High-frequency signal transmission cable includes: a dielectric layer; and first and second wiring layers arranged to sandwich the dielectric layer. The first wiring layer includes at least M (M indicating a natural number of 2 or more) differential transmission lines. The first wiring layer further includes a group of first ground lines including at least 2×M first ground lines. The second wiring layer includes a group of second ground lines including at least M second ground lines. The group of first ground lines are allocated to the M differential transmission lines in accordance with a condition of at least two first ground lines per one differential transmission line in non-overlap manner, and the group of second ground lines are allocated to the M differential transmission lines in accordance with a condition of at least one second ground line per one differential transmission line in non-overlap manner. Each of the differential transmission lines is interposed between the at least two first ground lines and is opposed to the at least one second ground line.

High-frequency signal transmission device and high-frequency signal transmission cable

Provided is a technical system by which the impedance mismatch of the plug unit of a connector can be suppressed. A plug unit of a connector includes: a plurality of contacts; and a housing having a base portion provided with a plurality of through holes into which the plurality of contacts are inserted, and a header that protrudes from the base portion and is provided with a plurality of slits holding portions of the plurality of contacts exposed toward the header side from the through holes. A portion of the contact inserted into the through hole and a portion of the contact held by the slit are formed in a linear shape.

Impedance mismatch suppressing connector

Provided is a connector capable of smoothly performing floating while suppressing impedance mismatch. A receptacle unit of a connector includes: a fixed housing that is fixed to a substrate and has an opening portion penetrating through the fixed housing upward and downward; a floating housing accommodated in the opening portion of the fixed housing with a movable space and a movable space apart; and a plurality of contacts that are bridged between the fixed housing and the floating housing and have a support piece portion supported by the fixed housing, a support piece portion supported by the floating housing, and an elastically deformable elastic deformation portion interposed between these two support piece portions.

Adaptor for cable connector

A connector for a flexible conductor includes a connector body, a plurality of contacts provided in the connector body, an operator capable of vertically moving between a first position and a second position within the connector body, and a driver capable of moving between a first position and a second position relative to the connector body. The driver causes the operator to move vertically between the first and second positions correspondingly to a movement thereof between the first and second positions. The operator, in the first position, is in a position distant a predetermined spacing from the plurality of contacts so that a flexible conductor can be placed between the operator and the plurality of contacts, and, in the second position, is allowed to bring external terminals of the flexible conductor into contact, at a predetermined contact pressure, with the plurality of contacts.
