Semiconductor device and method of testing a semiconductor device

A branching filter includes a first band-pass filter provided between a common port and a first signal port, and a second band-pass filter provided between the common port and a second signal port. The first band-pass filter includes a first LC resonant circuit and a first resonant circuit section. The first resonant circuit section includes a first acoustic wave resonator. The second band-pass filter includes a second LC resonant circuit and a second resonant circuit section. The second resonant circuit section includes a second acoustic wave resonator and an inductor connected in parallel.

Band-pass filter and branching filter

A balun includes an unbalanced port, a first balanced port, a second balanced port, a main line, a subline, a capacitor, and an impedance matching section. The subline is configured to be electromagnetically coupled to the main line. The main line has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The subline has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The capacitor is provided between the first end of the main line and the unbalanced port. The impedance matching section is provided between the second end of the subline and the second balanced port. The second end of the main line is connected to a ground. The first end of the subline is connected to the first balanced port.

Balun

Provided is a balanced/unbalanced converter () that includes a first strip line (), a second strip line (), a third strip line (), a fourth strip line (), an unbalanced terminal (), and an open terminal (). The first strip line () includes a spiral first conductor (), and the second strip line () includes a spiral second conductor (). An outer circumferential end () of the first conductor () is electrically connected to the unbalanced terminal (), and an outer circumferential end () of the second conductor () is electrically connected to the open terminal ().

Balanced/unbalanced converter

A branching filter includes a first band-pass filter provided between a common port and a first signal port, and a second band-pass filter provided between the common port and a second signal port. The first band-pass filter includes a first LC resonant circuit and a first resonant circuit section provided in series. The first resonant circuit section includes a first acoustic wave resonator. The second band-pass filter includes a second LC resonant circuit and a second resonant circuit section provided in series. The second resonant circuit section includes a second acoustic wave resonator and an inductor connected in parallel.

A branching filter includes a low-pass filter provided between a common port and a first signal port, and a high-pass filter provided between the common port and a second signal port. The low-pass filter includes: a first LC resonant circuit; and a first acoustic wave resonator provided in a shunt circuit connecting a path leading from the first LC resonant circuit to the first signal port to a ground. The high-pass filter includes: a second LC resonant circuit; and a second acoustic wave resonator provided in a path leading from the second LC resonant circuit to the second signal port.
