A display device includes a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels. Each of the plurality of first pixels includes a first LED chip including a first anode and a first cathode, a second LED chip including a second anode and a second cathode, and a first transistor. One of source and drain electrodes of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first power supply voltage line. The other of the source and drain electrodes is electrically connected to the first anode and the second cathode. The first cathode and the second anode are electrically connected to a second power supply voltage line. A first potential of the first power supply voltage line is different to a second potential of the second power supply voltage line.

Display device

Provided is a flight efficiency improving system for a compound helicopter with a rotor and fixed wings. In forward flight of the compound helicopter, the flight efficiency improving system does not perform a cyclic pitch control of the rotor so as to allow a difference in lift generated by the rotor between an advancing side and a retreating side of the rotor, or the flight efficiency improving system performs the cyclic pitch control to an extent that does not completely eliminate the difference. The fixed wings are provided respectively on left and right sides of a body and are asymmetric to each other so that influence of an aerodynamic interference between the rotor and the fixed wings is reduced.

According to one embodiment, a semiconductor substrate, comprising, a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer that overlap a scanning line, an insulating layer that covers the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and a signal line, wherein the insulating layer has a first opening including a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides, the long sides of the first opening are parallel to the second direction, and the short sides of the first opening are parallel to the first direction, and the signal line is connected to the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer via the first opening.

According to an aspect, a display device includes scan lines, signal lines, a scan circuit, a signal output circuit, pixels each having a switching element and a pixel electrode, a common electrode, and a common electrode drive circuit. In a potential reset period to reset a potential of the pixel electrode and a common potential inversion period subsequent to the potential reset period, the scan circuit supplies, to the scan lines, a drive potential to drive the switching elements, and the signal output circuit supplies, to the signal lines, an intermediate potential between a potential corresponding to a maximum gradation value and a potential corresponding to a minimum gradation value. In the common potential inversion period, the common electrode drive circuit switches the common potential between a first common potential and a second common potential higher than the first common potential.

A display device includes a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel arranged in a first direction in a display area arranged on a first substrate, a first source wiring, a second wiring, and a third wiring extending in the first direction, and connected to each of the first pixel to the third pixel, and a first gate wiring, a second gate wiring, and a third wiring intersecting the first direction, and connected to each of the first pixel to the third pixel. The first pixel includes a first transistor electrically connected to the first gate wiring and the first source wiring and a liquid crystal element electrically connected to the first transistor, the first pixel to the third pixel are arranged between the first source wiring and the third source wiring, and the second source wiring, and the first source wiring intersects the third source wiring.

According to an aspect, a display device includes: a first light-transmitting substrate; a second light-transmitting substrate; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first light-transmitting substrate and the second light-transmitting substrate and includes polymer-dispersed liquid crystals; scan lines that are provided to the first light-transmitting substrate and extend along a first direction; signal lines that extend in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode that are arranged in the second direction; and a first switching element electrically coupled to the first pixel electrode and a second switching element electrically coupled to the second pixel electrode. One of the scan lines is arranged between the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode in the second direction and is electrically coupled to the first switching element of the first pixel electrode and the second switching element of the second pixel electrode.

Display device having gap between pixel electrodes without scan line

According to one embodiment, a semiconductor substrate includes a first basement, a gate line, a source line, an insulating film, a first pixel electrode, and a first transistor and a second transistor connected parallel at positions between the source line and the first pixel electrode. Each of a first semiconductor layer of the first transistor and a second semiconductor layer of the second transistor includes a first region, a second region, and a channel region. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are in contact with a first surface that is a surface of the insulating film on the source line side. The channel region of each of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer wholly overlaps the gate line.

According to one embodiment, a semiconductor substrate comprises a pixel partitioned by a first gate line and a second gate line among a plurality of gate lines and by a first source line and a second source line among a plurality of source lines, a first transistor and a second transistor that are arranged in the pixel, and a first pixel electrode disposed between the first source line and the second source line and a second pixel electrode adjacent to the first pixel electrode in the second direction, wherein the first transistor and the second transistor are connected to the first pixel electrode, and the first gate line does not overlap the first pixel electrode but overlaps the second pixel electrode.

Some of a plurality of image signal lines of a display apparatus according to one embodiment includes: a plurality of bypass wiring portions (bypass wirings) arranged in a frame region so as to have both ends being connected to a plurality of extension wiring portions (extension wirings). The plurality of bypass wiring portions of the plurality of image signal lines include: a plurality of second-layer bypass wirings arranged in a second conductive layer; and a plurality of third-layer bypass wirings arranged in a third conductive layer that is different from a first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. Each of an arrangement pitch between the plurality of second-layer bypass wirings and an arrangement pitch between the plurality of third-layer bypass wirings is smaller than an arrangement pitch between the plurality of image signal lines in a display region.

Display apparatus

According to an aspect, a display device includes: a first light-transmitting substrate; a second light-transmitting substrate; a liquid crystal layer that is disposed between the first and second light-transmitting substrates; scan lines that are provided to the first light-transmitting substrate and extend along a first direction; signal lines that extend in a second direction; a switching element; a pixel electrode provided in an area surrounded by the scan lines and the signal lines; an undercoat film provided so as to cover a principal surface of the first light-transmitting substrate; and a gate insulating film between a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer of the switching element. The gate insulating film has a first opening in an area overlapping the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode is directly stacked on the undercoat film in the area overlapping the first opening.

According to one embodiment, a lateral-electric-field liquid crystal display device includes a light-emitting display layer including OLEDs and a driving circuit controlling light emission of the OLEDs, a moisture impermeable film provided to be laminated on the light-emitting display layer to prevent infiltration of moisture into the light-emitting display layer, an optical substrate provided separately from the moisture impermeable film and subjecting light from the light-emitting display region to optical processing, a first touch electrode group serving as one electrode group of touch electrodes and provided on a back surface of the optical substrate, and an extraction electrode group formed to be laminated on the moisture impermeable film, the extraction electrode group and the optical substrate have an overlapping part in plan view, and electrodes of the first touch electrode group being electrically connected to electrodes of the extraction electrode group in the overlapping part.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes scanning, signal, pixels, and an inspection circuit disposed in a non-display area and including first switch elements connected to the scanning lines, the first switch elements are oxide semiconductor transistors including an oxide semiconductor layer, and each of the first switch elements of the inspection circuit includes at least two transistors connected in series to one of the scanning lines.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first scanning line, a second scanning line, a signal line, a capacitive line and a pixel including a pixel electrode, a first transparent electrode connected to the capacitive line, a second transparent electrode capacitively coupled to the pixel electrode, a first switch, and a second switch. The first transparent electrode is capacitively coupled to the second transparent electrode. The first switch is electrically connected to the signal line, the pixel electrode, and the first scanning line. The second switch is electrically connected to the signal line, the second transparent electrode, and the second scanning line.
