An oil cooler for cooling an oil with a cooling water, the oil being for lubricating a transaxle in a state of being attached to the case for accommodating the transaxle, includes: an oil inlet opening on a mounting surface attached to the case; an oil outlet opening on the mounting surface; a first opening, which is an opening on the mounting surface, for cooling water; and a second opening, which is an opening on a portion other than the mounting surface, for cooling water. Further, a heat exchange is performed between the oil flowing through an oil passage connecting the oil inlet and the oil outlet and the cooling water flowing through a water passage connecting the first opening and the second opening.

Oil cooler

A drive unit includes: a transaxle case that houses a motor, a speed reducer, and a differential mechanism; a power control unit that controls the motor; and a noise filter electrically connected to the motor via the power control unit, the power control unit being integrated with the transaxle case, the motor, the speed reducer, and the differential mechanism being disposed on a same axis inside the transaxle case. Further, the power control unit is separate from the noise filter, and the noise filter is integrated with the transaxle case in a state in which at least a part of the noise filter is disposed in space between the power control unit and the motor.

Drive unit

A vehicle control device for a vehicle includes an engine; and a power converter, so that the vehicle travels by selectively executing one of a first traveling mode, a second traveling mode, and a third traveling mode in which the vehicle travels by a torque of both the engine and the rotation electric machine. Further, in a case where an air pressure around the vehicle and a system voltage are in a predetermined area of a preset map indicating a relationship between the air pressure and the system voltage, the vehicle control device is configured to reduce a switching speed of a switching element of the power converter to be lower than a normal speed, and cause the engine to operate, limit a torque of the rotation electric machine, and execute the third traveling mode.

Vehicle control device

A power unit of an electric vehicle may be connected to a main battery, an AC inlet, and a DC inlet. The power unit may include a battery connector to which a battery power cable is connected, an AC inlet connector to which an AC inlet power cable is connected, and a DC inlet connector to which a DC inlet power cable is connected. The battery connector may be closer to the main battery than a center of the power unit is to the main battery. The AC inlet connector may be closer to the AC inlet than the center of the power unit is to the AC inlet. The DC inlet connector may be closer to the DC inlet than the center of the power unit is to the DC inlet.

Electric vehicle

An onboard electronic device includes: an element that generates heat; a member that is provided between the element and a coolant cooling the element, and differs in thermal expansion coefficient from the element; an element temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the element; a coolant temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the coolant; and a controller that controls operation of the element such that the temperature of the element allowed when the temperature of the coolant is a first temperature is lower than the temperature of the element allowed when the temperature of the coolant is a second temperature that is higher than the first temperature.

Onboard electronic device

A semiconductor element cooling structure includes a side wall provided on a downstream side of flow of cooling air in a cooling air passage, a plurality of cooling fins forming cooling air branch passages, and a plurality of cooling fins forming cooling air branch passages. The cooling fins each have an end portion at a tip extending toward the cooling air passage. A virtual line obtained by connecting the end portions of the plurality of cooling fins and a virtual line obtained by connecting the end portions of the plurality of cooling fins each have a gradient with respect to a direction of the flow of the cooling air in the cooling air passage which is greater on an upstream side of the flow of the cooling air in the cooling air passage than on the downstream side thereof.
