A motion toy consists of a toy body and a power feeder. The toy body contains a driving mechanism for driving a movement mechanism and a fixed terminal on one side thereof. The power feeder is provided independently of the toy body and formed in a desired shape and has a connection terminal which can be detachably connected to the fixed terminal. The driving mechanism for driving the movement mechanisms is provided within the head of the toy body, and the fixed terminal is arranged within the mouth of the toy. The power feeder is shaped like a feeding bottle containing batteries, and the connection terminal thereof is shaped like the mouthpiece of the feeding bottle.

Motion toy

A toy with a swing wherein on a perch member of a swing a monkey toy member is mounted. The perch member has a switching mechanism and cells therein. The monkey toy member has a driving mechanism electrically connected to the cells, a swinging mechanism connected in association to the driving mechanism for swinging the monkey toy member forwards and backwards, a tail moving mechanism connected in association to the driving mechanism for curling and extending a tail of the monkey toy member, and a squeaking mechanism associated intermittently with the swinging mechanism for opening and closing a mouth of the monkey toy member to squeak. The monkey toy member is supported movably in the forward and backward direction on a base shaft secured transversely to the perch member.

A movable toy animal wherein an electric motor is set on a frame in a head and electrically connected to a battery in a trunk, gearing is operatively connected to the electric motor, an axially-movable change-over gear is meshed with a first output gear in the gearing and adapted to be engaged with and disengaged from a nose-driving gear, which is adapted to move a nose forward and backward and mounted fixedly on a crankshaft, a driving shaft having an input gear is meshed with a second output gear in the gearing, a cam disc is mounted fixedly on the driving shaft, the cam disc having on its inner side surface a projection adapted to urge a pressure-receiving portion of a slide shaft, on which the change-over gear is fixedly mounted, first and second cam plates of different shapes is mounted fixedly on both end portions of the driving shaft and connected operatively to operating members, which are adapted to move ears up and down, and a switch unit is provided in a rear portion of a head so as to constitute a part thereof, and which has a push element provided retractably and adapted to be pressed to actuate the electric motor.

A bird action toy in which a bird toy body capable of inclining forward and returning to the upright position on a perch and of performing such actions simultaneously as opening and closing its bill, producing chirping sounds and swinging its tail is detachably fitted over the supporting member through an adapter. The bird toy body comprises cam and a motor for driving the cam, the cam being engaged with the engagement rod projecting from the perch so as to incline the body forwardly and return it to the upright position. The perch serves as a case for storing batteries to drive the motor installed in the toy body.
