A current sensor includes a substrate, a first bus bar, and a second bus bar. The first bus bar has a first detection recess recessed in a square U-shape upstream in the extending direction (in the Y-direction) and a first adjustment recess downstream, with a first intermediate portion therebetween. The bottom surface of the first detection recess is a first bottom surface. The first sensitive axis of a first magneto-electric conversion element, if extended toward the second bus bar, abuts the body of the second bus bar at a portion where a second adjustment recess is provided.

Current sensor

A current sensor has two magnetic shields, a target current path, an adjacent current path, and a magneto-electric conversion element. The target current path includes a target partial current path positioned in a spacing. The adjacent current path includes an adjacent partial current path separated from the target partial current path at least in a first direction. Each magnetic shield includes a near end positioned on the same side as the adjacent partial current path in the first direction. In the first direction, the magneto-electric conversion element is positioned between the near end and the center position of the magnetic shield in the first direction.

A conductor includes a first conductor portion, which is separated from a first imaginary flat plane on which a magnetoresistance effect element is disposed, and through which a current to be measured flows parallel to a first imaginary straight line, a second conductor portion, which intersects the first imaginary flat plane and through which the current to be measured flows parallel to a second imaginary straight line, a bent portion, which is disposed between the second conductor portion and the first conductor portion and is bent in a direction parallel to the first imaginary straight line from a direction parallel to the second imaginary straight line, and a third conductor portion disposed between the bent portion and the first conductor portion. The magnetic field due to the current to be measured flowing through the second conductor portion is perpendicular to the first imaginary flat plane.

A current sensor includes a substrate, a first bus bar, and a second bus bar. The first bus bar includes a first terminal portion, a first rising portion, a first extending portion, a first cutout portion, and a first stepped portion. The second bus bar includes a second terminal portion, a second rising portion, a second extending portion, a second cutout portion, and a second stepped portion. The second stepped portion and the second rising portion are connected together. A second magneto-electric conversion element is mounted on the lower surface of the substrate. A first magneto-electric conversion elements is mounted on the upper surface of the substrate.

A noncontact voltage measurement apparatus includes a sensing electrode to which a voltage corresponding to an alternating current voltage is applied, a feedback electrode, a conductive movable body that is supported so as to be displaceable in accordance with the Coulomb force generated between the movable body and the sensing electrode and the Coulomb force generated between the movable body and the feedback electrode, an elastic force for causing the movable body to return to a predetermined neutral position acting on the movable body, a displacement detection unit configured to detect a displacement of the movable body, a voltage applying unit configured to apply an alternating current voltage to the feedback electrode, and a control unit configured to control the voltage to be output from the voltage applying unit such that a detection result of the displacement from the displacement detection unit approaches a predetermined reference value.

Noncontact voltage measurement apparatus

First and second magnetic detection units are disposed at positions where an S/N ratio, which is a ratio between the strength of a magnetic field generated by a current to be measured flowing through a current path and the strength of an external magnetic field, is the same. A processing unit determines a normal operation state in a case where the detection signal of the first magnetic detection unit and the detection signal of the second magnetic detection unit approximately match each other. The processing unit determines that either one of the first and second magnetic detection units has failed in a case where the detection signals do not match each other.

Current sensor having electromagnetic shield

In a non-contact voltage measurement device that can precisely measure an alternating-current voltage with a simple structure, a first capacitor and second capacitor, having mutually correlated capacitances, are respectively formed between a first electrode and a conductor and between a second electrode and the conductor. An alternating-current signal is given between the first electrode and a first reference potential. When a switch is off, a first charge detecting signal matching charges accumulated in the second capacitor by the alternating-current signal is created with the second electrode kept at the first reference potential. When the switch is on, a second charge detecting signal matching charges accumulated in the second capacitor by the alternating-current voltage is created with the second electrode kept at a second reference potential. A measurement of the alternating-current voltage is calculated in a calculating unit, according to the first charge detecting signal and second charge detecting signal.

Non-contact voltage measurement device

An output of a first sensor having a low sensitivity and an output of the second sensor having a high sensitivity are compared with each other, and thus it is determined whether a physical quantity becomes larger than a maximum value of a physical quantity capable of being measured in the second sensor. A sensor module is provided which is configured to switch a plurality of sensors capable of measuring different ranges and to extend a dynamic range by selecting the output of the second sensor in a selection unit in a case where the output of the first sensor and the output of the second sensor are coincident with each other, and selecting the output of the first sensor in the selection unit in a case where the output of the first sensor and the output of the second sensor are not coincident with each other.

