An injection control device opens and closes a fuel injection valve by driving the fuel injection valve with a current to control fuel injection to an internal combustion engine. The injection control device includes: a booster circuit that boosts a battery voltage; a boosting control unit that performs boosting control on the booster circuit; and a charge control setting unit that sets charge permission or charge prohibition for the booster circuit to the boosting control unit.

An injection control device for a fuel injection valve includes: a current detection unit, a current area correction control unit, a storage unit, and a reference current value correction unit. The current area correction control unit corrects, based on an energization current profile, an area correction amount of an energization time to equalize the integrated current value of the energization current profile and an integrated current value of the detected current, and obtains the integrated current value of the current based on an attainment time from a start of energization of the fuel injection valve to an attainment of each of plural reference current values. The storage unit stores a reference attainment time. The reference current value correction unit corrects each reference current value based on a difference between the reference attainment time and a detected attainment time at a time of actual drive.

An injection control device includes: a booster circuit that boosts a battery voltage; a boosting control unit that performs boosting control on the booster circuit; a charge control setting unit that sets a charge prohibition time of the booster circuit for the boosting control unit; and a maximum time specification unit that specifies a maximum valve-closing detection time based on a valve-closing detection time.

An injection control device includes: an arithmetic unit that obtains a valve-closing time for stopping injection of fuel from a fuel injection valve based on a degree of variation in a time change of a voltage generated when the fuel injection valve is driven based on a required injection amount; an injection amount change unit that increases or decreases the required injection amount; and a learning unit that repeats injection control of the fuel to learn the valve-closing time obtained by the arithmetic unit.

An injection control device controls fuel injection to an internal-combustion engine by driving a fuel injection valve with an electric current to open and close the valve. The injection control device includes a boost circuit boosting a battery voltage; a boost controller controlling the boosting of the boost circuit; and a charge control setter setting charge permission or charge prohibition of the boost circuit to the boost controller. The charge control setter sets the charge permission or charge prohibition of the boost circuit to the boost controller according to a magnitude of an influence of a drive current error.

An injection control device includes: an area correction unit that calculates an energization time correction amount when executing a current drive of the fuel injection valve to inject a fuel from the fuel injection valve; an estimation unit that independently calculates an estimated energization time correction amount; a comparison unit that compares the energization time correction amount c with the estimated energization time correction amount; and a first abnormality determination unit that determines that the energization time correction amount is abnormal.

An injection control device includes: a conversion coefficient setter setting a conversion coefficient for each injection when a fuel injection valve is driven by an electric current to inject fuel from the fuel injection valve; and an area correction unit calculating an energization time correction amount by performing area correction using the conversion coefficient for each injection regardless of whether a drive current of the fuel injection valve has reached a target peak current or not.

An injection control device for a fuel injection valve includes: a current detection unit of the fuel injection valve; a current area correction control unit that performs current area correction for an area correction amount of an energization time to equalize the integrated current value of the energization current profile and an integrated current value of the detected current; and an information correction unit that learns and stores a reference attainment time, from a start of energization to an attainment of each of the plurality of reference currents, in a storage unit, and corrects information related to the current area correction based on a difference between the reference attainment time and an actual attainment time from the start of energization to the attainment of each reference current.

An injection control device includes: a drive control unit that controls energization by correcting an energization instruction time when injecting the fuel by executing the current-drive, and includes an energization time correction amount calculation unit that calculates an energization time correction amount by performing area correction on a current flowing through the fuel injection valve; an abnormality determination unit that determines an abnormality in a control system of the drive control unit; and a correction amount subtraction setting unit that stops a calculation of the energization time correction amount when the abnormality determination unit determines an abnormality, and controls the drive control unit to directly or stepwise reduce the energization time correction amount at an abnormality determination.

In a current-driving of a fuel injection valve to inject fuel through a single injection or a multi-stage injection, an energization time correction amount is calculated by performing area correction on a current flowing through the fuel injection valve. The single injection is switched to the multi-stage injection when the single injection is consecutively performed under a predetermined condition.

An injection controller includes a control IC outputting an energization instruction signal to apply a peak current to a fuel injection valve (i.e., an instruction TQ), and a current monitor unit detecting an electric current flowing in the fuel injection valve. The control IC corrects an output OFF time of the energization instruction signal based on a difference between (i) an integrated current of an ideal current profile which serves as a target current before reaching the peak current and (ii) an integrated current of an energization current in the fuel injection valve detected by the current monitor unit (i.e., an effective TQ).

A control device includes a plurality of sound reducing parts that is operated individually, when a predetermined condition for operation is met, at each of a plurality of timings when an operating sound is generated as a result of a movement of a valve body, in one open-and-close period, and that reduces the operating sound, at each of the plurality of the timings, by changing a period of energizing an electromagnetic part to an increase side relative to a normal time, an upper limit determination part that determines whether a required period of energizing the electromagnetic part in the one open-and-close period exceeds a predetermined upper limit value, when all the plurality of the sound reducing parts are operated, and a selectively operating part that selects and operates one or more of the plurality of the sound reducing parts to an extent that the required period of energizing does not exceed the upper limit value, when the upper limit determination part has determined that the required period of energizing exceeds the upper limit value.

Control device for high pressure pump

It is determined whether the execution conditions for the injection quantity variation correction are met, based on whether all of following conditions are satisfied: the engine operation is the stationary operation, the injection quantity of a fuel injection valve falls within the predetermined range, and the fuel pressure falls within the predetermined range. When the execution conditions are met, the fuel pressure decrease caused by the fuel injection of the fuel injection valve for each cylinder is calculated based on the output of a fuel pressure sensor, and the injection quantity variation correction to correct the injection quantity variation of the fuel injection valve for each cylinder is performed based on the fuel pressure decrease caused by the fuel injection of each cylinder. Thus, the fuel pressure decrease can be accurately calculated, the injection quantity variation of each cylinder is precisely corrected.
