A power storage module includes at least one cylindrical power storage device, and a lower holder that holds a lower end part of the power storage device, wherein at least one concave part is formed on one of a surface of the power storage device facing a holding part and a surface of the holding part facing the power storage device, and at least one convex part fitted in the concave part is formed on the other.

Power storage module

A battery including: a battery can including a cylinder portion including an opening edge portion at one end portion of the cylinder portion and a bottom portion that closes the other end portion of the cylinder portion; an electrode body; a sealing member that seals an opening of the opening edge portion. The sealing member includes: a sealing plate; a cap connected to the sealing plate and electrically insulated from the sealing plate; and a sealing portion sealing a space between the cylinder portion and the cap. The cap includes: a ring-shaped top plate portion opposing the opening edge portion in an axial direction of the cylinder portion; and a side wall portion covering an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder portion. The sealing portion may be a gasket provided between the cap and the cylinder portion in a compressed state. The cap is electrically connected to the cylinder portion.

Battery

A cylindrical battery includes an electrode unit configured as a roll of a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate with a separator in between. The first electrode plate is an electrode plate to which one end of a first electrode tab and one end of a second electrode tab are connected, and the second electrode plate has the opposite polarity from the first electrode plate. Additionally, a case houses the electrode unit and a sealing member seals an opening rim of the case. The first electrode tab and the second electrode tab are disposed to project out from the first electrode plate at opposite ends of a winding axis of the first electrode plate. The first electrode tab contacts at a bottom portion of the case and the second electrode tab is welded at the opening rim side opposite the bottom portion of the case.

Oral disintegrating tablet

A battery module includes: a plurality of battery cells and a case for housing the plurality of battery cells. The case has a plurality of through-holes which are provided to a wall part forming an outer face of the battery module and via which gas ejected from at least one of the plurality of battery cells is discharged in a dispersed manner.

Battery module

A cell module includes unit cells and holders. Each unit cell has an outer casing configured of two laminate films and including a housing portion that houses a power generating element and a sealing portion formed around the housing portion. Each holder includes a frame-shaped base portion disposed on the sealing portion, and an extension portion extending from the base portion onto the housing portion, and pressing a main surface portion at a position separated from a curved surface portion formed between a side surface portions and the main surface portion that are substantially perpendicular to each other of the housing portion. A plurality of unit cells is stacked on each other with the holders.

Cell module

Provided is a battery unit capable of reducing the size of vehicle installation space by being more compact. A battery unit equipped with: a plurality of battery modules each containing a plurality of battery cells which are connected in parallel with one another, and each having a duct chamber for discharging gas emitted by the battery cells; and a fixing member for fixing the plurality of battery modules to the wall of a storage case in a manner such that the modules are integrally assembled with one another. The fixing member has an attachment part which attaches to a module case, and the attachment part includes an exhaust duct part for collecting and discharging the gas emitted into the duct chamber of each battery module.

Battery unit

A battery-affixing frame member includes a body plate section and duct-forming members. The duct-forming members are affixed to one surface side of the body plate section and are combined with the body plate section to form gas discharge ducts. The gas discharge ducts are used to discharge gas discharged from the inside of battery modules. The battery-affixing frame member is used to form a battery-affixing member for integrally affixing the battery modules together, the battery modules being arranged on the other surface side of the body plate section.

Battery-affixing frame member, battery-affixing member, and electricity storage device

A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells each having a safety mechanism, a cell case having a plurality of battery housing parts for housing the plurality of battery cells respectively in a predetermined arrangement, an insulating member disposed on one side of each of the battery cells, and a duct serving as a route for exhausting exhaust gas discharged from the battery cells. The battery housing parts have a plurality of openings for housing the battery cells. The insulating member has a through hole formed at a position facing an opening of the plurality of openings that houses corresponding one of the battery cells, and a lid part for closing an opening of the plurality of openings that houses no battery cell. The exhaust gas is discharged to the route of the duct through the through hole of the insulating member.

A battery module includes a plurality of battery blocks formed by arranging a plurality of unit cells in each block; and a hollow spacer placed between two adjacent battery blocks. The accommodation member and the spacer may be made of the same metal material. The spacer may be formed to include an insulation member for insulating two joined battery blocks from each other.

A battery module includes: a plurality of battery cells held in a case; and a collector plate disposed on one side or the other side of the plurality of battery cells. The collector plate includes connection terminals connected to a collector plate main body so that the plurality of connection terminals are disposed to face an electrode provided in each of the battery cells. In at least one of the electrodes, the plurality of the connection terminals facing the at least one electrode include a first connection terminal welded to the electrode and a second connection terminal not welded to the electrode.

A battery unit includes the following elements: a battery module that includes a plurality of battery cells and a gas discharge opening for discharging gas jetted from each of the battery cells; and a gas discharge duct in communication with the gas discharge opening and discharging the gas to the outside of the battery module. The gas discharge duct includes at least one duct outlet of which cross-sectional area of the channel in the duct outlet or the sum of cross-sectional areas of the channel in the respective duct outlets is larger than a cross-sectional area of the channel on the upstream side in the flow direction of the gas. The gas discharge duct also includes a temperature reducing member that is fixed to the periphery of the duct outlet so as to block part of the channel and reduces the temperature of the gas going through gaps.

A battery connection memberconfigured to connect a plurality of batteriesin parallel includes a main conductive path portionand a plurality of connection terminalseach configured to connect the main conductive path portionto one of electrodes of each battery. The connection terminalsinclude fuse portionsconfigured to be blown when a current equal to or higher than a predetermined value flows.
