A manufacturing method of a liquid storage body includes: preparing a pre-restored storage body that has a bag to which a connection member is attached, and that is thereby sealed, the connection member being provided with a liquid outlet port, a storage-body-side electrical connection portion, a first receiving portion that receives a first positioning portion, and a second receiving portion that receives a second positioning portion; forming a communication portion that is in communication with the internal space of the bag by processing the bag; injecting a liquid from the communication portion into the internal space of the bag; and closing the communication portion so as to seal the bag.

Manufacturing method of liquid storage body and restored liquid storage body

There is provided a technique of improving the mounting position of a liquid container relative to a liquid ejection device. The liquid container configured to be mountable to and dismountable from a case of the liquid ejection device includes a bag-like member that has flexibility and that includes a containing portion provided to contain a liquid inside thereof; and connection member that is located at an end of the bag-like member. The connection member includes a liquid outlet configured such that a liquid introducing element of the liquid ejection device is inserted in the liquid outlet; a container-side electrical connecting structure configured such that a device-side electrical connecting structure of the liquid ejection device is connected with the container-side electrical connecting structure; and two guided elements configured such that at least respective parts of two guide elements of the case are fitted in the two guided elements in a state that the liquid container is placed in the case. In a mounting state that the liquid container is mounted to the liquid ejection device, the liquid outlet is located between the two guided elements, and the container-side electrical connecting structure is located between one of the two guided elements and the liquid outlet.

Liquid container

A liquid supplier can be attached to and detached from a case of a liquid ejection device, and includes a connection member located at an end of the case. The connection member includes a liquid outlet member including a liquid outlet port and a connection port, a container-side electric connector, a first receiving portion that receives a first positioning portion of the liquid ejection device, and a second receiving portion that receives a second positioning portion of the liquid ejection device. The width of the liquid supplier in the Z direction is smaller than a width in the Y direction and a width in the X direction. The liquid supplier further includes a tube whose one end is connected to the connection port, and into which liquid is injected from another end that is located outside the liquid ejection device.

Liquid supplier, liquid supply system, and method of manufacturing liquid supplier

A liquid container includes: a flexible bag provided with a liquid container that internally contains the liquid; a liquid outlet member attached to a one end portion of the bag; and a connection member that is attached to the one end portion of the bag so as to cover the liquid outlet member and a portion of the one end portion of the bag from the outside. The bag includes a sealed portion on an outer periphery side relative to the liquid container, the sealed portion includes a one end portion-side sealed portion, and a first width, which is a width of the one end portion-side sealed portion in at least a surrounding region of the connection member, is larger than a second width, which is a width of the sealed portion at other ends of the bag.

Liquid container and liquid ejection device

A packing member includes a first section arranged to face a first face of a flexible bag of the liquid container along a DW plane that includes the D direction and the W direction; a second section arranged to face a second face of the bag along the DW plane, and sandwiches the bag in the T direction in cooperation with the first section; a fixing portion that fixes the first section and the second section in a state of sandwiching the bag in the T direction; and a pressurizing portion that presses the region of a portion of the bag sandwiched between the first section and the second section in a fixed state where the bag is fixed between the first section and the second section by the fixing portion, such that pressure in the liquid storage portion rises.

Packing member for liquid container

The liquid container is detachable from a case of a liquid ejection apparatus. The liquid container has a bag-shaped member that is flexible and has a storage portion for storing a liquid therein, and a connection member attached to the bag-shaped member. The connection member has a liquid introducing outlet into which a liquid introducing portion of the liquid ejection apparatus is inserted, a container-side electrical connection unit to which an apparatus-side electrical connection unit of the liquid ejection apparatus is connected, and a handle that pivots with respect to the connection member. In a state where the liquid container is arranged in the case, the handle is provided at a position exposed to the outside of the case, and when the liquid container is mounted to/removed from the case, the handle is brought into a second orientation in which the handle is pivoted from a first orientation.

