Photoelectric sensor and method for manufacturing same

A sensor and an electronic device are provided. The sensor includes a setting part and a seal ring in an annular shape. The setting part changes a setting of a sensor main body. The seal ring is provided to surround a shaft of the setting part and seals a gap between the shaft and a housing. The seal ring has a curved surface part and a pair of end parts. The curved surface part is curved convexly in a cross-sectional view. The pair of end parts have a shape different from the curved surface part and extend in an axial direction of the seal ring, on two sides of the curved surface part in the axial direction of the seal ring.

Provided is a photosensor in which a cable can be easily mounted on a circuit board. A photosensor is provided with: a housing; a cable; a first circuit board; and a second circuit board. A through-hole is formed in the housing. The cable is inserted into the through-hole. The first circuit board and the second circuit board are accommodated in the housing. The first circuit board is provided with a first connector. The second circuit board has a first portion and a second portion. The cable is soldered to the first portion. The second portion is provided with a second connector. The second connector is inserted into the first connector. The second circuit board connects the cable and the first circuit board.

An air purge unit which blows out air to a lens surface of an optical sensor includes: a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other; a third surface which is located along a direction intersecting with the first surface and the second surface; a first connection part, a second connection part and a third connection part which are respectively arranged on the first surface, the second surface and the third surface, and to which an air injector for injecting air to the inside of the air purge unit is selectively connected; and an air blowout part which blows out the air injected to the inside of the air purge unit to the lens surface of the optical sensor.

Air purge unit

The photoelectric sensor includes a light projecting part emitting light, a light receiving part receiving light, a housing housing the light projecting part and the light receiving part, a setting part receiving an input operation from outside to set a threshold value, and an adjustment part receiving an input operation from outside to finely adjust the set threshold value. The housing includes a front surface having a light projecting/receiving surface allowing light from the light projecting part and light to the light receiving part to pass, a rear surface located on a side opposite to the front surface, a top surface adjacent to the front surface and extending in a direction orthogonal to the front surface and the rear surface, and an inclined surface inclined with respect to and connecting the top surface and the rear surface. The adjustment part is provided on the inclined surface.

A housing of a photoelectric sensor has a front surface having a light projecting/receiving surface, a rear surface, a top surface adjacent to the front surface and extending in a direction orthogonal to the front surface and the rear surface, and an inclined surface inclined with respect to and connecting the top surface and the rear surface. On the top surface, a teach button that receives an input operation from outside to set a threshold value and an indicator that displays a detection result of the object being detected are provided in order from the side of the inclined surface. On the inclined surface, an adjustment button that receives an input operation from outside to finely adjust the threshold value is provided. A distance between the teach button and the adjustment button is larger than a distance between the teach button and the indicator.

A sensor device includes a body case provided with an opening, and a body cover assembled to the body case to cover the opening. The body cover has at an outer peripheral portion thereof an overlapping region overlapping a portion of the body case located at a peripheral edge of the opening. The body cover is fixed to the body case by providing a welded portion surrounding the opening using laser-welding at a portion distant from an end surface of the body cover in a boundary of the overlapping region of the body cover and a portion of the body case overlapping the overlapping region.

Sensor device and method of producing the same

A sensor device includes: a casing provided with an opening; a cover member covering the opening; a gasket interposed between the cover member and the casing; and a fixing cover which fixes both the gasket and the cover member to the casing. A plurality of welded portions bonding the casing and the fixing cover together are provided in a region outside the cover member such that the welded portions are distant from each other.

In a sensor head, parallel rays or approximately parallel rays are generated by a pair of condenser lenses that reciprocate according to vibrations of a collimate lens and a tuning fork, and go out from a light port. To the light port, a lens holder in which an objective lens is supported is detachably attached. The light from the light port is processed to measurement beams that are condensed by the objective lens to a predetermined position.
