A method for setting a policy for Over-The-Top (OTT) calls in a mobile network is provided. The method includes determining whether a cell of the mobile network has at least one neighboring cell of at least one roaming partner of the mobile network, and determining a bearer policy for routing OTT calls in the cell based on whether the cell is determined to have the at least one neighboring cell of the at least one roaming partner. The determined bearer policy indicates whether the OTT calls in the cell are to be routed on a dedicated bearer or a default bearer for connecting to an Internet Access Point Name (APN).

Roaming coverage evaluation is performed by receiving a roaming handover message including an error code, the roaming handover message identifies a serving cell and a touch point, verifying whether the touch point is accepting roaming handovers by retrieving roaming information from the touch point, retrieving a signal report from a terminal served by the serving cell in response to determining that the touch point is not accepting roaming handovers, determining a signal strength difference between a signal of the touch point and a signal of a cell neighboring the touch point, and mitigating coverage loss due to the touch point not accepting roaming handovers based on the signal strength difference.

Roaming coverage evaluation

To develop an antibiotic having a novel mechanism of action, the present inventors have searched for a compound that has weak cytotoxicity, the physical property of high solubility in water, the effect of inhibiting both DNA gyrase GyrB and topoisomerase IV ParE subunits, and sufficient antibacterial activity. As a result, the present inventors have completed the present invention by finding that a compound of the present invention represented by the general formula (1), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and a prodrug thereof have desirable properties. A dental adhesive containing an acidic group-containing radically polymerizable monomer, a non-acidic radically polymerizable monomer, a chemical polymerization initiator and a filler, as well as a 2,4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene. When the dental adhesive is used for adhering a crown restorative to the tooth, an excess of cement swelling from the surface of adhesion can be favorably removed, the curing time can be suitably adjusted without decreasing the strength of adhesion to the tooth, and a change in the color tone of the cured body can be effectively suppressed.

Aromatic copolyesters comprise 10 to 90 mol % of the repeating unit (I) and 90 to 10 mol % of the repeating unit (II): ##STR1## wherein Y.sup.1 and Y.sup.2 may be the same or different and are, for example, a lower alkylene group, a lower alkylidene group or a carbonyl group, Ar is, for example, a phenylene group or a naphthylene group, and m or n is zero or one, and the copolyesters have high glass transition temperature, heat resistance, modulus, moulding processability and mechanical strength and are useful for shaped articles in mechanical, electrical or medical applications.

The invention intends to separating a methyl derivative of naphthalene (2,6-dimethyl naphthalene or 2-methyl naphthalene) from a mixture material in a high purity more than 98 weight %. The starting material is preliminarily treated at a raised temperature up to 220.degree. c. at the highest and with LHSV of 0.1-6 Hr.sup.-1 in the presence of an acid catalyst usually used for olefin polymerization. The treated material is distillated to remove the polymerized impurities and to raise the naphthalene derivative content at least up to 50 weight %. And then the obtained material is subjected to the crystallization under a pressure of 500-2500 kgf/cm.sup.2 at a temperature of 80.degree.-150.degree. C. (for 2,6-DMN) or 10.degree.-35.degree. C. (for 2-MN).
