The mesh-patterned resin molded product (), in a case of an ordinary state where no load is applied to the mesh-patterned resin molded product (), includes a plurality of first resin wired portions () that extend parallel to each other, and a plurality of second resin wired portions () that extend parallel to each other in a direction respectively intersecting the first resin wired portions (). A heat resistant air hose which is excellent in oil-bleeding resistance and causes reduced vibration noise is provided. The heat resistant air hose has an inner layer formed of an inner layer material comprising silicone rubber as a major component thereof; and an outer layer provided on an outer periphery of the inner layer and formed of an outer layer material comprising acrylic rubber as a major component thereof, and the acrylic rubber contains not less than 50 wt % of ethyl acrylate and has a dissipation factor (tan &#x3b4;) of not less than 0.09 at 150 &#xb0; C. and a storage elastic modulus (E') of not less than 7.0 MPa.

Heat resistant air hose

An acrylic rubber composition in which the base material is an acrylic rubber comprising monomer units of ethyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, and cure site monomer, with a ratio (B/A) of the amount of n-butyl acrylate (B) with respect to ethyl acrylate (A) of 1.0 or less by weight. A heat-resistant hose having a layer of this acrylic rubber composition as the innermost layer. The above constitution of the invention provides the acrylic rubber composition effective for preventing aluminum fixing while retaining the material properties of acrylic rubber and its excellent characteristics. The present invention also provides a heat-resistant hose using this acrylic rubber composition at the surface which is to be fitted with an aluminum member.

Joining structure for an acrylic rubber composition and heat-resistant hose

A resin composite fuel hose of a multilayer construction includes a resin layer as a barrier layer having a fuel permeation resistance, an inner rubber layer as an inner surface layer laminated on an inner side of the resin layer and an outer rubber layer laminated on an outer side of the resin layer. The outer rubber layer has a rubber hardness degree equal to or greater than that of the inner rubber layer, and the inner rubber layer has a permanent elongation equal to or less than 90%.

Elastic sealing member for fuel tank

A quick connector is provided with a connector housing and a wire retainer. The connector housing has a retainer mounting portion which is formed with engagement slits. The wire retainer is mounted on the retainer mounting portion such that engaging arms enter the engagement slits and project in the retainer mounting portion. Each of the engaging slits has a width larger than a diameter of the engaging arm in order to generate a collision noise by collision between the engaging arm and the connector housing or the pipe upon completion of closing motion of the engaging arms.

Quick connector

A first quick connector is provided with a connector housing and a wire retainer. The connector housing has a retainer mounting portion which is formed with engagement slits. The wire retainer is mounted on the retainer mounting portion such that engagement arms enter the engagement slits and project in the retainer mounting portion. Each of the engagement slits has a first slit part on one circumferential end and a second slit part on the other circumferential end with intervening a divider portion therebetween.

Acrylic rubber composition and heat-resistant hose

In a holder having a holder base and holding arms and used for holding a hose clamp in position, the holder base is so constructed as to be capable of being positioned on the outer periphery of an annular hose clamp and a pair of holding arms protrude from each of a pair of opposite lateral edges of the holder base. Each pair of holding arms are so shaped as to define a pair of opposed arcs extending along a circumference A having a diameter somewhat smaller than the outside diameter of a hose. Each holding arm has a sharp projection Bformed on its inner peripheral surface at its distal end and directed substantially toward the center of the circumference A, or more inwardly than it. The clamp holder facilitates the preliminary holding of a hose clamp in position on a hose without damaging the hose, and without slipping off the hose or being displaced easily.

A flexible fiber inforced hose comprises an inner rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, and a fiber reinforced layer provided between the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer, wherein the fiber reinforced layer is constructed by using a reinforcing fiber of at least one raw yarn, which is a spanized yarn consisting of monofilaments made of a para aromatic polyamide material. Such a fiber reinforced hose has excellent heat resistance, tensile strength, and adhesiveness with the rubber layers, as well as durability against repetitive pressurizations.

A hard pipe has an annular stop projection formed about its portion press fitted in a flexible hose to make a hose connecting structure. The projection has a cross sectional contour including a gentle outward slope extending from the front end of the projection to a first corner, which makes the angle of the subsequent second corner gentle, and a rear face at the second corner extending inwardly toward the longitudinal axis of the pipe at right angles thereto. The hose connecting structure has high levels of pull-out strength and sealing properties without having the hose damaged by the projection on the pipe.
