A sensor device includes a sensor element, a supporting member, a substrate, and a bonding wire. The supporting member is electrically connected to the sensor element. The substrate is electrically connected to the supporting member. The bonding wire forms at least part of a connection path that electrically connects the sensor element and the supporting member together. The substrate and an installation member on which the sensor element is installed intersect with each other. The sensor element and the supporting member are separated from each other.

Sensor device and sensor

An inverter circuit includes a plurality of flying capacitors and converts a DC voltage supplied from a DC power supply into an AC voltage. A filter circuit approximates a waveform of an output voltage of the inverter circuit to a sinusoidal wave. An excess current protection circuit supplies a block signal for turning off a plurality of switching elements to the driving circuit when an excess current is detected. When at least one of an abnormal voltage in any of the plurality of flying capacitors and an abrupt change in an output voltage of the power converter occurs, voltages other than a positive voltage of the DC power supply, a negative voltage of the DC power supply, and a zero voltage are restricted from being output from the inverter circuit.

Power conversion device

In a power converter including: a first DC-DC converter, an inverter, and a control circuit, a second DC-DC converter that controls an input and an output of a power storage unit is connectable to a DC bus. The control circuit deactivates a reverse power flow suppression function for suppressing a reverse power flow from the inverter to a power system when the second DC-DC converter is not connected to the DC bus and activates the reverse power flow suppression function when the second DC-DC converter is connected to the DC bus.

The converter circuit includes an inverter. The converter circuit receives DC power from a DC power supply (such as a solar cell or a storage battery unit), has the DC power converted into AC power by at least the inverter, and outputs the AC power to a load or a power grid. A tubular elastic linkage device for axle beam for elastically linking a truck frame and an axle beam including: an inner axial member; two outer segments opposed in axis-perpendicular direction peripherally outside the inner axial member for attachment to a housing part on an axle-beam side; and a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting them. A pocket part opens in an outer peripheral face of the main rubber elastic body onto outside via a window penetrating one outer segment. A stopper supported by the inner axial member is disposed in the pocket part to face the housing part distantly via the window. Contact of the stopper with the housing part constitutes a displacement limitation mechanism between the inner axial member and the outer segments. The other outer segment has an aperture having the main rubber elastic body exposed outside via it.

Tubular elastic linkage device for axle beam

An individual detector comprises a range image sensor and an object detection stage. The range image sensor is disposed to face a detection area and generates a range image. When one or more physical objects exist in said area, each image element of the range image includes each distance value up to the one or more physical objects, respectively. Based on the range image generated with the sensor, the object detection stage separately detects the one or more physical objects in the area. Accordingly, it is possible to separately detect one or more physical objects in the detection area without increasing the number of constituent elements for detecting the one or more physical objects.

A drum type washing machine includes a rotary drum having an approximately horizontal or slanted rotational axis; an outer tub for accommodating the rotary drum therein; a driving motor for rotating the rotary drum; a detergent case for accommodating detergent therein; a first water supply unit for supplying water into the outer tub via the detergent case; a second water supply unit for supplying water into the rotary drum through a front opening thereof; and a controller for controlling operations of the driving motor and the first and the second water supply unit to execute a washing process during which water is supplied first up to a first water level, and the rotary drum is rotated at a first rotational speed for a time period, and then water is supplied up to a second water level, the first water level being lower than the second water level.

Drum type washing machine

A cleaning method includes a first operation step of allowing a mist of a first cleaning fluid atomized in the order of microns to permeate into and remain in a food debris stuck on a to-be-cleaned item for a predetermined period of time; and a second operation step of removing the food debris on the to-be-cleaned item by using a second cleaning fluid. The second operation step is to be performed after the first operation step.

Cleaning method and dishwasher using same

A washing basket doubling as a spin-drier is disposed rotatably in a water-tub. A motor drives the basket, which generates centrifugal force. The centrifugal force cause cleansing water to run through the fibers of clothes in the basket, thereby cleansing the clothes. A control device cause variation of the spinning of the basket so that the centrifugal force working on the clothes is varied, which cleanses the clothes more effectively. The clothes in the basket receive only water-moving-force, and they can be cleansed without being damage or entangled.

Washing machine

A washing machine having a water supply valve 10 to supply water into a washing spin tank 2. The washing spin tank 2 is rotatably provided inside outer tank 1. The washing machine also has a motor 5, etc., and a controller to control the washing machine as a whole. The controller is provided with a first process of rotating the washing spin tank 2 while supplying water and a second process of sprinkling water into the washing spin tank 2 after raising the washing water in between the outer tank 1 and the washing spin tank 2 by centrifugal force due to the rotation of the washing spin tank 2. The result being reduced damage and tangling of the wash while efficiently utilizing washing time, securing cleansing force, and reducing non-uniformity of washing.

A washing machine includes a wash-and-dewatering sink 4, a motor 6 rotating the wash-and-dewatering sink 4, a detergent fluid supply device 12 supplying detergent fluid to clothes in the wash-and-dewatering sink 4, and control unit controlling both the motor 6 and the detergent fluid supply device 12 in such a manner, when the wash-and-dewatering sink 4 is rotated by the motor 6, detergent fluid is supplied to the clothes in the wash-and-dewatering sink 4 by the detergent fluid supply device 12.

A semiconductor device having a multilayer interconnection structure includes a tungsten plug buried in a contact hole formed in an interlayer insulating film covering first aluminum interconnection with a first titanium film and a first titanium nitride film interposed therebetween, and second aluminum interconnection formed thereon with a second titanium film and a second titanium nitride film interposed therebetween. According to this structure, remaining particles of an alterated layer of aluminum formed on the surface of the first aluminum interconnection are removed, and the first aluminum interconnection reacts with the first titanium film to form an intermetallic compound, so that mixing of the interface between them is carried out. Coverage of the contact hole is improved by burying the tungsten plug.
