This invention provides a silicone-coated fabric for airbags in which creases can be easily formed by applying heat and pressure, and that can be stored compactly. More specifically, the invention provides a silicone-coated fabric comprising a silicone-based resin coated on one surface of a synthetic fiber woven fabric, and a thermoplastic resin adhering to a non-silicone coated surface, which is not coated with the silicone-based resin, wherein the adhesive strength between the non-silicone coated surfaces is 0.01 to 100 N/cm.

Provided is an airbag base fabric that has a low air permeability sufficient to ensure the safety of occupants and heat resistance sufficient to withstand high-power, high-temperature gas generated from a recent downsized inflator, and that is capable of being packaged compactly. Also provided is an airbag comprising the base fabric. An airbag base fabric comprising a synthetic fiber multifilament having a total fineness of 500 to 750 dtex, the airbag base fabric having an areal weight of 225 to 245 g/m, air permeability at 20 kPa of 0.2 to 0.8 L/cm/min, and edgecomb resistance according to the ASTM D 6479 method of 300 to 600 N in both warp and weft directions.

This invention provides a silicone-coated fabric for airbags in which creases can be easily formed by applying heat and pressure, that can be stored compactly, and that exhibits minimal damage on the coated layer when deployed. More specifically, the invention provides a silicone-coated fabric comprising a silicone-based resin coated on one surface of a synthetic fiber woven fabric, and a thermoplastic resin adhering to the silicone-based resin-coated surface, wherein the adhesive strength between the silicone-based resin-coated surfaces is 0.01 to 10 N/cm.

Embodiments of present invention may include a cushion pad for supporting a seated passenger; the cushion pad being divided into a left pad section, a middle pad section and a right pad section; a soft resin foam dispersed throughout the left pad section, the middle pad section and the right pad section; the left pad section having a left holding volume for holding a first volume of an elastic three-dimensional fibrous network and the soft resin foam; the right pad section having a right holding volume for holding a second volume of an elastic three-dimensional fibrous network and the soft resin foam; and the middle pad section not having a volume of an elastic three-dimensional fibrous network contained within.