Sensor module that switches plural sensors capable of measuring different ranges to extend dynamic range

In a storage device state detection method in which the SOH or SOC of the storage device is inferred from the internal impedance of the storage device: the internal resistance of the storage device is measured by using a signal with a first frequency at which the internal impedance is reduced as a temperature is raised, and the initial SOH or initial SOC of the storage device is calculated from the measured value of the internal resistance; the internal impedance is measured by using a signal with a second frequency at which the internal impedance is increased as a temperature is raised, and the internal temperature of the storage device is calculated from the measured value of the internal impedance; and the SOH or SOC is inferred by using the calculated value of the internal temperature to correct the initial SOH or initial SOC.

Storage device state detection method

A current sensor includes a folded-shaped current path including a pair of arm portions extending in parallel with each other, and a pair of magnetoelectric conversion elements provided so as to sandwich therebetween a symmetric axis passing between the pair of arm portions, the pair of magnetoelectric conversion elements being used for detecting magnetism caused by a current passing through the pair of arm portions, wherein a half-bridge circuit in which the pair of magnetoelectric conversion elements is series-connected and a signal is able to be extracted from a connection point between the pair of magnetoelectric conversion elements is formed, and sensitivity axes of the pair of magnetoelectric conversion elements are oriented in a same direction and sensitivity-influencing axes of the pair of magnetoelectric conversion elements are oriented in a same direction.

A current sensor includes first and second current paths each including a first conductive portion and second and third conductive portions extending in the X direction from both ends of the first conductive portion, and being neighboring and apart in the Y direction; and first and second magnetoelectric conversion elements arranged with the first conductive portion of the first current path interposed therebetween, and having sensitive axes along the Y direction. The second and third conductive portions of each of the first and second current paths are apart in the Z direction. The second conductive portion of the second current path is arranged in the Y direction with respect to the first and second magnetoelectric conversion elements. Perpendicular lines from the center line of the second conductive portion of the second current path to the first and second magnetoelectric conversion elements have the same direction and equivalent lengths.

A current sensor includes first and second magnetic sensors that are placed around a current line through which a current flows so that the current line is positioned therebetween, and that detect an induction field generated by the current. Each of the first and second magnetic sensors has a main sensitivity axis and a sub-sensitivity axis. The direction of the main sensitivity axis of each of the first and second magnetic sensors is oriented in a direction that is not orthogonal to the direction of the induction field. The directions of the main sensitivity axes of the first and second magnetic sensors are oriented in the same direction and the directions of the sub-sensitivity axes are oriented in the same direction, or the directions of the main sensitivity axes are oriented in opposite directions and the directions of the sub-sensitivity axes are oriented in opposite directions.

An internal impedance of an electrical storage device is measured by using a signal of a frequency which ions in the electrical storage device are difficult to follow (e.g., a frequency equal to or higher than 10 kHz), and an internal temperature of the electrical storage device is calculated from a measured value of the internal impedance.

Electrical storage device temperature measuring method

A magnetic balance type current sensor includes: a magnetic detection bridge circuit of which output varies due to an induced magnetic field from a current wire; a magnetic field attenuation unit that attenuates the induced magnetic field that acts on a magnetoresistive effect element; and a feedback coil which generates a cancel magnetic field that cancels the induced magnetic field in accordance with the output of the magnetic detection bridge circuit, and through which a current corresponding to the current to be measured flows when it enters a balanced state in which the cancel magnetic field and the induced magnetic field cancel each other, wherein the feedback coil is provided in such a manner that a direction of the cancel magnetic field that acts on the magnetic field attenuation unit is opposite to a direction of the induced magnetic field that acts on the magnetic field attenuation unit.

Magnetic balance type current sensor

A first magnetic sensor and a second magnetic sensor are disposed so that the main sensitivity axis direction of the first magnetic sensor is oriented in the direction of an induction magnetic field from a current flowing through a current line, the main sensitivity axis direction of the second magnetic sensor is oriented in a direction opposite to the direction of an induction magnetic field from the current flowing therethrough, the individual main sensitivity axis directions of the first and second magnetic sensors are oriented in a same direction, and the individual sub-sensitivity axis directions of the first and second magnetic sensors are oriented in the same directions as or directions opposite to the directions of the sub-sensitivity axis components of the induction magnetic fields to which the first and second magnetic sensors are individually subjected from a current flowing through an adjacent current line adjacent to the current line.
