A method for regenerating an adsorber which has a porous body and does not have an enzyme includes a dialysis step, in which the adsorber is connected to a dialysate circulation unit to cause uremic substances within a dialysate to be adsorbed onto the adsorber, and a regenerating step, in which the uremic substances which are adsorbed on the adsorber are desorbed by regenerating water that flows in a regenerating water flow unit. A dialysis system is equipped with the dialysate circulation unit, the adsorber, which is connected to the dialysate circulation unit, and the regenerating water flow unit. The regenerating water flow unit is connectable to the adsorber.

Method for regenerating adsorber and dialysis system

A lid that retains a pump tube which is elastic; a finger driving unit that is disposed facing the lid with the pump tube interposed therebetween, and that causes a plurality of fingers to sequentially move in the direction of contacting and separating from the lid; and a pump tube opening/closing mechanism that causes the finger driving unit to advance towards and retract from the lid, and that closes and opens the pump tube which is disposed between the fingers and the lid.

Blood purification device

This extracorporeal circulation cassette is provided with: a blood circuit () comprising a flexible tube and having a blood tube access portion set in a predetermined position in a device; a dialysate circuit () comprising a flexible tube and having a dialysate tube access portion set in a predetermined position in the device; a first panel () and a second panel () that are rigid and that integrate the blood circuit () and the dialysate circuit () while sandwiching the blood circuit () and the dialysate circuit () from both sides; and a window portion formed in a part of at least one of the first panel () and the second panel (), disposed in a predetermined position in the device. The blood tube access portion and the dialysate tube access portion are positioned in the window portion.

Extracorporeal circulation cassette

A blood purification device includes a device body and a cassette. The cassette includes: a casing that accommodates a removal water receptacle; and pump tube. The device body includes fingers, a driving unit, and a housing. The cassette can be attached to and removed from the housing of the device body so that the pump tubes are positioned between the plurality of fingers and the outer surfaces of the casing.

An adapter set that is attached to artery-side and vein-side shunt connectors-that are provided on a blood circuit. The adapter set includes: an artery-side adapter that has one end thereof connected to the artery-side shunt connector, has the other end thereof connected to a drainage port that is provided on the outside of the blood circuit, and thereby connects the artery-side shunt connector and the drainage port fluid tight; and a vein-side adapter that has one end thereof connected to the vein-side shunt connector, has the other end thereof connected to a supply port that is provided on the outside of the blood circuit, and thereby connects the vein-side shunt connector and the supply port fluid tight. The structure of the other end of the artery-side adapter and the structure of the other end of the vein-side adapter are different.

Blood circuit adapter set and blood circuit

A dialysate solution container includes a flexible first bag body. The dialysate solution container further includes a second bag body which has a mixing region for mixing a first powdered pharmaceutical agent and water at a lower end portion of a second interior. The second bag body further has a communication pipe that places the exterior of the second bag body and the second interior in communication, and a first filter which is in communication with a first interior of the first bag body. A first end of the communication pipe is capable of being connected to a dialysis circuit, and a second end thereof is disposed within the mixing region.

Dialysate solution container

A blood purification device used with a blood circuit includes an arterial-side line and a venous-side line attached to a blood purifier to which, at the ends thereof, the arterial-side line and the venous-side line are connected, the blood purification device including: a supply line connected to a supply unit which supplies a priming fluid, and which is capable of being connected to a leading end of the venous-side line; a discharge line connected to a discharge unit which discharges the priming fluid after use, and which is capable of being connected to a leading end of the arterial-side line; and a blood pump which is disposed upon the arterial-side line. By driving the blood pump in a state of the supply line being connected to the venous-side line and the discharge line being connected to the arterial-side line, the blood circuit and the blood purifier are primed.

Blood purification device and priming method

This dialysis-fluid supply system, which mixes a diluent and at least two drugs to generate a dialysis fluid, and outputs said dialysis fluid, is provided with: two tanks which mix the drugs and the diluent to generate the dialysis fluid, and store said dialysis fluid; a water supply device and a drug supply device which supply the diluent and the drugs to each of the tanks; mechanisms for outputting, to a dialysis device, the dialysis fluid stored in each of the tanks; and a control unit for controlling the driving of these. During output of the dialysis fluid from at least one of the tanks, the control unit sequentially switches the supply destination tank for the drugs and the diluent, and the dialysis-fluid output source tank, between the two tanks in order to generate the dialysis fluid in the other tank.

