A method of producing a metal mold is disclosed. A heat resistant sheet is forcedly brought into close contact with a product configuration surface of a matrix such as a wooden pattern, a resin model, or the like by making use of negative pressure. The matrix is brought into contact with a melt of a low melting-point alloy while that state of close contact is being maintained and the melt is allowed to cool as it is, thereby casting one part of the mold which makes up a pair. The matrix is then removed, and by using the one part of the mold thus cast as a new matrix, this new matrix is brought into contact with the melt of a low melting-point alloy via the heat resistant rubber sheet and is allowed to cool as it is, thereby casting a counterpart of the mold that makes up the pair.

Method of producing a metal mold

A washing liquid injection device comprising a pair of washing liquid injection nozzles. Each of the washing liquid nozzles is arranged on a window molding which covers the lower periphery of the rear window glass. A washing liquid conduit is arranged under the window molding. A portion of a washing liquid feed passage is formed in a molding retainer which serves to fix the window molding onto the rear window glass.

A device for preventing a tubular bushing assembly from slipping out of a hole in a bushing receiving portion, wherein the tubular bushing assembly is incorporated in a pivot coupling portion between two members, and includes an inner sleeve, a resilient member and an outer sleeve, the tubular bushing assembly being fitted under pressure into a hole provided in the bushing receiving portion provided in the other member of the aforesaid two members, so as to receive in the inner sleeve a pivot extending from one of the aforesaid two members. A flange extends from one end of the outer sleeve radially outward of the sleeve along the opening edge of the bushing receiving portion, and the flange is held between the opening edge portion and a holder member removably joined to a support member provided in the bushing receiving portion.
