A data collection system includes a classification model storing unit, a model delivery unit, a classification result storing unit, an optimum model recommendation unit, and a teacher data recording unit. The model delivery unit delivers a classification model to the user environment. The classification result storing unit classifies each of the classification models on the classification model storing unit using data with a label transmitted from the user environment as an input. The classification result storing unit stores a classification result including at least one of classification correctness or a percentage of correct answers for each input data. The optimum model recommendation unit presents an appropriate classification model for the input data based on the classification result for each of the classification models. The teacher data recording unit records the input data as teacher data or test data of the classification model.

A relearning necessity determination method is provided for determining a necessity of relearning of a learned diagnostic model in a machine tool including a machining abnormality diagnosing unit. The machining abnormality diagnosing unit determines normal or abnormality of machining using the diagnostic model generated through machine learning. The method includes storing a cumulative cutting time or a cumulative cutting distance of a tool mounted to the machine tool as a tool usage, storing the tool usage when the machining abnormality diagnosing unit diagnoses the machining as machining abnormality, and determining the necessity of the relearning of the diagnostic model based on a frequency distribution of the tool usage stored in the storing of the tool usage.

A diagnostic device diagnoses a state of a test object. The diagnostic device includes a physical model base diagnosis unit, a mathematical model base diagnosis unit, a model update necessity determination unit, and an update notification unit. The physical model base diagnosis unit is configured to perform the diagnosis using a feature quantity. The mathematical model base diagnosis unit is configured to perform the diagnosis using a machine learning model. The model update necessity determination unit is configured such that if diagnostic results by the physical model base diagnosis unit and the mathematical model base diagnosis unit differ, the model update necessity determination unit determines that at least one of a physical model or a mathematical model is necessary to be updated. The update notification unit is configured such that if the model update necessity determination unit determines that the update is necessary, the update notification unit notifies it.

A diagnosis result obtained by diagnosing the master data based on a current diagnostic model is compared with a diagnosis result obtained by diagnosing the master data based on a new diagnostic model, and whether the current diagnostic model is consistent with the new diagnostic model is determined. When the consistency is satisfied, the diagnostic model is updated from the current diagnostic model to the new diagnostic model.

State diagnostic device

An operating device includes a push operation mechanism to be push-operated by an operator, and a drive transmission mechanism to transmit a drive force for presenting the operator with a tactile stimuli-operational feeling via the push operation mechanism. The push operation mechanism is configured to be engageable with the drive transmission mechanism. The drive transmission mechanism is configured to switch between a non-engagement position to allow the push operation of the user without being engaged with the push operation mechanism and an engagement position to allow the transmission of the drive force by being engaged with the push operation mechanism.

Operating device

An operating device includes an operation member to be push-operated by an operator, a body mounting the operation member so as to be push-operated by the operator, a columnar portion protruding from a surface of the body opposite the operation member; and a resiliently deformable click member disposed between the columnar portion and the operation member to impart a click feeling to the operator. The click member includes a first member located on a side of the operation member and a second member located on a side of the columnar portion and having a smaller external size than the first member.

A vibration suppressing method and a vibration suppressing device are disclosed. After detection of chatter vibration using at least one vibration detecting device, a stable rotation speed for suppressing the chatter vibration is calculated using a stable rotation speed calculating device. A determination device then compares a detection value detected by the vibration detecting device, a predetermined setting value, and/or a current value that is calculated based on at least one of the detection value and the setting value, to a predetermined determination reference value that is previously set. Thereafter, the determination device determines whether or not the stable rotation speed is adopted in accordance with the comparison result, and changes rotation speed of the rotary shaft to the stable rotation speed if the stable rotation speed is adopted.

The plurality of stable rotation speeds may be determined from chatter vibrations detected using a vibration detection unit. Optimum rotation speed that is a rotation speed to which a rotation speed of the rotary shaft is changeable without crossing the switching rotation speed is selected from the plurality of stable rotation speeds, and the rotation speed of the rotary shaft is changed to the optimum rotation speed. Thus, chatter vibrations generated during rotation of the rotary shaft can be suppressed effectively.
