In an injection cylinder which can be connected with a plunger, the internal portion of the cylinder part is partitioned by a piston into a rod-side chamber on the side of the piston rod and a head-side chamber on the opposite side. An accumulator can supply a hydraulic fluid to the head-side chamber. A head-use pressure sensor can detect a pressure of the head-side chamber. A flow control valve can control a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the rod-side chamber. A control device includes an OP control part which starts open control driving the flow control valve to the opening direction after the start of supply of the hydraulic fluid from the accumulator to the head-side chamber conditional on the detection pressure of the head-use pressure sensor rising up to the predetermined set value.

Injection apparatus and molding machine

A flow rate control valve configuring a meter-out circuit of an injection cylinder is an overlap type where a first port starts to be opened by a spool passing through an overlapping range. The control device holds a characteristic table linking a command value of a control command to the flow rate control valve and a velocity of a plunger including also the movement of the plunger which occurs due to a gap flow even if the spool is located in the overlapping range. Further, the control device specifies the command value corresponding to the target velocity set by operation of the input device based on the characteristic table, performs open control based on this command value, then performs the feedback control for realizing the target velocity.

A control device of an injection apparatus outputs a control command to a hydraulic pressure device to perform injection by supplying hydraulic fluid to the back of an injection pistonfrom an accumulatorand, at this time, to execute speed control for controlling the speed of the plunger by an opening degree of an injection control valve. Further, the control device outputs a control command to the hydraulic pressure device to perform boosting by opening a booster valve to supply hydraulic fluid to the back of the booster piston and pressurizing the hydraulic fluid behind the injection piston by the booster piston and, at this time, to execute pressure control for controlling the pressure of the molding material by an opening degree of the injection control valve. Further, the control device can start outputting a control command for pressure control after start of outputting a control command for opening the booster valve in transition from injection to boosting.

The image fixing unit fixes the toner image onto the recording sheet. The image fixing unit includes a magnetic flux generator, a heat member, a magnetic flux adjuster, and a controlling member. The magnetic flux generator generates a magnetic flux. The heat member is heated inductively by the magnetic flux generated by the magnetic flux generator. The magnetic flux adjuster reduces the magnetic flux active on the heat member to form a heat reduction area in an outer circumferential surface of the heat member in a width direction thereof. The controlling member moves the magnetic flux adjuster to change the heat reduction area.

A method for removing a casted part, for use in a die casting machine comprises the steps of setting a position in which a chuck performs an operation to grasp a casted part attached to a movable mold as a position from which the casted part is to be removed, and setting a relative positional relationship between a handle portion which is a part of the casted part attached to the movable mold to be grasped by the chuck and a movable die plate. The method further comprises the step of advancing the chuck between the movable mold and the fixed mold and positioning the chuck at the position from which the casted part is to be removed, in parallel with the movement of the movable die plate. Additionally, the method comprises the steps of stopping the movable die plate when the handle portion of the casted part attached to the movable mold reaches the position from which the casted part is to be removed, grasping the handle portion of the casted part by using the chuck, and removing the casted part from the movable mold.

Method  for removing a casted part for use in a die casting machine

A new clamping machine is disclosed, which can perform a straight-hydraulic mold clamping and a tie-bar drawing-out operation in a reduced working space, and enables a shortened mold exchanging time, by effecting retraction of a movable die plate and a tie-bar drawing-out operation simultaneously. A relative position of each tie bar to the half nuts is set to be able to engage with the half nuts when a right end face of the tie bar contacts with the stopper plate. When pressure for clamping molds is increased during such engagement, the annular pistons are driven to transmit a force, for performing an initial operation, to the tie bars.

A mold clamping apparatus for a die casting machine is provided. The apparatus can include a base, a fixed die plate standing fixedly on an end of an injection side of the base and defining a cavity therein, and a moving die plate arranged so as to proceed and retract on the base facing the fixed die plate and defining a cavity therein.