Provided is technology for improving a mechanism for attaching a cartridge to a printer. A cartridge includes a main body that includes a front face, a rear face that opposes the front face, a lower face, an upper face that opposes the lower face, and two side faces, a liquid container that is provided inside the main body, and contains liquid, a liquid supply port that is provided in the front face, and is connected to a liquid introduction portion of a printer so as to supply the liquid contained in the liquid container, a cartridge-side electrical connector that is provided in the front face, and is to be connected to a device-side electrical connector of the printer while receiving a biasing force from a terminal portion, and a lock mechanism that is provided in the rear face, and restricts movement of the cartridge in an attached state.

Cartridge and liquid supply unit

A cartridge includes: a case; an accommodation part inside of the case; a liquid leading-out port; a cartridge side electrical connection part; and a cartridge side fixation structure. Engagement of the device side fixation structure and the cartridge side fixation structure restricts moving the case in a state of being imparted with the force directing to &#x2212;Z direction. The cartridge side fixation structure and the cartridge side electrical connection part overlap with each other at least in a part when the cartridge is viewed in Z directions. A width of the cartridge in the Z direction is smaller than a width in Y direction and a width in the X directions.

Cartridge and liquid ejection system

The liquid container has a spacer member provided in the liquid storage portion. When three directions orthogonal to each other are assumed to be a D direction, a T direction, and a W direction, in the D direction, a direction from a liquid outlet portion toward the other edge portion of the bag is assumed to be a +D direction, and the opposite direction to the +D direction is assumed to be a &#x2212;D direction, and a direction in which the dimension of the outer shape of the liquid container is smallest is assumed to be the T direction, and the spacer member has, on the +D direction side, a face inclined such that the dimension in the T direction of the spacer member increases from the +D direction side toward the &#x2212;D direction side.

A liquid containing member that can supply a liquid having a uniform concentration of a precipitating component to a liquid ejecting portion is provided. A liquid containing member includes: a liquid containing portion that can contain ink; a liquid supply port for supplying the ink contained in the liquid containing portion to a liquid ejection head; and a communication channel that is in communication with the liquid containing portion and the liquid supply port. The communication channel has a first end that is positioned at a lower end on the gravity direction side in the liquid containing portion and can suck the ink, and a second end that is positioned closer to the anti-gravity direction side than the first end is, and can suck the ink, in an in-use state in which the ink is supplied from the liquid supply port to the liquid ejection head.

Liquid containing member

Provided is a liquid ejection device including a liquid container tray that can suppress change in orientation and position of a liquid container on a support surface due to the difference in size of the liquid container. The liquid ejection device includes: a casing including a guide wall: a liquid container tray configured to support a liquid container: and a recording head that ejects liquid supplied from the liquid container that is supported by the liquid container tray to a medium. The liquid container tray is configured to be inserted to or removed from a casing along the guide wall, and includes a support surface that supports the liquid container and a movable wall configured to move in at least one direction on the support surface.

Liquid container tray and liquid ejection device

An ink container that is attachable to and detachable from an ink supply apparatus that supplies ink, which is an example of a liquid, to a liquid injection apparatus, the ink container including: an ink container part that houses ink; a base member that is located at an end of the ink container part and that projects further outside than the ink container part; an ink outlet part that is provided on the base member so as to project from the base member in a V axis direction intersecting a direction in which the base member projects from the ink container part, and that is in communication with an inside of the ink container part via the base member; and a handle part that is provided on the opposite side to the ink outlet part side of the base member and that projects from the base member in a direction opposite to a direction in which the ink outlet part projects from the base member.

A ferroelectric memory device includes memory cells using ferroelectric capacitors provided at intersections of local bit lines associated with a main bit line and word lines. The ferroelectric memory device includes: first and second local bit lines associated with a first main bit line; first and second connection transistors for connecting the first and second local bit lines to the first main bit line; first and second grounding transistors for grounding the first and second local bit lines; a first selection line that is commonly connected to gates of the first grounding transistor and the second connection transistor; and a second selection line that is commonly connected to gates of the first connection transistor and the second grounding transistor.
