Provided are a conductive film in which the area of an intersection portion between a first electrode pattern and a second electrode pattern is defined and is suitable for a touch panel in terms of, for example, the accuracy of detection (S/N ratio), a touch panel including the conductive film, and a display device including the touch panel. The conductive film includes a transparent base, two or more first electrode patterns, and two or more second electrode patterns. The first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern face each other, with the transparent base interposed therebetween, and intersect each other. Each of the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern is a combination of a plurality of cells formed by thin metal wires. The area of an intersection portion between the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern is greater than 1 mmand less than 20 mm.

A conductive component includes: a first electrode pattern which is made of metal thin wires, the first electrode pattern including a plurality of first conductive patterns that extend in a first direction. Each first conductive pattern includes, at least, inside thereof, a sub-nonconduction pattern that is electrically separated from the first conductive pattern. The touch sensor includes a base, first and second electrodes that are formed on a main surface of the transparent base so as to face each other, and an extraction electrode that is formed on the main surface of the transparent base and extends from the second electrode. The first electrode has a shape which surrounds a portion of the second electrode. At least the extraction electrode is formed in a mesh pattern including a plurality of grids which are formed by thin metal wires.
