Provided is a fiber-reinforced composite material shaping device including: core units; a shaping mold having a recessed portion for accommodating the core units; a seal member for sealing a fiber base material in the shaping mold to form a sealed space; an aspiration unit for reducing the pressure in the sealed space; a resin injection unit for injecting a resin material into the sealed space; and moving mechanisms for separating a first shaping surface away from the fiber base material, which contains a resin material that has been shaped by the first shaping surface and cured. Formed on the first shaping surface is a first groove section extending in a predetermined direction. The moving mechanisms move the core units along a predetermined direction in which the first groove section extends, while maintaining a state in which the first shaping surface is in contact with the fiber base material.

Provided is a forming device including: a lower die; an upper die for forming a laminated body along the surface shape of the lower die by pressing the laminated body against the lower die; a pushing force generating mechanism that generates pushing force for pressing the upper die against the lower die; and a control unit that controls the pushing force generating mechanism, the upper die has a plurality of forming members aligned in the longitudinal direction, the pushing force generating mechanism has a plurality of pushing force generating units connected to the plurality of forming members and configured to generate pushing force for pressing the forming members against the lower die, and the control unit controls the plurality of pushing force generating units so as to press a pair of forming members arranged adjacent in the longitudinal direction toward the lower die at different timings from each other.

A fiber-reinforced composite material molding apparatus includes a molding die, a bagging film that seals a fiber base material in the molding die to form a hermetically sealed space, an intake line that depressurizes the hermetically sealed space, and a resin injection line that injects a resin material into the fiber base material. The molding die includes a main body portion including a main groove that extends along a longitudinal direction and is connected to the resin injection line, lateral grooves that are formed at a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction and extend along a width direction, and a step portion that extends along the longitudinal direction and is disposed between the main groove and the lateral grooves, and a lid portion that extends along the longitudinal direction, is disposed being in contact with the step portion to cover the main groove, and forms a part of a molding surface. The main body portion includes a communication groove through which the main groove is communicated with the lateral grooves.

A method for molding a laminated body includes laminating a reinforced fiber base material on a molding surface of a molding jig to form a laminated body; attaching a pulling jig to a third lamination portion of the laminated body; forming a protrusive curvature part and a recessed curvature part in the laminated body by curving the laminated body along a protrusive curvature surface and a recessed curvature surface formed on the molding surface while pulling the end of the laminated body with the pulling jig; and densifying the laminated body by heating the curved laminated body while pressurizing the same. The reinforced fiber base material is laminated so that at least a part of a gap between layers of the reinforced fiber base material becomes a non-adhered state in a portion from the protrusive curvature part to the third lamination portion formed in the laminated body.

A method for molding a composite material obtained by laying up a fiber-reinforced base material includes: disposing a lay-up in which the fiber-reinforced base material is laid up, on a molding surface of a molding jig; covering the lay-up with a film to hermetically seal the lay-up; supplying resin toward the lay-up from a resin supplying unit; sucking atmosphere in the film from a degassing waterproof unit while blocking the resin in the film from passing to impregnate the lay-up with the resin; and discharging the resin in the film from a resin discharging unit after the lay-up is impregnated with the resin. The resin supplying unit is provided on the film side. The degassing waterproof unit is provided on the molding surface side and along one direction in a plane perpendicular to a laying-up direction of the lay-up. The resin discharging unit is provided at the film side.

The method includes covering the reinforcing fiber substrates disposed on the forming die and the bag surface-smoothing sheet with a bag film to form a sealed forming space between the bag film and the forming die. The method includes infusing a resin composition into the forming space to impregnate the reinforcing fiber substrates. The method includes curing the resin composition impregnated in the reinforcing fiber substrates. Warp yarns and weft yarns are disposed in a lattice pattern and, after placing the bag surface-smoothing sheet on the reinforcing fiber substrates so that the warp yarns and the weft yarns form acute angles with respect to corners of the reinforcing fiber substrates, the bag surface-smoothing sheet projecting from the reinforcing fiber substrates is bent.

A method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin molded article includes disposing a suction medium, a resin barrier aeration medium and a fiber base material in a cavity such that the suction medium is disposed between an end part of the fiber base material and a mold, and the resin barrier aeration medium is disposed between the suction medium and the end part of the fiber base material. The method further includes: impregnating the fiber base material with a resin by injecting the resin from an injection part, while reducing a pressure in the cavity by suction from a suction part; curing the resin with which the fiber base material is impregnated; and releasing a fiber-reinforced resin in which the fiber base material and the resin are integrated.

A method for molding a composite material in which a curved corner is formed between two planes by using a molding jig includes: shaping a laminated body in such a manner that a thickness of the laminated body is decreased from an outer side toward an inner side of the corner, by using the molding jig in which the angle formed by the two planes is a first bending angle, the laminated body including fiber sheets laminated so as to have the corner curved at the first bending angle; and shaping the laminated body in such a manner that the thickness is decreased from the outer side toward the inner side by curving the corner so as to form a second bending angle, by using the molding jig in which the angle formed by the two planes is the second bending angle smaller than the first bending angle.

A method of molding composite materials including shaping a laminate having fiber sheets laminated over one another, by bending the laminate in an X-direction and a Y-direction, in a three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system. The method further includes mounting the laminate that has been shaped, onto a mold material deformed in a Z-direction, impregnating a resin material into the laminate while adjusting an amount of the resin material filled in, and molding the composite materials that have cured such that the composite materials are shaped to have a first inclined surface inclined at a first inclination angle with respect to a reference plane in the Z-direction.
