Disclosed is a motor, which includes: a housing; a support plate fixed on the housing; an upper busbar holder holding the upper busbar and defined on the support plate; a lower busbar holder holding the lower busbar; one end of the upper busbar is connected to the lower busbar, and the other end of the upper busbar is connected to an external power supply; one end of the lower busbar is connected to the coil lead wire, and the other end of the lower busbar is connected to the upper busbar, the upper busbar holder has a first through-hole penetrating in the axial direction, the support plate has a second through-hole penetrating in the axial direction; the other end of the lower busbar passes through the first through-hole and the second through-hole, and is connected to one end of the upper busbar.

Motor

The disclosure provides a hollow shaft and a method for manufacturing the same. The hollow shaft includes: an outer periphery component having a cylindrical shape, and the outer edge of the outer periphery component has a polygonal shape; an inner periphery component having a cylindrical shape and is fitted to the inner wall of the outer periphery component; and a bottom component including a bottom plate and a cylindrical body, the extending direction of the bottom plate is perpendicular to the axial direction, the cylindrical body extends from the radially outer circumference of the bottom plate along the axial direction toward the outer periphery component, and the inner wall of the cylindrical body fits the outer wall of the inner periphery component. The outer periphery component, the inner periphery component, and the bottom component are separately defined components. The hollow shaft of the disclosure includes three separate components defined separately.

Hollow shaft and method for manufacturing hollow shaft

The disclosure provides a motor and a method for assembling the motor. The motor includes: a bus bar including a first portion of the bus bar and a second portion of the bus bar, the first portion of the bus bar and the second portion of the bus bar are defined separately; a first support component having a first support surface supporting the first abutting portion of the first portion of the bus bar toward the first direction; and a second support component having a second support surface supporting the second abutting portion of the second portion of the bus bar toward the first direction. The first portion of the bus bar further includes a first connecting portion, and the second portion of the bus bar further includes a second connecting portion. A distance between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is variable in the first direction.

Motor and assembly method therefor

A motor and a driving member are provided. The motor has a rotor centered on and rotatable along a central axis and having a shaft and a bearing holding the shaft to be rotatable; a stator radially opposite to the rotor; a coil winding around the stator; a bearing holder; a bus bar holder on one or the other side of the bearing holder in an axial direction; a substantially cylindrical housing having an opening on a top side in the axial direction. The rotor, the stator, the bearing holder, and the bus bar holder are in the housing. A power bus bar and a signal bus bar are integrally formed on the bus bar holder which axially pushes against and is fixed to the bearing holder; a circuit board and a sensor are between the holders. This structure reduces an axial dimension of the motor and miniaturizes the motor.

Motor and driving member

A motor for a driving device includes a rotor rotatable around a central axis, a stator facing the rotor, a busbar electrically connected to the stator, a busbar support to hold the busbar, a terminal bar including a first end electrically connected to the busbar, the terminal bar including a connection terminal at a second end and that is to be electrically connected to the driving device, and a seal to be attached to the driving device and located between the busbar and the connection terminal. The seal portion includes a through-hole into which the terminal bar is press-fitted.

A motor for a driving device includes: a rotor rotatable around a central axis, a stator facing the rotor, a busbar electrically connected to the stator, a busbar support to hold the busbar, a terminal bar including a first end electrically connected to the busbar, the terminal bar including a connection terminal at a second end and that is to be electrically connected to the driving device, and a seal to be attached to the driving device and located between the busbar and the connection terminal. The seal portion includes a through-hole into which the terminal bar is press-fitted.

A motor, may include a rotor having a shaft which has its center on a center axis extending in one direction; a stator which surrounds the rotor in the axial circumference, and includes a plurality of coils; and bus bars connecting coil ends extending from the coils. The bus bars may include a plate shape member bent in a thickness direction, a width direction of the bus bars being identical to an axial direction of the motor. Each of the bus bars may include a main body portion, and a coil end connection portion which extends from the main body portion and grips one of the coil ends at an opening that is open toward one direction within a plane perpendicular to the axial direction.

Motor and method of manufacturing the same

A busbar unit includes a plurality of busbars including a first busbar and a second busbar, an insulating holder in which each of the busbars is arranged, and an insulating member. The holder preferably includes a first groove portion including a first opening portion arranged to receive the first busbar, and a second groove portion arranged adjacent to the first groove portion and including a second opening portion arranged to receive the second busbar. The first busbar includes a first terminal arm portion arranged to extend across the second busbar, and the insulating member is arranged between the first terminal arm portion and the second busbar.
