The manufacturing method of a motor core includes attaching an ID code to a stack of blanked members in which a magnet insertion hole to fill with a resin material is formed, the ID code containing information in accordance with a type of the stack, reading the information from the ID code which is attached to the stack, and setting a mold condition based on the information read from the ID code. The mold condition includes at least one type of condition including: the resin material to be injected to the magnet insertion hole, an injection amount of the resin material, and a discharge position of the resin material. A mold device is controlled to inject the resin material to the magnet insertion hole in accordance with the mold condition.

Manufacturing method of stacked core

A method for manufacturing a laminated iron core including placing a laminated iron core body on a conveyance jig. Downwardly moving the conveyance jig by a lift and downwardly moving an upper die with respect to a lower die of the die unit. Provided is a resin sealing method of a motor core having a rotor core and a stator core formed in such a way that a plurality of iron core pieces is laminated. The resin sealing method includes pressing the rotor core and the stator core from a direction of lamination by using a set of an upper die and a lower die, then extruding a resin stored in a resin reservoir pot provided in one or both of the upper die and the lower die by using a plunger and allowing a magnet-insert hole formed in the direction of lamination of the rotor core and a connection hole formed in the direction of lamination of the stator core to be filled with the resin and harden the resin.

Method of resin-sealing laminated core

A method for manufacturing a laminated iron core is provided. A laminated iron core body including a permanent magnet inserted into a magnet-insert hole is arranged between a molding die and a holding die. A cull plate is arranged between the molding die and the laminated iron core body. The cull plate has a groove shaped runner directed toward the magnet-insert hole from a resin reservoir and provided with a gate hole communicating with the magnet-insert hole, and a through hole which vertically passes through the cull plate is formed in the runner of the cull plate at a different position from a position of the gate hole. After the magnet-insert hole is filled with the mold resin a resin residue remaining in the cull plate is pushed off and removed from the gate hole and the through hole.

A method of producing a rotor includes crimping and stacking a plurality of core pieces through crimping connecting portions to form a rotor stacked core having a magnet-insertion hole and inserting a permanent-magnet pieces into the magnet-insertion hole. Further, the method also includes clamping the rotor stacked core between an upper die and a lower die, and filling a resin into the magnet-insertion hole from a resin reservoir pot which is formed in the upper die or the lower die. Also, the resin may be filled into the magnet-insertion hole while placing the crimping connecting portions at a center of the resin reservoir pot.
