Discharge of electricity from a drive battery is started, and after a lapse of a predetermined time from the start of supply of electric power to a V2X device or power source apparatus, quick charging contactors are opened (S-S) and then failure diagnosis is executed (S). If a failure is detected, a warning is initiated and restart of the electric power supply is inhibited (S, S, S, S). On the other hand, if no failure is detected, an open circuit voltage is detected, and the remaining capacity of the drive battery is calculated based on the open circuit voltage (S-S). The calculated remaining battery capacity is memorized (S). Subsequently, the electric power supply from the drive battery to the V2X device or power source apparatus is restarted (S).

The battery positioning structure includes a bracket having at opposite ends not only check plates which are configured to be positioned on a body of the electric vehicle but also locks at opposite side edges of the bracket, the bracket being configured to be attached to outer surfaces of the battery modules and to unite the battery modules, and bands configured to extend across the bracket, and linked to the locks at opposite ends of the bracket. A battery includes a battery casing, a lid member, and a pair of terminals. The battery casing has an opening and a battery element stowed in the inside, and is formed of a film material. The lid member is stowed in the opening and is adhered to an opening edge of the battery casing, thereby hermetically sealing the opening. The pair of terminals are provided to the lid member.

Disclosed are a crosslinked gelatin microspheres containing CSF and a water soluble CSF-gelatin conjugate. Both the microspheres and the water soluble conjugate provide an improved CSF stability. They have a high potentiation on the antitumor activity of macrophages in respect of the CSF amount and the time required for macrophage activation and are effective in maintaining their activated state for a long period, compared with the native CSF.
