Disclosed is an image forming method including: developing, with an electrostatic charge image developing toner, a latent image formed on a photoreceptor in which a photosensitive layer is formed on a support containing aluminum as a main component; transferring a toner image on the photoreceptor onto a transfer target; and rubbing and removing the electrostatic charge image developing toner remaining on the photoreceptor after the transferring. The support contains silicon in a range of more than 0.6% by mass and 12.6% by mass or less, a shape factor of toner particles included in the electrostatic charge image developing toner is in a range of 0.800 to 0.970, and a content of the toner particles having a particle diameter of 2 μm or less is in a range of 5% by number to 30% by number.

Image forming method and image forming system

A toner set includes a plurality of toners, wherein the toner set includes a first toner containing a yellow colorant and a second toner containing a cyan colorant, the first toner and the second toner each contain a binder resin containing a vinyl-based resin and a crystalline resin, and a release agent containing a hydrocarbon wax, a content of the vinyl-based resin with respect to a total mass of the binder resin is 50% by mass or more, the first toner contains the crystalline resin having a moiety having a crystal structure and a crystal nucleating agent moiety having a crystal nucleating agent, and the second toner contains the cyan colorant that is a compound represented by general formula (1).

Provided is an electrostatic image developing toner comprising a toner base particle containing a binder resin and a releasing agent, wherein the binder resin comprises an amorphous vinyl resin and a crystalline polyester resin; a weight-average molecular weight of the electrostatic image developing toner is in the range of 50000 to 90000, when calculated from a chromatogram which represents a molecular weight distribution and is measured by gel permeation chromatography; a ratio of content of a resin component having a molecular weight of 100000 or more is in the range of 10 to 20% by area, in the chromatogram which represents the molecular weight distribution; the crystalline polyester resin has a melting point in the range of 65 to 85&#xb0; C.; and, a ratio of content of the crystalline polyester resin in the binder resin is in the range of 5 to 20% by mass.

Disclosed is a toner for electrostatic image development having excellent low-temperature fixability and high-temperature off-set resistance, attaining good image density, and having excellent homogeneity in image density. The toner comprises toner particles containing a binder resin which contains an amorphous resin (A) and an amorphous polyester resin (B) different from the resin (A) and a colorant, wherein the toner particles have a domain-matrix structure having the resin (B) as a domain phase dispersed in a matrix phase comprising the resin (A), and in a cross-sectional image of the toner particles, the number average domain diameter of the domain phase of the resin (B) having a domain diameter of 100 nm or more is 100 to 200 nm and an area ratio of the domain phase having a domain diameter of 500 nm or more relative to the total area of the domain phase is 0 to 10%.

Toner for electrostatic image development

Provided is a toner for electrostatic image development, having low-temperature fixability and long-term stable charge property and also having heat-resistant storage stability. The toner for electrostatic image development includes toner particles containing a binder resin. The binder resin has a domain-matrix structure in which a crystalline polyester resin is dispersed as a domain phase in a matrix phase formed of an amorphous vinyl polymer formed using at least a vinyl-based monomer. The amorphous vinyl polymer has a carboxy group concentration of not less than 0.2 mmol/g and not more than 1.0 mmol/g, and the crystalline polyester resin has an ester group concentration of not less than 0.1 mmol/g and not more than 7.1 mmol/g.
