Radioactivity exposure amount of workcraftmen is obtained through simulation by using an operation processor when the workcraftmen carry out work operation within an area under controlled radioactivity. The movement of the workcraftmen carrying out work operation in the area under controlled radioactivity is simulated by making use of layout graphic data relating to the area. The radioactivity exposure amount of the workcraftmen is calculated in response to the simulated movement of the workcraftmen. The operation procedures of the target work operation for radioactivity exposure amount calculation is outputted from the operation processor, when the calculated radioactivity exposure amount satisfies a predetermined value.

Method and apparatus for supporting the operation under radioactive rays

An electron gun for a color picture tube has beam generators for generating three electron beams and directing them toward the fluorescent screen along three paths which are parallel with each other on the same plane, and at least one pair of electrode surfaces each having three apertures centered with the three paths for forming independent main lenses so as to focus the electron beams on the fluorescent screen, the electrode surfaces being spaced apart from each other. Provided for the electrode surface are cylindrical shield members centered with the apertures and extending from the apertures in opposition to the opposing electrode surface. Outer ones of the cylindrical shield members have each an end surface inclined with respect to the center axis of the aperture so as to form inclined electric fields effective to converge the outer beams to one point to which the central beam converges.

Electron gun for color picture tubes

An electron gun for a color picture tube is disclosed in which three parallel electron beams emitted toward a fluorescent screen and arranged so as to define one and the same plane are focused on the fluorescent screen by a main lens, electrodes constituting the main lens are spaced apart from each other, the electrodes include at least two envelopes and electrode plates disposed at the confronting end faces of the envelopes, each of the electrode plates has a single aperture for transmitting a central one of the electron beams, the path of each outer electron beam is surrounded partly by one of end portions of each electrode plate, and at least one of the electrode plates is placed in a corresponding one of the envelopes such that the electrode plate is recessed from the end face of the corresponding envelope confronting the other envelope.

Electron gun for color picture tube

An electron gun used in a color picture tube having means for emitting three electron beams toward the fluorescent screen, and main lenses for focusing the electron beams on the fluorescent screen. The main lenses are constituted by two envelopes spaced out from each other and adapted to surround the electron beams, and two electrode plates located on the confronting end surfaces of the envelopes and provided with three apertures aligning on a line for conducting the three electron beams. At least one of the two electrode plates is recessed relative to another electrode plate and disposed inside the envelope, and the recessed electrode plate is structured such that non-rotational symmetry of the lens caused by the recess of the electrode is corrected.

An element in which only a single domain-wall can move sidewise, having a crystal plate of an irregular ferroelectric which is Z-plated at opposite surfaces and is then cut or cleaved in the &lt;110&gt; direction at its periphery and transparent electrodes for the polarization reversal provided at the central portions of the opposite Z-planes. Irregular ferroelectric element devised for single domain-wall motion

An element in which only a single domain-wall can move sidewise, having a crystal plate of an irregular ferroelectric which is cut in the Z-plane at opposite surfaces and is then cut or cleaved in the &lt;110&gt; direction at its periphery and transparent electrodes for the polarization reversal provided at the central portions of the opposite Z-planes. The element includes at least a domain configuration such that two nucleus regions of opposite polarities are disposed on opposite sides of the region, i.e., a domain having a stationary polarity, where the electrodes are provided.
