A plant construction method is provided and includes: installing a group of devices () for processing fluid; and forming, by a 3D printer (), a framework structure () configured to support a piping (), which allows the fluid to be transferred among devices () included in the group of devices (), in a region different from an installation region for the group of devices (). When the framework structure () is thus formed by the 3D printer (), the group of devices () for processing the fluid can be installed without being restricted by the step of forming the framework structure (). There is no need to secure a plot for assembly of the framework structure (), and hence a construction site can be reduced in size. It is not required for workers to come to the construction site and assemble the framework structure (), and hence safety is enhanced.

Plant construction method

The alignment method includes: an acquisition step of acquiring a first two-dimensional image data group on a acquired first target object, and acquiring a second two-dimensional image data group on a acquired second target object; a conversion step of converting the first two-dimensional image data group into first three-dimensional image data, and converting the second two-dimensional image data group into second three-dimensional image data; a designation step of designating the target serving as an origin in each of images based on the first three-dimensional image data and the second three-dimensional image data; a setting step of setting three-dimensional coordinates with respect to the origin in the first and second three-dimensional image data through use of information on the origin designated in the designation step; and a position examination step of examining positions of the corresponding targets in the first three-dimensional image data and the second three-dimensional image data.

Alignment method for use in plant

To provide a plant construction module that is easily manufactured and easily transported. Provided is a plant construction module () for a plant configured to process fluid, the plant construction module including: a plant structural part () including a pipe structural part () serving as a piping through which the fluid flows, a processing-unit structural part () serving as a processing unit configured to process the fluid to be transferred into/from the processing unit through the piping; and a frame unit (), which has a contour enabling the frame unit to be arranged in a horizontal direction, or to be stacked in an up-and-down direction, wherein the plant structural part () and the frame unit () have an integrated structure.
