The present invention provides an inter-bus-bar built-in capacitor capable of reducing the size of a capacitor used in an inverter or the like or downsizing the capacitor, and provides power equipment as well as a power converting apparatus. The inter-bus-bar built-in capacitor is provided between a pair of opposing bus bars and includes a high-dielectric-constant material which has a relative dielectric constant of at least 50 when a voltage of 1,000 V is applied at a temperature of 25&#xb0; C. Thus, it is possible to provide the inter-bus-bar built-in capacitor capable of reducing the size of a capacitor used in an inverter or the like or downsizing the capacitor and provide the power equipment as well as the power converting apparatus.

Capacitor embedded between busbars, electric power device and electric power conversion device

In a charged particle accelerator, voltage of several tens of kV is applied between accelerating electrodes. In such a case, electric discharge is sometimes generated between the accelerating electrodes. In the charged particle accelerator, part or entirety of the accelerating electrodes is coated with an electric discharge suppressing layer made of ceramics or alloy having a high melting point as compared with metal. When impurity fine particles are accelerated by an electric field and collide with the electrodes, the electric discharge suppressing layer made of ceramics or alloy prevents metal vapor from being easily generated from the electrodes and an ionized plasma from being easily produced, thus suppressing electric discharge between the electrodes.

Charged particle accelerator

A magnetic gear comprises a first permanent magnet field having a plurality of permanent magnet magnetic poles, a second permanent magnet field having a plurality of permanent magnet magnetic poles, number of poles of which magnet is different from that of the first permanent magnet field, and a modulating magnetic pole arranged between the first permanent magnet field and the second permanent magnet field and having a plurality of pole pieces to modulate the number of poles of the first and second permanent magnet fields. Non-magnetic bars are provided between the plurality of pole pieces. One ends of the non-magnetic bars are fixed to a first non-magnetic end holding member and the other ends of the non-magnetic bars are electrically insulated from and fixed to a second non-magnetic end holding member.

Magnetic gear

A totally enclosed motor which includes a rotor disposed inside a housing and a heat of the rotor is transferred to the housing, a stator disposed inside the housing and a heat of the stator is transferred to the housing, and an inner fin which is disposed in the rotor and agitates air inside the housing. The totally enclosed motor is cooled by a forced convection by an outer fan disposed outside the housing, or by a natural convention in the vicinity of an outer surface of the housing, and a shape of the rotor is different between one end side and the other end side of the rotor in an extending direction of a rotary shaft of the rotor.

The present invention provides an X-ray tube that improves and stabilizes a withstanding voltage performance and thus ensures the reliability of a product. The present invention is an X-ray tube comprising a cathode for emitting electrons, an anode for emitting an X-ray which an irradiation of the electrons emitted from the cathode causes, and a glass tube for confining the cathode and the anode in a vacuum, wherein an inside surface of the glass tube is covered with a glass thin film having a melting point lower than that of a glass of the glass tube and particles adhered to the glass tube by the glass thin film.

X-ray tube

A charged particle beam apparatus in which discharge is less likely to occur between a charged particle source, and an extraction electrode, and an acceleration electrode without the need for increasing the capacity of a high voltage power supply for extraction. The charged particle beam apparatus includes a charged particle source which emits charged particles, an extraction electrode which extracts the charged particles from the charge particle source and an acceleration electrode which accelerates the extracted charged particles. A surge absorber is electrically connected between at least two of the charged particle source, the extraction electrode, and the acceleration electrode.

There is providesd a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer having a high sensitiveness by simultaneously realizing a high uniformity of a static magnetic field and a high measuring sensitiveness. A sample tube used in the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is constructed in a structure in which the shape of a sample placed in a measuring space can be changed. The change in shape of the sample can be achieved by controlling the pressure applied to the sample. There is at least one surface of contact between the sample placed in the measuring space and a gas existing around the sample, and the shape of such surface is maintained by the surface tension of the sample. In this case, a central portion of a magnet, into which the sample tube is inserted, filled with a sterilizing gas having a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, and the sample having a surface of contact with the gas is maintained in a sterile state. A measuring coil used in the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is disposed on a rotatable curved surface symmetrical with respect to a rotational axis provided by a longitudinal center axis of the sample tube.

Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and method for operation thereof

In an NMR apparatus having an analog-to-digital converter for converting the voltage signal V(t) to a digital signal, a reference signal generator for generating reference waves which are digital signals, and a quadrature detector for performing a quadrature detection operation, a detection controller for changing a frequency of &#x3c9;r of the reference waves or a time interval of &#x394; which is a time interval between data points of digitized NMR signals and also a time interval between data points of the reference waves during detection is installed and furthermore, a storage device for preserving the voltage signal V(t) converted to a digital amount at least until the quadrature detector or the reference signal generator changes the frequency &#x3c9;r of the reference waves or the time interval &#x394; is installed between the analog-digital converter and the quadrature detector.

Nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus having a controllable detector

A nuclear magnetic resonance measuring apparatus includes an NMR probe head equipped with an NMR receiver coil and an irradiation coil, a preamplifier, for amplifying the NMR signal received by the NMR receiver coil, a coil cooling heat exchanger, for exchanging heat between the NMR receiver coil/irradiation coil and coolant, a preamplifier heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the preamplifier and the coolant, and a cooling device capable of cooling and compressing the coolant. Further, a first transfer tube is provided for transferring the coolant from the cooling device to the probe head, a second transfer tube for transferring the coolant from the probe head to the cooling device, a third transfer tube for transferring the coolant from the cooling device to the probe head, and a fourth transfer tube for transferring the coolant from the probe head to the cooling device.

Nuclear magnetic resonance measuring apparatus
