An in-vehicle network system deployed in a vehicle includes a plurality of first nodes configured to perform an operation relevant to a first function in the vehicle, a second node configured to perform an operation relevant to a second function different from the first function in the vehicle; and a relay device configured to relay communication between the first nodes and the second node. The relay device is configured to start relay of communication between the first nodes earlier than the relay of communication between the first node and the second node at a time of startup.

A communication system including two communication nodes communicably connected in a full duplex communication mode via the same communication line is provided. Each of the two communication nodes includes a first processing unit configured to be able to send a predetermined monitoring frame to another communication node at predetermined intervals and to receive the predetermined monitoring frame from the other communication node at predetermined intervals; a second processing unit configured to detect a monitoring frame missing condition wherein the monitoring frame is received from the other communication node; and a third processing unit configured to switch communication with the other communication node from the full duplex communication mode to a half duplex communication mode when a predetermined condition is satisfied during communication in the full duplex communication mode wherein the predetermined condition includes a condition that the second processing unit detects the monitoring frame missing condition.

An in-vehicle network system includes a plurality of relay devices that is connected to control devices of a vehicle, and communicates with each other and is configured such that each of a plurality of request devices that transmits a response request to the control device is connected to any one of the relay devices, a storage unit that stores a priority of the request devices, a master setter that sets, as the master, the relay device to which the request device having the highest priority has been connected among the relay devices to which any one of the request devices has been connected, and an arbitrator that performs arbitration to prioritize a response request from the request device having the highest priority when the response requests are transmitted from at least two of the request devices when the relay device in which the arbitrator is included is the master.

In-vehicle network system

An in-vehicle network system includes a plurality of controllers; a plurality of communication lines connected to the controllers, respectively, a relay device connected to the controllers via the communication lines, and a retention determiner configured to determine whether retention of data occurs in the relay device. The relay device is configured to relay data between the communication lines, and configured to preferentially relay data having a priority equal to or higher than a predetermined priority such that the data reaches the controller that is a transmission destination among the controllers within a first predetermined time when the retention determiner determines that the retention occurs.

An in-vehicle network system includes a plurality of first controllers; a plurality of first communication lines, the first communication lines being respectively connected to the first controllers; a connector that connects an external device or a wireless communication device; a connection communication line that is connected to the connector; and a first relay device that relays between the first communication lines and the connection communication line. The first relay device is configured to determine whether a security level in data communication between the first controllers is increased according to a type of the external device or a communication state of the wireless communication device in a state in which the external device or the wireless communication device is connected to the connector, and the first relay device is configured to increase the security level when the first relay device determines that the security level is increased.

A vehicle-mounted charging device () includes a vehicle-mounted battery (), a vehicle-mounted electronic control unit () and a modem startup control unit. The vehicle-mounted battery is charged with power supplied from external charging equipment via a charging cable (). The vehicle-mounted electronic control unit is configured to perform charging communication, relating to charging of the vehicle-mounted battery, with the external charging equipment using an in-band modem (). The modem startup control unit starts up the in-band modem when the vehicle-mounted electronic control unit performs the charging communication, and that stops a startup of the in-band modem when the vehicle-mounted electronic control unit does not perform the charging communication.

A communication device performs information communication through a communication line based on communication data specified by a CAN protocol. A communication necessity determination unit determines whether or not the information communication through the communication line is necessary based on external information obtained from an external device. When the information communication is necessary and a communication error is detected, a communication control unit stops the information communication during a fixed period and restarts the information communication after the fixed period elapses. When the information communication is unnecessary, the communication control unit stops transmitting communication data until a predetermined transmission restarting condition is satisfied.

A fuel pump includes a holed disk-shaped plate and a coil spring to press the plate toward a lifter. The plate has an inner circumferential surface to be engaged with a groove in a projection-side end portion of a plunger. Also, a joint port that connects the inner peripheral surface of the plate to an outer peripheral surface thereof is provided in the plate. The coil spring is located between the plate and a pump body. The plate is assembled in the fuel pump to dispose the joint port at a position in an opposite direction to the direction of a side force to be generated during compression of the coil spring when viewed from a central axis of the coil spring.

There are: a communication sheet that propagates electromagnetic wave; a wireless communication part arranged close to the communication sheet, and stores predetermined information, and wirelessly transmits the predetermined information to the communication sheet; a shield part that shields a radio signal wirelessly transmitted from the wireless communication part; an operation part that enables or disables wireless communication between the communication sheet and the wireless communication part; and a discrimination part that discriminates contents of operation by the operation part based on the predetermined information wirelessly transmitted by the wireless communication part. According to an operation by said operation part to disable the wireless communication between said communication sheet and the wireless communication part, said shield part shields the radio signal from the wireless communication part.

Switch device

A data communication network system which enables an intended unit to determine a start point for a transmission schedule in communication is provided. In a data communication network system in which a plurality of electronic control units perform network communication through a communication line based on a time triggered communication protocol, a control section for previously putting the communication line in a communication inhibited state, and canceling the communication inhibited state at a predetermined time is included, and a predetermined one unit among the plurality of electronic control units transmits a message for synchronization, in a communication time, with the other units thereamong immediately after the communication inhibited state is cancelled.

Data communication network system

To provide a data relay device which prevents a significant delay even when pieces of data are transmitted/received in protocols that are different from each other. Transmission timings at which pieces of data are transmitted/received in a network using an event trigger type communication protocol are estimated. Stay periods which occur when pieces of data are relayed and transmitted at predetermined transmission timings in a network using a time trigger type communication protocol are calculated while changing a reference time for the time trigger type communication protocol. Then, synchronization processing is performed in the network using the time trigger type communication protocol such that communication is performed using a reference time having a small stay period that has been calculated.
