than ethyl) and substituted lower alkyl, and R' may be a hydrogen or methyl. The compounds obtained by the present invention possess a high degree of analgetic ,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activites and cause little side effects on the gastro-intestinal tracts, when administered orally and topically, and they may be useful as oral and topical analgetics, antipyretics and antiinflammatory agents.
