A front end circuit includes a variable matching circuit connected to a diplexer and a switch connector connected between an antenna port and the diplexer. The variable matching circuit selectively connects matching circuits to a signal path. When one of the matching circuits is connected, the impedance as viewed from the switch connector matches an impedance of a measurement circuit near a normalized impedance of 1 in a predetermined communication band, whereas when the other matching circuit is connected, the impedance viewed from the antenna port conjugate-matches the impedance of an antenna circuit in a predetermined communication band.

Front end circuit and wireless communication device

An antenna device includes a communication module and a loop-shaped conductor. The communication module has a substrate on which an approximately rectangular ground conductor is formed. A non-ground region is provided along one side of the ground conductor. A transmission line and a radiation element are formed in the non-ground region. Further, a capacitance element is connected to the radiation element, and the transmission line is connected to a feeding point of the radiation element. The loop-shaped conductor includes in part a gap that is positioned near the radiation element. With this, an antenna device to be provided in an electronic apparatus having wide directivity in a state of being attached to a garment, a person's body, or the like, and the stated electronic apparatus are configured.

Antenna device and electronic apparatus

A substrate includes a dielectric plate and a conductive layer formed on both surfaces of the dielectric plate, and a first cutout is formed in the conductive layer on both surfaces of the substrate so as to extend inward from part of a first edge of the substrate. A first radiation electrode is connected to the conductive layer at a first point located on an outer peripheral line of the first cutout. A first reflector plate is disposed in a location further inward in the substrate from the first edge than the first point. The reflector plate is electrically connected to the conductive layer, and faces toward the first point. Thus an antenna device that is suited to miniaturization and that is capable of increasing directivity is provided.

Antenna device

A first radiating element and a second radiating element each have a first extending portion protruding from a region where a ground conductor is formed to a non-ground-conductor region, and a second extending portion extending parallel with a boundary of the ground-conductor region and the non-ground-conductor region. The first radiating element and the second radiating element are arranged such that an open end of the second extending portion of the first radiating element and an open end of a second extending portion of the second radiating element face each other. A parasitic element is formed on a side of the second radiating element distant from the region (where the ground conductor is formed. A parasitic element is formed along the first radiating element. With this configuration, an antenna device is realized which has gain in two frequency bands and has forward directivity.

This disclosure provides a flexible substrate antenna and antenna device including a flexible substrate antenna. The flexible substrate antenna includes a first parasitic radiation electrode and a second parasitic radiation electrode provided on the flexible substrate, where a leading ends (open ends) of the first parasitic radiation electrode and the second parasitic radiation electrode face each other with a slit of a predetermined gap therebetween. Further, a capacitive feed electrode is formed on the flexible substrate at a position facing the first parasitic radiation electrode, and is configured to capacitively feed power to the first parasitic radiation electrode.

Flexible substrate antenna and antenna device

A first housing includes a first conductor plate, and a second housing includes a second conductor plate. A rotation mechanism openably and closably attaches the second housing to the first housing. A first driven element and a second driven element are arranged along a rotation axis of the rotation mechanism. Between the first driven element and the second driven element, a continuity structure intersects the rotation axis to establish direct-current or high-frequency continuity between the first conductor plate and the second conductor plate. An antenna device can be provided which can ensure sufficient isolation between a plurality of driven elements.

A front end circuit includes a transmission signal filter for allowing a transmission signal to pass, a reception signal filter for allowing a reception signal to pass and a circulator (an antenna duplexer), and a transmission output variable circuit is connected between a transmission signal terminal of the circulator and the transmission signal filter. The transmission output variable circuit includes a first high frequency switch, a second high frequency switch, and a buffer circuit, and attenuation is switched by switching of the first high frequency switch and the second high frequency switch.

Front end circuit where an antenna is shared for transmission and reception in a wireless communication apparatus

In an antenna device, power is fed from a first port to a first radiation element, and power is fed from a second port to a second radiation element. A decoupling circuit connects the first radiation element and the second radiation element, and includes a bridge element connecting a first point between the first port and the first radiation element and a second point between the second port and the second radiation element to each other. A first reactance element is provided in series with the first radiation element between the first point and the first radiation element, and a second reactance element is provided in series with the second radiation element between the second point and the second radiation element. At least one of the first reactance element and the second reactance element is configured so as to be capable of changing the value of reactance.

A first radiation electrode is formed on a bottom surface of a no-ground conductor formation area of a board, and second radiation electrodes are formed on a top surface of the no-ground conductor formation area. A longitudinal electrode of the first radiation electrode is electrically continuous with a ground conductor. A first end portion and a second end portion of a transverse electrode of the first radiation electrode extend toward the ground conductor. The transverse electrode of the first radiation electrode operates as a radiation element for radiating a signal at a first frequency. The second radiation electrodes each operate as a radiation element for radiating a signal at a second frequency, and also as a capacitive feed electrode for the first radiation electrode. This enables to strengthen directivity toward an antenna portion side (forward direction) of the board, and further enables multiband use.

A chip antenna and an antenna apparatus, which allow the resonance frequency of the antenna to be set with a high degree of freedom, include a feeding electrode formed on the bottom surface, fourth side surface, and top surface of a dielectric substrate, a non-feeding electrode formed on the bottom surface, third side surface, and top surface of the dielectric substrate, wherein the leading ends of the feeding electrode and the non-feeding electrode are facing each other with a predetermined distance therebetween on the top surface of the dielectric substrate. The chip antenna and antenna apparatus further include a frequency adjusting electrode formed on the first side surface of the dielectric substrate, and ground electrodes connected to ground electrodes of a circuit substrate on which the chip antenna is mounted, wherein the ground electrodes are electrically connected to the frequency adjusting electrode and are formed on the bottom surface of the dielectric substrate.
