Electromagnetic field distribution is measured by considering time variations of a measured electric and/or magnetic field value. In response to scanning performed with a probe at an arbitrary set of measurement coordinates in a predetermined measurement plane in the vicinity of an object to be measured, a signal is detected at each of plural sets of coordinates in a measurement plane. Electric and magnetic fields are computed during a measurement time period at each set of measurement coordinates in the measurement plane based on measurement coordinates where the probe is positioned and the signal is detected with the probe. Amplitude probability distribution during the time period at each set of measurement coordinates in the vicinity of the object is computed based on the computed intensity, then mapped and displayed.

Electromagnetic field distribution measuring method, apparatus for the method, computer program and information recording medium

Electromagnetic field distribution is measured by considering time variations of a measured electric and/or magnetic field value. A radio wave absorber comprising a thermosetting adhesive sheetthat is cured into a flexible material, and a Sendust-containing curable resin composition layerthat is cured into a flexible material, wherein the curable resin composition layer is formed on either surface of the thermosetting adhesive sheet. The average particle diameter of Sendust is in the range of 30 to 100 &#x3bc;m. The content ratio of Sendust in the curable resin composition layer is in the range of 50 to 85 wt %.

An electric-field vector at an origin is calculated, based on potential-difference vectors in respective coordinate directions calculated depending upon a detected signal of at least a magnitude and phase of an electric-field component current by arranging a scanning electric-field sensor at an origin of a desired coordinate system established near an object-to-be-measured, signals detected at respective coordinates by sequential movement to desired coordinates on respective coordinate axes, and a detected reference signal of at least a magnitude and phase of a current by fixedly arranging a fixed magnetic-field sensor close to the object-to-be-measured, and distances between coordinates calculated based on the coordinates the scanning electric-field sensor is arranged and the origin.
