A recirculating valve according to the present invention comprises a fuel supplying passage in fluid communication with a fuel tank and an engine, a return passage in fluid communication with the engine and the fuel tank, a communication passage in fluid communication with the fuel supplying passage and the return passage. A temperature sensitive displacement portion that is provided in the fuel supplying passage and displaces in accordance with the fuel temperature. An on-off valve closes the communication passage when the fuel temperature in the fuel supplying passage is above a first prescribed temperature, and opens the communication passage when the fuel temperature in the fuel supplying passage is below a second prescribed temperature, in accordance with a displacement of the temperature sensitive displacement portion.

Recirculating valve

A fuel vapor treating apparatus includes a lower valve casing and an upper valve casing. A float is provided in the lower valve casing and a valve portion is provided in the float for sealing the flow of fuel. A valve port is provided between the lower valve casing and the upper valve casing and is opened and closed by the valve portion. A vent passage portion is provided in the upper valve casing. A space portion is provided between the vent passage portion and the valve port. A valve portion of the float moves vertically in accordance with a liquid level in a fuel tank and opens and closes the valve port, whereby the fuel tank is brought into communication with the vent passage portion. A vent port is provided in a partition that separates the space portion from the vent passage portion. And, a second float is provided to open and close the vent port. The fuel vapor treating apparatus reliably stops fuel leakage from the fuel tank.

Fuel vapor treating apparatus

In the fuel evaporative emission controller, mounting of the piping is simplified, and the amount of piping such as rubber hoses is minimized, reducing the cost and the fuel permeation. The fuel evaporative emission controller includes a valve structure integrating a fuel-level sensing valve and a fuel cut valve. It further includes a vent line and an evaporate line both provided in the valve structure. In the fuel evaporative emission controller having the vent line connected to the canister, the valve structure has an opening for communicating the vent line and evaporate line with each other.

Fuel evaporative emission controller

An evaporative emission control system is provided which includes an upper valve casing defining a vent conduit, a lower valve casing disposed under the upper valve casing, and a float disposed within the lower valve casing. The float is vertically movable depending upon a liquid level of fuel in a fuel tank, and includes a valve portion that faces the upper valve casing. A valve port formed between the upper valve casing and the lower valve casing is opened and closed by the valve portion of the float. The upper valve casing defines a space between the vent conduit and the valve port. A flow restricting device is disposed in the space of the upper valve casing so as to obstruct flow of fuel from the valve port to the vent conduit.

Evaporative emission control system

A fuel vapor control apparatus halts deterioration in operating characteristics of a fuel control valve at the time of fuel supply and prevents fuel vapor from being discharged into the atmosphere through a filler pipe. The fuel vapor control apparatus prohibits fuel vapor from flowing toward a filler pipe by closing a fuel drop passage at the time of fuel supply. A fuel vapor control valve is configured as a diaphragm valve made of a flexible material, and a diaphragm holder moving integrally with the diaphragm valve is provided at the center thereof. Furthermore, the fuel drop passage as a communication hole is formed in the diaphragm portion at a location radially outward of the diaphragm holder, which is provided with an umbrella portion for opening and closing the fuel drop passage.

Refueling vapor recovery system with differential pressure valve

A stop valve structure that is accommodated in a fuel tank includes a casing, a float disposed inside the casing for reciprocating movement within the casing, a bottom wall defining a lower end of the casing, at least one hole provided along the periphery of the bottom wall, and a valve opening that is selectively opened and closed by the reciprocating movement of the float within the casing in accordance with a liquid fuel level within the casing. The float is provided with a tapered portion at the lower end thereof which becomes smaller in diameter toward the lower end of the casing. The float is further provided with a valve seat in an upper portion thereof. A valve mounting portion is disposed inside the casing and a valve element is mounted to said valve mounting portion. The valve seat cooperates with the valve element to selectively open and close the valve opening. These features ensure the operational stability and smoothness of the stop valve.

Stop valve structure

A diagnosis control valve unit, provided in a vent pipe extending from a carbon canister, includes an air cleaner casing, an air cleaner filter and a diagnosis control valve substantially contained in the casing. A valve element, a valve seat and valve driving components of the diagnosis control valve are disposed in an internal space of the casing and the filter. The diagnosis control valve is firmly attached to an end of the casing. A valve element and a valve seat of a check valve are optionally provided in the casing, firmly attached to the opposite end of the casing. A vent pipe may be connected to that opposite end of the casing, in place of the check valve. The diagnosis control valve, check valve, or vent may be detachably connected to the casing.
