Component-mounting system includes multiple component mounting machines disposed along a board conveyance direction; feeder storage container for storing multiples of feeders, which are capable of being attached/detached to and from component mounting machines, in each stage among multiple stages; first feeder moving robot capable of exchanging feeder between the lowest stage among multiple stages of feeder storage container and component mounting machine; and second feeder moving robot capable of exchanging feeder between the lowest stage among multiple stages of feeder storage container and the other stages.

A substrate work system including a work device configured to perform predetermined work on a substrate by use of an exchangeable work unit includes a storage section configured to store the work unit, a maintenance device configured to perform maintenance of the work unit, a conveyance device capable of conveying the work unit, a determination section configured to determine a maintenance time for the work unit used in the work device based on quality information on work quality of the predetermined work, and a control section configured to, when the determination section determines that a maintenance time arrives, cause the conveyance device, the work device, and the maintenance device to unload the work unit, convey the work unit to the work device to exchange with the work unit that has been used, and convey the used-up work unit to the maintenance device.

Substrate work system

A component mounter includes a mounting tool to receive the electronic component in a component supply position and release the electronic component at a predetermined position on the board; an accommodation section accommodating mounting tools of multiple types; a head configured to detachably mount thereon a single mounting tool selected from the mounting tools of the multiple types in the accommodation section; a moving mechanism to move the head between the component supply position and the predetermined position on the board; an abnormality detecting section to detect an abnormality in relation to the mounting tool; and a selection section to select the mounting tool to be mounted on the head, and select a mounting tool of a second type, which differs from the mounting tool of a first type which is being mounted on the head, when the abnormality is detected by the abnormality detecting section.

Component mounter

A circuit-substrate-related-operation performing apparatus for performing a circuit-substrate-related operation which is an operation on a circuit substrate, including: a plurality of heads including at least one work head and at least one detection head; a head holding device configured to hold, at a holding portion thereof, one of the plurality of heads; a moving device configured to move the head holding device; a head stock device in which the plurality of heads are stocked; and a controller configured to control the circuit-substrate-related-operation performing apparatus, wherein the controller includes a head attachment control portion configured to control the moving device and the head holding device such that the head holding device is moved to a set position which is set with respect to the head stock device and such that an arbitrary one of the plurality of heads is held by the head holding device.

Circuit-substrate-related-operation performing apparatus

A component mounting system including mounting machines along a direction of conveying a circuit board; a feeder mount base in each of the mounting machines; a feeder removably mounted on the feeder mount base of each of the mounting machines; a mounting head in each of the mounting machines, the mounting head sucking a component supplied from the feeder for mounting on the circuit board; a moving mechanism in each of the mounting machines, the moving mechanism configured to removably mount and move the mounting head; an inspection camera unit configured to image an inspection target part of the circuit board; and an inspection image processing unit mounted, replaceably with the feeder, on the feeder mount base where the inspection camera unit is mounted, the inspection image processing unit processing an image signal output from the inspection camera unit to inspect the inspection target part.
