An abnormality detection system according to an embodiment has an acquisition unit that acquires information that indicates a tendency of a usage state of one use item that is provided as an item for use that is executed by a user of a toilet, and a determination unit that determines that an abnormality concerning the one use item occurs in a case where a tendency of the usage state of the one use item is separated from a use tendency of the one use item in past.

Abnormality detection system

There is provided a bathtub apparatus capable of satisfactorily detecting an electrocardiographic signal even in a state where water is being discharged into a bathtub by a water discharge device. The present invention is a bathtub apparatus () including a bathtub main body (), a water discharge device () that discharges water toward inside of the bathtub main body and is provided above a first inner wall surface () forming a short side of the bathtub main body, and electrodes () attached to the bathtub main body to detect an electrocardiographic signal of a bathing person, where the electrodes are arranged on an inner wall surface of the bathtub main body, and are arranged closer to the first inner wall surface than a position (P) where water discharged from the water discharge device hits a water surface of the water stored in the bathtub main body.

Bathtub apparatus

A toilet seat device includes a main part, a toilet seat, a load sensor, a controller, and a memory. The toilet seat includes a seating part where a user is seated, and a support leg part supporting a load applied to the seating part. The load sensor is provided in the support leg part and detects the load applied to the support leg part. The controller performs at least a body weight measurement of the user based on a detection result of the load sensor. The controller includes a register mode and a normal-use mode in the body weight measurement. The register mode includes determining an estimated value for estimating the total body weight of the user from the seated load. The normal-use mode includes estimating a load value relating to the total body weight of the user based on the estimated value.

Automatic faucet

A water discharge system capable of preventing a mistaken detection to surely perform the stop of water discharge or continue the start of water discharge is provided. The water discharge system includes: a water discharge unit; a sensor unit configured to obtain information about an object to be detected through a reflected wave of a radiated radio wave; a control unit configured to control the start of water discharge from the water discharge unit based on a detective signal from the sensor unit; and a storage mechanics. The sensor unit is installed so that at least part of a radiated radio wave comes into contact with a discharged water flow discharged from the water discharge unit and receives the reflected wave reflected by the discharged water flow, and the control unit determines a state of the discharged water flow by checking a relationship between a first threshold set larger than amplitude of oscillation around a reference value of the detective signal in a water flow state in which only the start of water discharge from the water discharge unit is performed and amplitude of the detective signal received by the sensor unit.

Control of water discharge system by reflected wave detection threshold(s)

A urinal includes: a urinal body; a high-frequency sensor which radiates a radio beam obliquely passing through an upper surface of the urinal body toward a bowl and receives a reflected wave from an object so as to generate a detection signal; and a valve which discharges or stops flushing water to the urinal body in response to the detection signal. An angle formed between a first plane including the upper surface of the urinal body and a second plane including a radiation surface of an antenna of the high-frequency sensor is in a range of more than 0 degree to less than 90 degree. A cross line where the first plane and the second plane intersect with each other is substantially parallel to a horizontal direction of the urinal body. The radio beam is a linearly-polarized wave. An excitation direction of the radio beam intersects with the cross line. An intensity of the radio beam passing through the urinal body is larger than that of the radio beam reflected by the upper surface.

A water discharge system includes a water discharge portion; a sensor unit which acquires movement information about an object based on a radiated electric wave, and outputs a detecting signal; and a control unit which controls water discharge of the water discharge portion based on the detecting signal. When it is detected that the object is decelerated to a first threshold velocity or less, the control unit controls the water discharge portion to start the water discharge.

Water discharge system

A toilet system (10) with urine assay function is disclosed which comprises a toilet stool (12) having a toilet bowl (14) and a small urine-sampling cavity (52). A frame (42) is mounted on the toilet stool to support a testing sheet handling and transfer mechanism (30) which comprises a swingable carriage (46) and a slidable arm (50) supported by the carriage for linear telescoping movement. The carriage is swingable about a vertical axis (48) between a first position in which the carriage is oriented toward the sampling cavity and a second position in which the carriage is oriented to a lateral side of the stool wherein a disposal station is provided. The toilet system enables the use of testing sheets (32) which are made from water insoluble materials. Various other embodiments are also disclosed. The system provides a high degree of reliability of analysis.
