The present invention provides a coil component and a method for making the coil component that includes: a coil section having a through hole and composed of a plurality of ring sections formed of a metallic flat plate disposed in a plane, connected to each other at ring connecting sections, having slits formed by cutting part of the ring sections, and bent at the ring connecting sections and placed one on top of another, terminals connected to the coiled section, and a package member covering the coil section and projecting the terminals therefrom. With this structure, the coil component operates in a high-frequency region, ensuring an inductance and infinitesimal direct-current resistance while being adaptable to a large current, and can be miniaturized.

Coil component and method of producing the same

It is an object of the present invention to provide an analysis device which can reproduce an image of an analysis object more accurately even when an analysis disc is an optical disc having the analysis object therein. A second pickup () is provided for capturing and tracing a track on an analysis disc (), and a first pickup () is provided which is fixed at a constant distance (L) from the second pickup () on the disc. A signal identical to the tracking signal of the second pickup () is applied to a tracking actuator for driving the optical path of the first pickup () in the radial direction of the analysis disc. A part of an analysis object () is traced and read while the position of the second pickup () in the radial direction is controlled at times.

Analysis device and analysis disc used for the same

The present invention provides a liquid specimen analysis disk assembly, which prevents a liquid specimen from adhering onto a surface of a disk and leaking out of the disk, and is easy to handle during injection of the specimen. The disk assembly includes a guide member detachably provided on the disk and having a guide hole for guiding a distal portion of a specimen injector toward a specimen injection port, so that the specimen is injected into a specimen spreading cavity or an internal channel from the specimen injection port and rotated about an axis of the disk, and the specimen spread in the channel following the rotation is optically scanned for analyzing. The distal portion of the specimen injector is inserted into the guide hole and assuredly guided to the center of the specimen injection port, thus preventing the specimen from adhering onto the disk surface around the injection port.

Liquid specimen analysis disk assembly

A coil component includes a coilhaving a through-hole, a magnetic core encapsulating the coil, and a terminal. The magnetic core includes a top portiondisposed at an upper part of the coil, a bottom portiondisposed at a lower part of the coil, and a middle portion. An outer layer thickness of the middle portion (W) is less than a diameter of the through-hole, while the top portion and the bottom portion are higher in density than the middle portion. The configuration of the present invention provides a small size coil component with less occurrence of magnetic saturation to prevent lowering of inductance even with thin topand bottom portions. The coil component further has improved reliability.
