Provided is an imaging system capable of stereo-photographing with both of visible and infrared images, and improving color reproducibility in visible-light-photographing. The imaging system includes two imaging sensors, and two DBPFs that have transmittance characteristics in a visible light band and a second wavelength band, are respectively provided correspondingly to the two imaging sensors, and serve as optical filters. The imaging system has: at least four kinds of filters, which have mutual different spectral transmission characteristics corresponding to wavelengths in the visible light band and whose transmissions in a second wavelength band approximate each other; and two color filters provided so as respectively correspond to the two imaging sensors. The imaging system measures a distance to a target based on two visible or infrared image signals.

Imaging apparatus and imaging system

A stereo imaging device is capable of detecting a target with a high precision, while photographing a wide range. The stereo imaging device has an imaging unitincluding a lens and an imaging sensor. The lens has a low distortion region and a high distortion region, the low distortion region being a portion having a distortion smaller than a predetermined amount, the high distortion region being a portion having a distortion larger than the low distortion region. A cutout unit outputs an image from which a range including a detection target has been cut out from an area photographed through the low distortion region, such output being performed for image photographed by a pair of imaging units when a detection target is present within an area photographed through the low distortion region. A detection unit detects a detection target based on the cutout image.

Stereo imaging device with image distortion correction

Provided is an imaging system capable of stereo-photographing with both of visible and infrared images, and improving color reproducibility in visible-light-photographing. The imaging system includes two imaging sensors, and two DBPFsthat have transmittance characteristics in a visible light band and a second wavelength band, are respectively provided correspondingly to the two imaging sensors, and serve as optical filters. An imaging sensor includes a color filter, and DBPF that has a transmission characteristic in a visible-light band, a blocking characteristic in a first wavelength band adjacent to a long-wavelength side of the visible-light band, and a transmission characteristic in a second wavelength band that is a part of the first wavelength band. A transmission characteristic of DBPF and a transmission characteristic of each filter part of the color filter are set in such a manner that the second wavelength band of DBPF is included in a third wavelength band that is a wavelength band in which transmittance of the filter parts in colors is approximate to each other on a long-wavelength side of the visible-light band and a fourth wavelength band that is a wavelength band in which a filter part for infrared light has a transmission characteristic.

Imaging sensor and imaging device

An image processing system for reducing a calculation amount when calculating a parallax using an image of stereo photography. Reduced image data is generated by reducing image data respectively photographed by a plurality of cameras for stereo photographing, followed by reducing the number of pixels of image data. The image data and the reduced image data are stored in a memory. A plurality of reduced image data having the same photographing period are compared with each other to find a parallax. A parallax calculation region is set which includes the same position as a region where a parallax has been detected on reduced image data among a plurality of image data having the same photographing period. A parallax is calculated in the parallax calculation region of the image data formed before image reduction, and such parallax is used as a parallax of the image data formed before image reduction.

System for processing an image obtained by using stereo photography

An imaging processing device and an imaging processing method that can solve a problem generated in visible light photographing in a case where DBPF is used instead of an infrared cut filter. An imaging sensor includes a color filter, and DBPH that has a transmission characteristic in a visible-light band, blocking characteristic in a first wavelength band adjacent to a long-wavelength side of the visible-light band, and transmission characteristic in a second wavelength band that is a part of the first wavelength band. A signal processing unit subtracts an infrared signal, which is output from an infrared pixel, from each color signal output from a pixel in each color of visible light in the imaging sensor. Here, in a case where each color signal reaches a pixel saturation level, control of performing correction in such a manner that an infrared signal subtracted from each color signal is lowered is performed.

Imaging processing device and imaging processing method

Provided is portable photography device capable of appropriately control an on/off state of a light source during photography, and reliably carrying out photography by a camera of a portable terminal when the light source is on. The portable photography device includes a smartphone with a camera, and a lens module including LEDs, having different wavelengths, a conversion lens, and light source control unit. The smartphone includes light on/off detection unit that detects the on/off state of each of the LEDs, photography control unit that controls photography by the camera, and display control unit that associates a photographed image taken by the camera with the LEDs, for display on the screen of the smartphone. As a result, it is possible to appropriately control the on/off state of the LEDs, during carrying out photography and reliably photographing skin with the camera of the smartphone.

Lens module and portable photography device

A biometric information acquisition apparatus includes: a light guide that guides a light beam through a plurality of light reflective surfaces; and an image pickup unit that receives the light beam output from the light guide and captures a subject image. The light guide includes an input surface that receives the subject image and is provided at a front surface side; a first light reflective surface that is opposed to the input surface and is provided at a back surface side; and a second light reflective surface that extends in a thickness direction of the light guide. A subject image can be acquired within a desired range by employing the light guide, while suppressing an increase in size of the biometric information acquisition apparatus.
