A gas compressor includes at least two first and second discharge ports () which are provided at an upstream side in a rotation direction of a rotor () along a peripheral direction of an inner peripheral surfaceof a cylinder () with respect to a closest area (proximity part ()) where the inner peripheral surface () of the cylinder () and an outer peripheral surface () of the rotor () are closest in a range of one revolution of a rotation shaft () and configured to discharge the refrigerant gas compressed in compression chambers (). Of the first and second discharge ports (), on only the first discharge port () closest to the proximity part (), a cutout groove portion () is provided at a downstream-side edge portion of the first discharge port () in the rotation direction of the rotor ().

Gas compressor

A gas compressor includes a cylinder member, a rotor, and a plurality of vanes, wherein a proximal section is provided between the cylinder member and the rotor, so that a single cylinder room which performs a refrigerant gas compression cycle one-time per one rotation of the rotor is defined, and at least one sub-discharge section which maintains pressure of the refrigerant gas in a compression room in discharge pressure by releasing pressure of the compression room when the pressure of the refrigerant gas in the compression room reaches the discharge pressure.

A compressor body is formed such that a compression chamber is divided by a rotor, a cylinder, side blocks and vanes, a housing which covers the compressor body is included, and an outline shape of a cross section of an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is formed such that, in a period of one rotation of the rotor, (i) a region in which a capacity of the compression chamber increases, (ii) a region in which the capacity of the compression chamber reduces, (iii) a region in which a capacity reduction rate of the compression chamber is smaller than a capacity reduction rate of the region (ii), and (iv) a region in which the capacity reduction rate of the compression chamber is larger than a capacity reduction rate of the region (iii) are consecutively provided in order.

A compressor () has a compressor main body () formed so that one stroke cycle is performed in a compression room () which is partitioned by a rotor (), cylinder (), side blocks (), and vanes () during one revolution of the rotor (). A cyclone block () separates a refrigerant oil (R) from refrigerant gas (G), wherein a second discharge section () which discharge the refrigerant gas (G) when the pressure inside the compression room () reaches the discharge pressure before the compression room () faces a first discharge section () is formed, and a communicating path () which connects a discharge chamber () in the first discharge section () and a discharge chamber () in the second discharge section () is formed on the upper stream side from the cyclone block ().

In a gas compressor, an outline shape of an inner peripheral surface () of a cylinder () is set such that in a point before a first compression chamber (B) adjacent to a second compression chamber (A) in an upstream side in a rotational direction (W) is exposed to a discharge hole () of a primary discharge portion () with rotation of a rotor () in the rotational direction (W) (point where the first compression chamber (B) is positioned upstream of an angular position of being exposed to the discharge hole () of the primary discharge portion ()), a pressure of refrigerant gas (G) inside the compression chamber () reaches a discharge pressure. Therefore, the discharge hole () of the primary discharge portion () always discharges the refrigerant gas (G) from the compression chamber ().

Gas compressor having an asymmetric cylinder chamber

A rotary vane compressor includes a cylinder chamber having an ellipsoidal inner wall shape, a rotor rotatably provided in the cylinder chamber, a vane held in the rotor so as to contact with an inner wall surface of the cylinder chamber along with a rotation of the rotor, a vane slot provided on the rotor and offset on a reverse rotational side of the rotor from a radial line passing over a rotational center of the rotor, and a controller for controlling a rotation of the rotor. The controller reversely rotates the rotor for a predetermined time upon activating the compressor. According to the compressor, chattering can be prevented by surely protruding the vane from the vane slot without providing extra parts. In addition, the vane can be produced with easy working processes at low cost.

Rotary vane compressor

A vane compressor includes a cylinder block, a cylinder chamber having an ellipsoidal inner wall, a rotor whose outer circumferential surface is provided with vane slots formed thereon, a drive source for the rotor, and vanes housed in the vane slots, respectively. The rotor is rotated by the drive source while the vanes are protruded from the vane slots by backpressure generated in backpressure spaces in the vane slots to contact end edges of the vanes with the inner wall of the cylinder chamber. The compressor further comprises a stop mechanism that makes the rotor stopped at a predetermined rotational position where a difference between a total volume of the backpressure spaces when operated and a total volume of the backpressure spaces when stopped becomes minimum. According to the compressor, chattering can be prevented without extra workings on the vanes or the rotor and without providing extra parts.

A horizontal type electrically driven gas compressor includes an electric motor installed in a suction chamber of a housing, a gas compression mechanism section installed in the housing and driven by the electric motor, a sucked refrigerant guide path for guiding a refrigerant from the suction chamber to the gas compression mechanism section, and a lubricating oil supply path for supplying a lubricating oil, which has been collected and stagnated in a bottom portion of the suction chamber, to the sucked refrigerant guide path, the lubricating oil supply path fluidly connecting the sucked refrigerant guide path and the bottom portion of the suction chamber at the position of the bottom portion of the suction chamber.

Electrically driven gas compressor

The present invention relates to an electric compressor integrally including a compression mechanism and an electric motor, and an object thereof is to prevent the housing from being elongated in the axial direction and improve the sealability and the mountability of the compression mechanism. According to the present invention, a hermetic terminal () electrically connecting the electric motor () and a motor drive circuit () is attached within a swelled-space portion () swelled toward radial outside of a housing () so as to be continuous with a mounting bracket () of the housing (). Accordingly, the distance between the compression mechanism and motor drive circuit can be shortened.

Electric compressor

A vane-type compressor includes: a cylinder block; a rotor rotating within the cylinder block; vane slots provided on the rotor; vanes each provided slidably within each of the vane slots; coil springs provided within the vane slots for pushing the vanes; guide pins each provided along each of the coil springs and directly fixed on the vanes or the rotor; and guide holes each provided for each of the guide pins and formed on the rotor or the vane. The guide holes are formed on the vanes in case where the guide pins are directly fixed on the rotor. Alternatively, the guide holes are formed on the rotor in case where the guide pins are directly fixed on the vanes. The compressor prevents chattering of the vanes and also prevents a complex structure and cost rise.

An electric compressor () includes: a compressor () configured to compress a refrigerant, the compressor () having a plurality of passage ports () delivering the refrigerant; an electric motor () configured to drive the compressor (), the electric motor () having a plurality of stators () and an accommodation chamber () accommodating the plurality of stators (); a partition wall () separating the compressor () and the an accommodation chamber () of the electric motor (); and a plurality of refrigerant introducing/discharging passages () formed at the partition wall () wherein the respective refrigerant introducing/discharging passages () are located in a circumferential direction of the accommodation chamber (), thereby the refrigerant being introduced into and discharged from stators () end in the electric motor () through the respective refrigerant introducing/discharging passages ().
