At least one of a horn or an anvil includes protrusions that protrude from a facing surface thereof. Two panel parts and a gusset part folded and interposed between the panel parts are sandwiched and compressed by the horn and the anvil. Two portions of the gusset part are welded to each other by ultrasonic vibration of the horn during the sandwiching and compressing.

Bag making method

An apparatus to successively make plastic bags, each of which includes an end surface provided with a spout, by employing the general feeding way of panel material, to be simple in structure, low in cost, high in speed, and to make it possible to successively make the plastic bags two by two. A folded portion is formed in a first web of panel material, an aperture is formed in a web of end surface material, a spout is inserted into the aperture, the spout and the web of end surface material being heat sealed with each other. The web of end surface material and the folded portion are heat sealed with each other while the web of end surface material and a second web of panel material are heat sealed with each other about the spout.

Plastic bag making apparatus

An apparatus is improved to successively make plastic bags each of which includes an end surface provided with a spout, by employing the general feeding way of panel material, to be simple in structure, low in cost, high in speed and to make it possible to successively make the plastic bags two by two. A first folded portion is formed in a first web of panel material. An aperture is formed in a second web of panel material. A spout is inserted into the aperture, the spout and the second web of panel materialbeing heat sealed with each other. The second web of panel materialis guided by a guide deviceto be folded after being heat sealed so that a second folded portion should be formed in the second web of panel material. The spout is turned over by the second folded portion. The second folded portion and the first folded portion are heat sealed with each other while the second folded portion and the second web of panel materialare heat sealed with each other about the spout.

A first body of fastener material is joined to a first web of panel material while a second body of fastener material is joined to a second web of panel material. The first and second bodies of fastener material are interposed between the first and second webs of panel material and aligned with each other after the first and second webs of panel material are superposed with each other. A third body of fastener material is joined to a web of side gusset material to be interposed between the first and second bodies of fastener material after the first and second webs of panel material are superposed with each other, the first and second bodies of fastener material being aligned with the third body of fastener material.

A method for manufacturing a sintered rare-earth magnet having a magnetic anisotropy, in which a very active powder having a small grain size can be safely used in a low-oxidized state. A fine powder as a material of the sintered rare-earth magnet having a magnetic anisotropy is loaded into a mold until its density reaches a predetermined level. Then, in a magnetic orientation section, the fine powder is oriented by a pulsed magnetic field. Subsequently, the fine powder is not compressed but immediately sintered in a sintering furnace. A multi-cavity mold for manufacturing a sintered rare-earth magnet having an industrially important shape, such as a plate magnet or an arched plate magnet, may be used.

Method and system for manufacturing sintered rare-earth magnet having magnetic anisotropy

A powder compaction method in which a powder p is filled by air tapping or other suitable method into a mold , then while the mold being filled with the powder, the powder particles are bound with each other without application of force from outside the mold to form a compact C, and then the compact C is taken out from the mold . This method produces a variety of shapes of the compact far greater than in conventional methods, and net shape manufacturing of products with complex shapes is made possible by this method. Because this method uses far less binder compared to MIM and PIM that are expected as methods for producing products with complicated shapes, the time needed for elimination of the binder is much shorter than in MIM and PIM.

The respective electrode plates are laterally offset so that side edges of the electrode plates protrude on the opposite sides. Collector plates are perpendicularly welded to the side edges of the electrode plates on both sides of the electrode plate group . Loose ends of the outermost negative electrode plates that are not welded to the collector plate are secured to the electrode plate group by a holding tape

The present invention relates to a packing method and an apparatuses implementing said method in which a material is packed into a container by an air tapping process in which the air-pressure state of the space comprising a container and a space part connected with said container, which space being loaded with the material, is switched several times from a low air-pressure state to a high air-pressure state alternately, while keeping said low air-pressure state equal to or higher than the atmospheric pressure existing outside said space, thereby preventing the material from getting blown up by the inflow of the atmospheric air outside the container and packing a material into said container homogeneously.

The present invention attains a microwave absorber attachment in a readily, rapidly and stable manner. According to the microwave absorber attaching method and structure of the present invention, a plurality of ferrite plates are bonded to a shield plate at an installation place such as the ceiling, a wall, the floor or the like; the base portion of a support rod is connected to the ferrite plates , causing the support rod to project therefrom; a microwave absorber is placed with its base portion placed along the ferrite plates ; the support rod 6 passes through a tip opening of the microwave absorber , causing the support rod to project therethrough; a covering tray allows for the support rod to pass therethrough to cover the microwave absorber ; and a fastening member is fastened to a tip threaded portion of the support rod , thus attaching the microwave absorber to the installation place. The gaps between adjacent ferrite plates are filled with a magnetic sealing agent.

Method for attaching radio wave absorber and structure for attaching the same

A method for packing a material includes air tapping material contained in a feeding hopper to pack it into a container which is to be filled with the material, and separating the material in the feeding hopper and the container into a portion of the material packed in the container where the material has a uniform density and a portion which is the material remaining in the feeding hopper. The air tapping process includes subjecting the space that is supplied with the material to be packed to air pressure which is switched alternately from a low pressure state to a high pressure state and back to a low pressure state or from a high pressure state to a low pressure state and then back to a high pressure state, in either case causing the material to be packed to a high density. The portion of the material remaining in the feeding hopper is separated from the portion of the material packed in the container where the material has a uniform density by a grid provided in the opening of the feeding hopper located toward the container. The container into which the material is packed may be the cavity of a die used in the die pressing of compacts, such as a rubber mold used in cold isostatic pressing.

Method and apparatus for packing material

A elastically and reversibly deformable rubber mold for producing powder compacts is made of a material at least a part of which is a mixture of rubber and magnetic powder. In use, this rubber mold filled with the magnetic powder and subjected to a magnetic field and pressure with punches, thereby compressing the powder to form powder compact. This makes the distribution of magnetic field in the cavity of the rubber mold more homogeneous, and therefore, the distortion, cracking and chipping caused by inhomogeneity of the distribution of the magnetic field are reduced, so that the shape of the resultant powder compact is closer to the end product.
