A first connection portion is located on one side of a predetermined flow path member in a plane direction. The predetermined flow path member and another flow path member are bonded by brazing at the first connection portion. A second connection portion is located on the other side of the predetermined flow path member. The predetermined flow path member and another flow path member are bonded by brazing at the second connection portion. A brazing material layer extends over the predetermined flow path member, the first connection portion, and the second connection portion. A hilling portion is a portion of the predetermined flow path member. The hilling portion is curved to protrude toward a side on which the brazing material layer is provided. The hilling portion extends along a direction in which the first connection portion or the second connection portion extends.

Heat exchanger

A primary groove, into which a primary vane is slidably fitted, and a primary rotor-side suction passage, which conducts refrigerant of a shaft-side suction passage of a shaft to a primary compression chamber, are formed at a primary rotor. The primary groove is shaped into a form that extends from an inner peripheral side toward an outer peripheral side and extends toward a rear side with respect to a rotational direction, and the primary rotor-side suction passage is shaped into a form that extends from the inner peripheral side toward the outer peripheral side and extends and tilts toward a front side with respect to the rotational direction. A fluid outlet of the primary rotor-side suction passage opens at a location that is immediately after the primary groove on the rear side of the primary groove with respect to the rotational direction.

Cylinder-rotation compressor with improved vane and suction passage locations

In a cylinder rotary compressor, a shaft-side suction passage for circulation of a refrigerant is formed within a shaft that rotatably supports a rotor. A rotor-side suction passage is provided within the rotor so as to guide the refrigerant flowing out of shaft-side outlets formed at the outer peripheral surface of the shaft to a compression chamber. Furthermore, a rotor-side concave portion is formed at an inner peripheral surface of the rotor. A space provided within the rotor-side concave portion forms a rotor-side communication space with an appropriate shape and a capacity enough to make the shaft-side outlets communicate with a rotor-side inlet of the rotor-side suction passage, regardless of the rotation of the rotor.

A rotary compression mechanism includes: a shaft attached to a casing; a drive cylinder rotatably supported on the shaft; a rotor provided inside the drive cylinder; a transfer mechanism connecting the drive cylinder and the rotor in rotational motion at a constant speed; and a partition plate dividing a space defined between an inner periphery of the drive cylinder and an outer periphery of the rotor. The rotor has a second rotation center which is eccentric with respect to a first rotation center of the drive cylinder such that the outer periphery of the rotor is in contact with the inner periphery of the drive cylinder at a contact portion. The partition plate has a structure by which one end of the partition plate is let in and out in a vicinity of the inner periphery of the drive cylinder or in a vicinity of the outer periphery of the rotor.

Rotary compression mechanism

A cylinder-rotation-type compressor includes a discharge valve that is disposed in a cylinder and configured by a reed valve, a valve body portion that closes a discharge hole provided in the cylinder, and a support portion that couples the valve body portion with a fixing portion fixed to the cylinder. A shape of the valve body portion and a shape of the support portion are substantially symmetrical with respect to a line segment extending in a radial direction of a rotating axis. The valve body portion is disposed on a radially outer side of a connection portion of the fixing portion and the support portion.

It is an object to provide a fluid machine, which is simple in structure and in which lubricating oil containing smaller amount of the working fluid is supplied to sliding portions of an expansion device. The fluid machine has the expansion device for generating a driving force by expansion of the working fluid, which contains the lubricating oil and is heated to a gas phase condition. The fluid machine further has an electric power generating device driven by the driving force of the expansion device and generating electric power. An oil pooling portion is formed in a fluid passage, through which the working fluid discharged from the expansion device flows, such that the lubricating oil contained in the working fluid is brought into contact with at least one of sliding portions of the expansion device and the electric power generating device. And a heating unit is provided to heat the working fluid in the oil pooling portion.

A complex fluid machine has an expansion-compressor device, a pump, and a motor generator. The expansion-compressor device, the pump, and the motor generator are operatively connected and arranged in series. A portion of an outlet side passage formed in the fluid machine, through which the working fluid flows from the expansion device, is arranged adjacent to a portion of a pump outlet-side passage formed in the fluid machine, through which the working fluid flows from the pump, so that heat of the working fluid in the outlet side passage is transferred to the working fluid in the pump outlet-side passage.

Switch valve structure of fluid machine

A complex fluid machine () comprises a compressor device () for a refrigerating cycle () and an expansion device () for Rankine cycle () to collect waste heat from an engine () and convert into a rotational force, wherein the compressor device () and the expansion device () are arranged in a fluid machine housing (), but those devices () are operatively independent from each other. The compressor and expansion devices () are formed as scroll type devices, and each of the fixed scroll wraps () are formed at a common base plate () and extend in opposite directions.

Complex fluid machine

For integrally bonding a first member and a second member made of copper or a copper alloy by brazing, a paste brazing material composed essentially of copper (Cu), tin (Sn), nickel (Ni) and phosphorus (P) is beforehand applied to at least one of the first and second members. A base material is exposed at the whole or a part of a contact portion between the first and second members. Thereafter, the first and second members are assembled at a predetermined position, and heated at a temperature in a range of 600&#xb0; C.-800&#xb0; C. within a reducing atmosphere furnace. By the brazing method, an oxide film on the surface of the base material can be sufficiently removed, so that the paste brazing material can smoothly flow on the surface at the contact portion.
