The disclosure provides a tensile testing machine and includes: a processing filter that removes a noise component included in a test force measurement signal output from a load cell; and an adjustment unit that adjusts a frequency characteristic of the processing filter. The adjustment unit receives a detection signal output from the sensor, and adjusts the frequency characteristic of the processing filter on a basis of a difference between output signals of two low-pass filters having different frequency characteristics.

A master unit includes a synchronization signal source that generates a synchronization signal and a synchronization signal distribution adjustment circuit that adjusts a distribution timing of the synchronization signal to each of slave units. The synchronization signal distribution adjustment circuit includes a period measurement circuit that measures a period of the synchronization signal output from the synchronization signal source, a time difference measurement circuit that measures a time difference between a time point of the synchronization signal issued from the master unit to the slave units and a time point of the synchronization signal returned from the slave units to the master unit, and a delay circuit that delays the issuing time point of the synchronization signal to be transmitted from the master unit to the slave units based on the period of the synchronization signal and the time difference.

A welding detection device includes a first circuit including a detection element, a first circuit power supply, and a second circuit. The first circuit is connected to a first line connecting a power supply and a main relay and a second line connecting a load and the main relay. The first circuit power supply supplies DC power to the first circuit. The first circuit detects welding in the main relay based on whether or not a current from the first circuit power supply has flowed to the detection element through the main relay when the main relay is controlled to be in an open state from a closed state. The second circuit cuts off the first circuit only when the voltage difference is present between the first line and the second line while the main relay is controlled to be in an open state from a closed state.

In an FPGA, waveform data to be sent from the FPGA to a DAC is stored, and a logical circuit is configured from a detection circuit for extracting test force value and elongation value signal components from a signal input from an ADC, an offset subtractor, and a gain multiplier. The detection circuit extracts a resistance component proportional to the test force and displacement. In the detection circuit, an expression that includes a harmonic component of an odd multiple of the carrier frequency is used as a correlation function for extracting the resistance component. As a result, it is possible to obtain calculation results at a sampling frequency that is higher than the carrier frequency.

A multiple synchronization signal S in which a plurality of synchronization signals are multiplexed is transmitted from the synchronous controller to each of the boards. Signal extraction units as extraction means for recognizing synchronization signals included in the multiple synchronization signal S and extracting the individual synchronization signals are provided in the boards, respectively. The individual synchronization signals are extracted from the multiple synchronization signal S input to the boards by the signal extraction units, respectively.

Data output from each of the 'n' delay elements and a remainder value output from a divider in the previous calculation are input to an adder, and an addition process for obtaining a total sum thereof is executed. Once a sensor amplifier side connector of a cable unit for interconnecting a detector and a sensor amplifier is connected to the sensor amplifier, a gain resistor on the cable unit side and an instrumentation amplifier of the sensor amplifier are interconnected and the gain of the instrumentation amplifier is determined. As a result, the gain of the instrumentation amplifier is determined such that the magnitude of a signal that the sensor amplifier receives from the detector becomes a magnitude optimal for an analog circuit in the sensor amplifier.

A voltage converting circuit includes a plurality of first capacitors that are charged by a power source, a second capacitor, connected in parallel to the plurality of first capacitors, which is able to be charged to a voltage that is supplied to a load circuit, and a plurality of switching circuits, provided in such a way as to correspond to the plurality of first capacitors, each of which switches states of connection between its corresponding first capacitor and the second capacitor. The first capacitors are sequentially connected to the second capacitor through the corresponding switching circuits as charging voltages of the first capacitors reach a predetermined connection voltage that is higher than a charging voltage of the second capacitor so that the first capacitors are not short-circuited with each other.

A calculation device calculates a gauge line position based on the gauge line mark image data.
