A cable includes a conductor, an insulation coating layer on the conductor, and an outer coating layer on the insulation coating layer. The insulation coating layer is made of a composition containing 100 parts by mass of a base polymer (A) and 100 to 250 parts by mass of a non-halogen flame retardant. The polymer (A) contains 70% to 99% by mass of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (a1) containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a melting point of 70&#xb0; C. or higher, and 1% to 30% by mass of an acid-modified polyolefin resin (a2) having a glass transition point of &#x2212;55&#xb0; C. or lower. The polymer (A) contains 25% to 50% by mass of a vinyl acetate component derived from the copolymer (a1). The outer coating layer is made of a composition containing 100 parts by mass of a base polymer (B) and 150 to 220 parts by mass of a non-halogen flame retardant. The polymer (B) contains 60% to 70% by mass of a linear low-density polyethylene (b1), 10% by mass or more of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (b2) having a melt flow rate of 100 g/10 min or more, and 10% to 20% by mass of a maleic acid-modified polyolefin (b3).

Cable

A noise suppression cable includes an insulated electric wire including an insulator that covers an outer periphery of a conductor wire, and a magnetic tape layer formed by transversely winding a magnetic tape on an outer periphery of the insulated electric wire. A magnetic body constituting the magnetic tape is cut out from a rolled material in such a manner that a width direction of the magnetic tape corresponds to a rolled direction, and the magnetic body has a magnetic property that is different between the width direction and an orthogonal direction to the width direction.

Noise suppression cable

An electric wire includes a conductor having a cross-sectional area of not less than 225 mmand not more than 275 mm, an insulation provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the conductor, and a wire sheath provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the insulation. The amount of deflection is not less than 130 mm when, at 23&#xb0; C., one end of the electric wire is fixed to a fixture table so that another end horizontally protrudes 400 mm from the fixture table and a weight of 2 kg is attached to the other end, and cracks and breaks do not occur when wound with a bending diameter of three times the diameter at &#x2212;40&#xb0; C.

Electric wire and cable

An electric wire includes a conductor having a cross-sectional area of not less than 290 mmand not more than 360 mm, an insulation provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the conductor, and a wire sheath provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the insulation. The amount of deflection is not less than 120 mm when, at 23&#xb0; C., one end of the electric wire is fixed to a fixture table so that another end horizontally protrudes 400 mm from the fixture table and a weight of 2 kg is attached to the other end, and cracks and breaks do not occur when wound with a bending diameter of three times the diameter at &#x2212;40&#xb0; C.

A non-halogen insulating wire with excellent flame resistance as well as high mechanical characteristics (wear resistance) and electrical insulation characteristics is provided. A non-halogen two-layer insulating wire includes: a conductor; and an insulating layer having an insulating inner layer which covers an outer circumference of the conductor and an insulating outer layer which covers an outer circumference of the insulating inner layer. The insulating inner layer is made of a first non-halogen resin composition which contains metal hydroxide and a base polymer (A) including polyolefin, and has a thickness of 20% to 58% of an entire thickness of the insulating layer. The insulating outer layer is made of a second non-halogen resin composition which contains metal hydroxide and a base polymer (B) including polyester resin and/or polyester elastomer resin.

Non-halogen multilayer insulating wire

A noise reduction cable includes a plurality of insulated wires, each including a conductor and an insulator that covers a periphery of the conductor; and one or more drain wires, each including a conductor, an insulator that covers a periphery of the conductor, and a magnetic-material layer provided on a periphery of the insulator.

Noise reduction cable

A noise suppression cable includes an insulated wire including a conductor and an insulation covering an outer periphery of the conductor, a shield layer formed on an outer periphery of the insulated wire so as to be polygonal in a cross section thereof, an insulation layer formed on an outer periphery of the shield layer so as to be polygonal in a cross section thereof, and a magnetic tape layer formed on an outer periphery of the insulation layer so as to be polygonal in a cross section thereof.

A method of manufacturing a noise shield cable, wherein the noise shield cable includes a conductor, an insulation provided around the conductor, a noise shielding layer provided around the insulation and a sheath provided around the noise shielding layer, includes providing an insulating material including a magnetic powder, pressing and then rolling the insulating material to form a sheet, and winding the sheet around the insulation to form the noise shielding layer. An aspect ratio of the magnetic powder represented by a maximum length/a maximum thickness is more than 10.

Noise shield cable and method of manufacturing the same

A shield cable includes an insulated electrical cable of a conductor wire sheathed about the circumference by an insulator, and a magnetic tape layer formed by wrapping magnetic tape about the circumference of the insulated electrical cable. The magnetic tape is a magnetic tape shaped by continuously cutting to constant width an elongated sheet comprising a magnetic material. The magnetic tape, on at least the insulated electrical cable-facing surface thereof, has grooves extending in the lengthwise direction, for accommodating at least one of pairs of burrs that are formed at both widthwise edge surfaces during cutting of the elongated sheet.

Magnetic tape and shield cable

A noise reduction cable includes an insulated wire including an insulator and a wire conductor, an outer circumference of which is coated with the insulator, a magnetic-material layer including a magnetic-material-containing member wound around an outer circumference of the insulated wire, a shield layer with which an outer circumference of the magnetic-material layer is coated, a magnetic-material-fixing-and-insulating tape layer that is disposed between the magnetic-material layer and the shield layer. The magnetic-material-fixing-and-insulating tape layer fixes the magnetic-material layer and insulates the magnetic-material layer and the shield layer from each other.

An electric wire includes a conductor having a cross-sectional area of not less than 135 mmand not more than 165 mm, an insulation provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the conductor, and a wire sheath provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the insulation. The amount of deflection is not less than 250 mm when, at 23&#xb0; C., one end of the electric wire is fixed to a fixture table so that another end horizontally protrudes 400 mm from the fixture table and a weight of 2 kg is attached to the other end, and cracks and breaks do not occur when wound with a bending diameter of three times the diameter at &#x2212;40&#xb0; C.

A shielded cable includes an insulated wire including a conductor wire and an insulation formed around the conductor wire, and a shield layer formed around the insulated wire and including a shield wire. The shield wire includes a tubular member including a conductive material and defining a gap therein, and a magnetic powder is filled in the gap.

Shielded cable

A noise suppression cable includes an electrical wire, a first magnetic material including a pair of first surfaces formed along an axis direction of the electrical wire and a convex portion projecting from the first surfaces, and a second magnetic material including a pair of second surfaces disposed on a periphery of the electrical wire, the pair of the second surfaces contacting the pair of the first surfaces such that a tubular shape is formed by the first and second magnetic materials. The first magnetic material and the second magnetic material are configured to generate a compression stress in the convex portion of the first magnetic material by receiving an external force so as to reduce a relative permeability of the convex portion.

Noise suppression cable, core assembly, and electrical device

A noise suppression cable includes a conductor wire, and a magnetic insulation layer on a periphery of the conductor wire. The magnetic insulation layer includes an insulating material and two or more types of magnetic powders that have different frequency characteristics from each other.