Dialysis-fluid supply system

Provided is a calibration method for flowmeters in a blood dialysis system, whereby highly accurate calibration can be performed even by omitting a reference flowmeter not directly relating to dialysis therapy. This calibration method comprises: while preventing outflow into a blood channel in a blood purifier, supplying a liquid to a channel, said channel passing through an inflow flowmeter and an outflow flowmeter; and then calibrating the inflow flowmeter and the outflow flowmeter correction whereby, at the time of liquid supply, a value measured by the outflow flowmeter is equalized to a value measured by inflow flowmeter.

Calibration method for flowmeters in blood dialysis system

A blood purification device for purifying blood drawn from a body and then returning the blood into the body, including: a pump provided midway along a fluid path through which blood or a dialysis fluid flows; a valve that is provided midway along the fluid path and closes or opens a part of the fluid path; and a control unit that causes a blood purification process of passing the blood or the dialysis fluid through the fluid path for blood purification, a priming process of driving the pump and the valve to supply a priming fluid to the fluid path before the blood purification processing, and a pressure reduction process of reducing pressure in a gap in the fluid path to a negative pressure state before supply of the priming fluid.

The blood purification apparatus has a control device () that performs a venous returning blood process S, an arterial returning blood process Sand a negative pressure applying process S. The returning of the blood is performed by substituting a physiological saline solution for the blood in the blood circuit. The negative pressure applying process Sreleases a negative pressure after applying the negative pressure to a flow route on an upstream side from an arrangement position of a blood pumpin the arterial blood circuit (). The blood pump () is in a normal rotation and an electromagnetic valve Vswitches over the physiological saline solution supplying linefrom a closing state to a circulating state.

Blood purification apparatus

A dialysate extraction device comprising a dialysate extraction means including an inlet port and an outlet port adapted to be connected to a flow path of fluid for flowing the fluid therethrough and a projected collection port for collecting the fluid flowing through the inlet and outlet port; a outer circumference wall part mounted on the dialysate extraction means so that it covers a projected end of the collection port and is projected therefrom; a connection member formed with a connection portion to be connected to the collection port and a fitting portion to be fitted into an inner circumference of the outer circumference wall part and adapted to extract the fluid through the collection port under a condition in which the connection portion is connected to the outer circumference wall part; and correction portions formed on the inner circumference of the outer circumference wall part for correcting position and attitude of the connection member relative to the collection port before a tip end of the connection member reaches the projected end of the collection port during insertion of the connection member into the outer circumference wall part.

Dialysate extraction device with projected collection port, mounted wall part and attachable connection member

A dialysate extraction apparatus which can reliably perform cleaning and disinfecting on an inside of a collection port without extending a separate flow route from an on-off device. The dialysate extraction apparatus includes a dialysate extraction device having an inlet and an outlet which can circulate a liquid, and having a collection port which can collect the circulating liquid; and a cap which is attachable to and detachable from the collection port of the dialysate extraction device and which can turn on and off the collection port. When the cap is attached, the collection port defines a guide route which guides the liquid introduced from the inlet to a tip a side of the collection port, and a discharge route which discharges the liquid guided by the guide route to the outlet side.

Dialysate extraction apparatus

A blood purification apparatus includes a blood circuit, a blood purifying device, a driving device, an air bubble detection device, and a connection condition evaluation device. The blood circuit is provided with arterial and venous blood circuits, to which needles are attached at ends thereof. The blood purifying device is connected between the arterial and venous circuits. In a blood purifying treatment after a priming operation, the driving device drives the blood in the arterial blood circuit in a forward direction, and drives the blood in the venous blood circuit in a reverse direction. The air bubble detection device detects air bubbles in a liquid flowing in the arterial and venous blood circuits. The connection condition evaluation device evaluates connection conditions of the needles to the ends of the arterial and venous blood circuits based on the detection by the air bubble detection device.
