In a power-transmitting mechanism with rolling-element bearing according to the present invention, an inner ring has plural inner ring members disposed in series in an axial direction, an outer ring has plural outer ring members respectively cooperating with the plural inner ring members. Plural rolling elements are disposed between the cooperating inner ring members and outer ring members. A retainer has plural partitions retaining the plural rolling elements at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction such that rolling elements disposed between one pair of cooperating inner ring and outer ring members and rolling elements disposed between another pair of cooperating inner ring and outer ring members orbit the corresponding inner ring members in a synchronized manner, and a connector connecting the plural partitions such that the plural partitions integrally rotate around an axis.

Power-transmitting mechanism with rolling-element bearing

A gear transmission comprises a traveling load detection element including an upstream detection member, a downstream detection member and a biasing member. One of the upstream and downstream detection members is an axially slidable detection member which is axially slidable along an output shaft. One of the upstream and downstream detection members has a first engagement part and a second engagement part. The first engagement part and the second engagement part generate respective forces for sliding the axially slidable detection member opposite to the biasing direction of the biasing member. The forces are changed according to variation of the traveling load.

Gear transmission

The hydraulic steering mechanism according to the present invention includes an axle case, a first steering case, a second steering case, a first arm, a second arms, a third arm, a hydraulic actuator, and a tie rod. The first, second and third arms are provided to the first steering case, the second steering case and the axle case, respectively. The hydraulic actuator includes a cylinder and a piston for moving with respect to each other by an action of hydraulic pressure. The first and second arms have tie rod mounting portions to which the tie rod is mounted. At least one of the first and second arms has a first hydraulic actuator mounting portion to which one of the cylinder and the piston in the hydraulic actuator is mounted. The third arm has a second hydraulic actuator mounting portion to which the other of the cylinder and the piston in the hydraulic actuator is mounted. The first hydraulic actuator mounting portion is at a longer distance from axis lines of the differential yoke shafts than the second hydraulic actuator mounting portion in a plan view when the vehicle is traveling substantially straight.

Hydraulic steering mechanism and driving-steering-wheel support mechanism

An integrated hydraulic transaxle (IHT) comprises a hydrostatic transmission (HST), an axle driven by the HST, and a housing incorporating the HST and the axle. The HST includes a variable displacement hydraulic pump driven by a prime mover, and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump has a trunnion type movable swash plate. The internal displacement of the hydraulic motor is larger than the internal displacement of the hydraulic pump so as to increase the hydraulic deceleration activity of the HST. In the IHT, a mechanical deceleration drive train is interposed between the hydraulic motor and the axle. The mechanical deceleration activity of the mechanical deceleration drive train is reduced so far as the increase of the hydraulic deceleration activity of the HST.

Hydraulic transaxle

In a transmission for a working vehicle, a working unit includes a hydraulic power unit and a valve unit enclosed in a first bulging portion of a transmission case closer to an upper side or on a top surface thereof and connected with each other along a vehicle lengthwise direction. The first bulging portion is closer to a first lateral side along the vehicle width direction of the transmission case, while a hydraulic pump is located closer to a second lateral side. Hydraulic fluid is drawn from the transmission case, around a lower side of the hydraulic pump, through a suction port thereof, and discharged to a suction port of the valve unit. The hydraulic power unit includes a cylinder tube and piston, extending in the lengthwise direction, and a support shaft, extending along the width direction, which is supported by the transmission case and connected to a lift arm.

Transmission for a working vehicle

In a transmission for a working vehicle, a PTO input shaft is located with its rotational axis extending in a vehicle lengthwise direction substantially at a widthwise center of a transmission case along a vehicle width direction. A running power input shaft is located with its rotational axis extending in the vehicle lengthwise direction substantially at the same position as that of the PTO input shaft along the vehicle width direction and at a lower side of the PTO input shaft. The transmission case provides an accommodation space for accommodating a differential gear unit, which space is displaced to a first lateral side of the vehicle along the vehicle width direction. A running power transmission shaft is located on the front side of the space with its axis extending in the vehicle lengthwise direction, and the running power input shaft, the running power transmission shaft and the differential gear unit are interlocked to each other via a running power gear train.

Hydrostatic transaxle

A hydraulic driving apparatus for a wheeled vehicle including a prime mover and a pair of wheels comprises a stepless transmission mechanism for traveling which transmits driving force from the prime mover to the drive wheels so as rotate the drive wheels in a common forward or rearward direction, and a steering transmission mechanism including a hydrostatic stepless transmission including a variable hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to each other, wherein a rotational force of the hydraulic motor is divided into opposite directive rotations transmitted to the respective drive wheels. A switching valve is disposed between the variable hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor in the steering transmission mechanism. The switching valve reverses the rotational direction of the motor relative to the discharge direction from the pump according to a change in the traveling direction of the vehicle between forward and rearward, and divides a pair of oil passages between the pump and the motor into independent circuits which include the pump and the motor, respectively.

Hydraulic driving apparatus for a wheeled vehicle

In a power transmission arrangement, a working unit includes a hydraulic power unit and a valve unit enclosed in a first bulging portion of a transmission case closer to an upper side or on a top surface thereof and connected with each other along a vehicle lengthwise direction.
