A vehicle control system includes a processing device provided in a vehicle, an application unit (app unit) implemented by execution of an application program by the processing device, a function restriction determining unit determining whether function restriction on the app unit is to be performed based on a used key code, and a function restriction applying unit instructing the app unit to apply a determination result of the determination. The function restriction determining unit determines whether the function restriction on the app unit is to be performed based on a key code of the used electronic key at a plurality of predetermined times, and the function restriction applying unit instructs the app unit to apply the determination result upon activation of the application unit and when a notification of the determination result is received from the function restriction determining unit after the activation.

An electrochemical measurement device for measuring a chemical substance generated or consumed in a biological sample in a solution includes electrode surfaces, a spacer, and at least one wall plate. Messages are processed to generate effectiveness predictions and/or other insights associated with the messages. Candidate messages are processed through a natural language processing (NLP) component to parse the candidate message into message elements for further processing. The message elements are converted to a vector or set of vectors, which are provided as input to a machine learning model to make predictions of message effectiveness. A contribution score can be made for each message element of the candidate message, which may be indicative of the importance or relevance for the individual message element to the overall predicted message effectiveness. Other message elements not originally within the message can be provided as candidates to replace message elements already located within the message.
