Water treatment device

Provided are a water treatment system and a water treatment process, which are capable of reproducing water containing salts with high water recovery. In the water treatment system () and the water treatment process of the present invention, after a calcium scale inhibitor and a silica scale inhibitor are supplied to water to be treated containing Ca ions, SOions, carbonate ions, and silica, and the water to be treated is separated in a second demineralizing section () into second concentrated water in which the Ca ions, the SOions, the carbonate ions, and the silica are concentrated and treated water. In a second crystallizing section (), seed crystals of gypsum are supplied to the second concentrated water, whereby gypsum is crystallized and removed from the second concentrated water.

In a crystallizing section (), seed crystals of gypsum are supplied to the concentrated water, whereby gypsum is crystallized and removed. Silica in the water to be treated is removed from the concentrated water on the downstream side of the crystallizing section (). Calcium carbonate in the water to be treated is removed from the concentrated water on the upstream side of the demineralizing section () or the downstream side of the crystallizing section ().

In a water treatment system and a water treatment process, a scale inhibitor is supplied to water to be treated containing Ca ions, SOions, carbonate ions, and silica, and the water to be treated is adjusted to a pH at which silica is soluble. The pH-adjusted water containing the calcium scale inhibitor is separated in a first demineralizing section into concentrated and treated water. In a first crystallizing section, seed crystals of gypsum are supplied to the first concentrated water, whereby gypsum is crystallized and removed from the first concentrated water. Silica in the water to be treated is removed from the first concentrated water on the downstream side of the first crystallizing section. Calcium carbonate in the water to be treated is removed from the first concentrated water on the upstream side of the first demineralizing section or the downstream side of the first crystallizing section.

This invention provides a heat recovery and utilization system for efficiently utilizing heat recovered from boiler exhaust gas with a heat recovery unit without any complicated equipment or high operation costs. The heat recovery and utilization system includes: a boiler for electricity generation; a heat recovery unit for recovering heat from exhaust gas of the boiler; a heat exchanger for using heat recovered with the heat recovery unit as heat source for equipment other than for electricity generation; a heat accumulator for accumulating heat source for the equipment other than for electricity generation; and a heat medium circulation line in which heat medium circulates between the heat recovery unit and the heat exchanger to exchange the heat recovered with the heat recovery unit with the heat exchanger. Upon startup of the system, the heat exchanger preheats the heat recovery unit with heat source accumulated in the heat accumulator.

Heat recovery and utilization system

Provided is a water treatment device that suppresses the degradation of electrodes in a capacitive de-ionization treatment section and is capable of maintaining high water treatment capability. The water treatment device includes an activated carbon treatment section that receives an inflow of water having a total organic carbon concentration of 100 mg/l or less and adsorbs and removes organic matters contained in the water; and, on the downstream side of the activated carbon treatment section, a capacitive de-ionization treatment section including a pair of electrodes to which voltages having polarities opposite to each other are applied, a flow path, and ion exchange membranes. Ions contained in the water are adsorbed to the electrodes with voltages applied thereto, and voltages reverse to the voltages at the time of ions adsorption are applied to the electrodes to release the ions from the electrodes.

An amine recovery apparatus includes a carbon dioxide absorption section and plural water washing sections. The carbon dioxide absorption section brings the exhaust gas into vapor-liquid contact with an absorbing solution containing an amine compound and produces decarbonated exhaust gas. The water washing sections bring the decarbonated exhaust gas into vapor-liquid contact with washing water and sequentially recover the amine compound accompanying the decarbonated exhaust gas, while the decarbonated exhaust gas passes through the water washing sections in sequence from inlet portions to outlet portions thereof, respectively. The water washing sections have plural liquid reservoirs provided at the inlet portions of the water washing sections, respectively, and the liquid reservoirs reserve the washing water which is transported to the outlet portions of the water washing sections and supplied to the water washing sections, respectively.

Amine recovery apparatus and decarbonation apparatus having same

In a decarbonation process for removing carbon dioxide from a carbon dioxide-containing gas with the use of an amine compound-containing absorbing solution, an amine compound accompanying a decarbonated exhaust gas is efficiently recovered in the following manner: A water washing section is constituted in two stages, a first-stage water washing section and a second-stage water washing section . In these water washing sections, recovery of the amine compound accompanying the decarbonated exhaust gas is performed sequentially. Regeneration tower refluxed water is supplied as washing water to the second-stage water washing section . Washing water is withdrawn from the second-stage water washing section and supplied to the first-stage water washing section . Demisters and are provided at outlets of a carbon dioxide absorption section , the first-stage water washing section and the second-stage water washing section . An absorbing solution mist and a washing water mist accompanying the decarbonated exhaust gas are removed by these demisters.
