There is provided a notifying apparatus. A detecting unit detects a motion amount of an object from an image obtained through first shooting, the first shooting being carried out repeatedly at predetermined intervals of time. A converting unit converts the motion amount into a motion blur amount that will arise in second shooting, on the basis of the predetermined intervals of time and an exposure time used in the second shooting. A determining unit determines whether or not to make a motion blur notification on the basis of a predetermined notification condition. A notifying unit makes a notification of motion blur on the basis of the motion blur amount when it has been determined that the motion blur notification is to be made.

A suspension for a head slider includes a load beam. A base material of the load beam is covered with first and second elastic films extending on the front and back surfaces of the base material. The second elastic film is continuous with the first elastic film. The suspension is exposed to a high speed airflow. Vibrations induced through torsional deformation and/or flexural deformation are induced in response to the influence of the high speed airflow. Since the front and back surfaces of the load beam are covered with the first and second elastic films, the resonance to the vibrations induced through torsional deformation and/or flexural deformation can be attenuated based on damping performance of the first and second elastic films. The load beam is reliably prevented from suffering from vibrations based on torsional deformation and/or flexural deformation.

A protrusion is opposed to a head actuator positioned at the inoperative position in a recording medium drive such as a hard disk drive. When a larger impact is applied to the head actuator, the head actuator deforms by a predetermined amount, so that the protrusion receives the head actuator. The deformation of the head actuator is thus restricted. A collision can be avoided between the head actuator and the recording medium. The predetermined amount can be determined based on the space or distance between the head actuator and the recording medium. It is possibly easy to assemble and position the protrusion relative to the head actuator at a higher accuracy, as compared with the case where the overall planar surface must be positioned relative to the head actuator at a higher accuracy in the conventional manner. This leads to the production of the protrusion or displacement suppression member at a lower cost.

The present invention is directed to a multiplex radio transmission/receiving system. The system includes a plurality of transmission sections provided so as to correspond to a plurality of channels, and a plurality of receiving sections provided so as to correspond to the plurality of channels.
