Carrier for a conveyor system

Motor module for a conveyor system

A linear conveyance device includes a conveyance carrier and a stator-side platform. The conveyance carrier includes: a conveyance carrier main structure; a first roller and a second roller; a mover-side magnetic element that drives the conveyance carrier main structure with respect to the stator-side platform; and a mover-side counter moment generating element that generates a counter moment against overturning of the conveyance carrier between the mover-side counter moment generating element and the stator-side platform. The stator-side platform includes: a first rail that engages with the first roller; a second rail that engages with the second roller; a stator-side magnetic element paired with the mover-side magnetic element to generate a magnetic attraction force in a horizontal direction; and a stator-side counter moment generating element that generates the counter moment between the stator-side counter moment generating element and the mover-side counter moment generating element paired therewith.

Linear conveyance device

A linear transport system includes: a stator module including an iron core that includes a plurality of teeth and a coil wound around the iron core; a movable element that includes a plurality of identical magnets disposed on a side surface parallel to a moving direction, and is propelled by an electromagnetic force from the coil; and a motor drive control device that controls the movable element by supplying an independent current of single-phase AC individually to the coil included in the stator module. When Lm is a magnet pitch that is a pitch of the magnets disposed in the movable element, and Lt is a tooth pitch that is a pitch of the teeth, 1.3≤Lm/Lt≤1.4 is satisfied.

Linear transport system

A linear motor system includes: a mover including permanent magnets arranged in a traveling direction in a plane parallel to a plane formed by the traveling direction and a vertical direction; and a stator including an armature including an iron core in which projections around which windings are wound are arranged in the traveling direction, the armature being disposed to face the permanent magnets of the mover. The mover includes a mover body including a first main roller engaged with a first traveling surface disposed on the stator, a placing table on which a conveyance object is placed, and a sub-roller engaged with a second traveling surface disposed on an upper surface of the stator. The first main roller supports a magnetic attraction force generated between the stator and the mover, and the sub-roller supports a force in a direction opposite the magnetic attraction force acting on the mover.

Linear motor system

An armature has a plurality of armature cores arranged in a line in a first direction, coils wound on an area of the armature cores in a second direction, a carrier provided with a space in which to dispose the coils left in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction with respect to the armature cores, and at least one mounting member to fix the armature cores and the carrier. The armature cores are fixed to the mounting member by first bolts, and the carrier is fixed to the mounting member by second bolts. The at least one mounting member, the first bolts, and the second bolts are disposed in positions not overlapping the coils when viewed from the third direction.

An ultrasonic testing device includes: a liquid tank that stores the liquid into which the differential casing is to be immersed; a workpiece holder that holds the differential casing and immerses the differential casing into the liquid in the liquid tank; an ultrasonic probe that conducts an ultrasonic testing of the welded part of the differential casing by irradiating the ultrasonic wave to the welded part and receiving a reflected wave; an image processing module that generates an ultrasonic image based on the reflected wave received by the ultrasonic probe; and a replacer that replaces gas inside an air gap formed at a weld toe of the welded part with test liquid. The replacer replaces the gas inside the air gap by the test liquid before the ultrasonic probe irradiates the ultrasonic wave.
