A two-speed transmission includes: an input member; an output member; a rotating member; a first engaging device switching engagement between first and second friction plates to switch the input member and the rotating member to an integrally rotating state or a relatively rotating state; a second engaging device switching the rotating member to a rotatable or non-rotatable state; an elastic biasing means applying a force pressing the first and second friction plates; a pressing device releasing the pressing force; a first bearing between the elastic biasing means and the pressing device; a second bearing between the rotating member and the pressing device or the fixed portion; and a planetary speed reduction mechanism having a sun element connected to the input member or the rotating member, a carrier connected to one of the input member or the rotating member and the output member, and a ring element connected to the other.

Two-speed transmission

A power transmission path switching device has a friction engaging device; a rotation transmission state switching device comprising a first member and a second member arranged coaxial with each other and having: a free mode and/or a one-way clutch mode allowing rotation of the first member with respect to the second member, and a lock mode preventing rotation of the first member with respect to the second member; and a control device that, when connecting the friction engaging device and setting the rotation transmission state switching device to the lock mode, has a function of connecting the friction engaging device, and then while maintaining the friction engaging device in a connected state, switches the rotation transmission state switching device to the lock mode.

Power transmission path switching device and two-stage transmission

The electric motor with a reverse input cutoff clutch has an output shaft. The output shaft is configured by connecting a first shaft and a second shaft that are coaxially arranged with each other via the reverse input cutoff clutch. The second shaft is rotatably supported to a housing by one radial bearing. The reverse input cutoff clutch has a function that, when rotational torque is inputted to the first shaft, transmits the rotational torque inputted to the first shaft to the second shaft, and when rotational torque is reversely inputted to the second shaft, completely cuts off the rotational torque reversely inputted to the second shaft, and does not transmit the rotational torque to the first shaft, or transmits a part of the rotational torque to the first shaft, and cuts off the remaining part.

Electric motor with reverse input cutoff clutch

A cam device having a drive cam and a driven cam; and a friction engagement device having at least one friction plate and at least one separation plate are provided. The friction engagement device is configured so as to be put into a connected state by pressing the friction plate and the separation plate against each other by the driven cam, and a disconnected state. Also provided are a rotation transmission state switching device having a first member and a second member coaxially arranged, and a mode selecting part configured to rotate or displace in the axial direction according to rotation of the drive cam. The rotation transmission state switching device has at least one mode of a free mode and a lock mode of the first member and the second member, and a one-way clutch mode.

Motive power transmission route switching device and two-speed transmission

A reverse input blocking clutch includes an input member, an output member, a pressed member, and an engaging member. When a rotational torque is inputted to the input member, the engaging member moves in a direction away from a pressed surface of the pressed member due to engagement with the input member, and transmits the rotational torque inputted to the input member to the output member due to engagement with the output member; and when rotational torque is reversely inputted to the output member, moves in the direction closer to the pressed surface based on engagement with the output member, and by being pressed against the pressed surface does not transmit the rotational torque reversely inputted to the output member to the input member, or transmits only part thereof to the input member due to engagement with the input member.

Reverse input blocking clutch and actuator

An extension-retraction link includes: a stationary shaft having a tubular shape; a first universal joint that connects the stationary shaft to a vehicle body side member; a movable shaft that can slide with respect to the stationary shaft; a second universal joint that connects the movable shaft to a hub carrier; and an actuator that moves the movable shaft. The movable shaft includes: a first plane surface; a second plane surface making an angle with respect to the first plane surface; a third plane surface opposite the first plane surface; and a fourth plane surface opposite the second plane surface. The stationary shaft includes: first to fourth bushes in contact with the first to fourth plane surfaces, respectively; a first elastic member pressing the third bush to the third plane surface; and a second elastic member pressing the fourth bush to the fourth plane surface.

Extension-retraction link and suspension

A toroidal continuously variable transmission include a pair of disks which is provided rotatably and concentrically with each other in a state where inner surfaces of respective disks are opposed to each other and a power roller held between the disks opposing to each other. One of the disks is supported on a shaft. The other of the disks is rotatably supported, via a first bearing, on a hollow shaft into which the shaft is inserted and which is non-rotatably supported by a support member. The shaft is rotatably supported on the hollow shaft via a second bearing.

Toroidal continuously variable transmission

A single-cavity toroidal continuously variable transmission capable of suppressing gyro slippage and achieving mitigation of bearing loss and a longer service life. A pitch circle diameter (PCD) of the output-side bearing is smaller than that of the input-side bearing and a ball diameter of the output-side bearing is smaller than that of the input-side bearing. Therefore, centrifugal force acting on the ball of the output-side bearing on a speed increasing side with a low load can be suppressed. Therefore, gyro slippage can be suppressed and mitigation of bearing loss can be achieved. Furthermore, with a groove R ratio of the output-side bearing smaller than that of the input-side bearing, a longer service life can be achieved even when the pitch circle diameter (PCD) and ball diameter of the output-side bearing are smaller than those of the input-side bearing.

Single-cavity toroidal continuously variable transmission

Projections protruding towards a cam plate and a disc are provided on both axial side surfaces of the retainer at a plurality of positions at which phases of the projections in the circumferential direction are offset from pockets. One axial direction surface of the cam plate and the disc are formed with concave portions at portions facing the respective projections. The concave portions have an axial depth deepest at a center portion thereof in the circumferential direction and becoming shallower towards both end portions thereof.
