A foamer dispenser including a mesh filter that is disposed in a mixture flow path of a jet ring to allow a mixture to pass is provided. A connecting flow path area between a liquid flow path and the mixture flow path and a connecting flow path area between an ambient air flow path and the mixture flow path have the relation 2.8&#x2264;S/S&#x2264;3.8, and/or, a smallest flow path area of the mixture flow path is located on an immediately upstream side of the mesh filter, and the smallest flow path area and a flow path area of the mesh filter have the relation 4&#x2264;S/S&#x2264;10.3.

Foamer dispenser, and container with foamer dispenser

Disclosed in the present invention is a pump type dispenser which includes a pump held by a mouth portion of a container and configured to suction and pressure-feed a content liquid in the container, and a nozzle head having an internal passage through which the pressure-fed content liquid passes and driving the pump by being repeatedly pushed down and restored. The internal passage includes a vertical passage, a lateral passage, and a protrusion protruding toward an inner side in a joining portion between the vertical passage and the lateral passage, and a dispensing member disposed in the lateral passage includes a recessed portion which engages with the protrusion to prevent separation from the lateral passage.

Pump type dispenser

In a foamer dispenser, a depressing head includes: a head main unit with a top wall portion arranged above the stem and with an attachment cylindrical portion that extends downwardly from the top wall portion and is attached to the stem; and an exterior cylindrical portion that is provided beneath the top wall portion and surrounds the attachment cylindrical portion and the guide cylindrical portion from an outer side in a radial direction. An inside of the exterior cylindrical portion is communicable with an inside of the cylinder for air through an inside of the guide cylindrical portion. The head main unit and the exterior cylindrical portion are formed as separate entities and are fitted to each other. In an upper end portion of the exterior cylindrical portion, intake holes are formed that penetrate through the exterior cylindrical portion in a radial direction and open toward an upward direction.

Foamer dispenser

A foamer dispenser includes a hollow stem, an air piston configured to pressurize and pump air, and a tubular guide that is coupled integrally to the air piston, that defines an airway for air supply between the hollow stem and the tubular guide, that holds the hollow stem slidably, and that is configured to come out of abutment with the flange in response to sliding of the hollow stem, thereby opening the airway is provided. The flange is provided with: an outer annular wall protruding upward from an outer edge of the flange; and a guide rib located on an outer side of the tubular guide in the radial direction and configured to be guided by the tubular guide during sliding of the hollow stem.

A dispensing container that dispenses a liquid contained therein in foam includes: a container body storing therein a liquid; and a base cap mounted to a mouth of the container body. The container body is flexible so that a squeeze operation may be performed on the container body. The base cap is provided, on a top wall, with a nozzle forming a tubular passage communicating with a front end orifice. The nozzle is provided with a foaming mechanism for the liquid at an upstream end portion and with a through-hole in a predetermined position on a circumferential wall of the nozzle that is downstream of the foaming mechanism. The through-hole is provided with a check valve, and the front end orifice communicates with an inside of the container body through the through-hole.

Dispensing container

Provided is a foam dispenser that is capable of preventing water or the like from entering an air cylinder. In the foam dispenser, a liquid piston is fitted in a liquid cylinder portion, and an air piston is fitted in an air cylinder portion, and upward and downward displacement of the actuator causes a content liquid within the liquid cylinder portion and air within the air cylinder portion to be mixed and foamed and then dispensed from a nozzle, and a partition wall is provided with an ambient air introducing hole, and from at least a portion of a hole periphery of the ambient air introducing hole, a water entering prevention side wall portion stands for preventing water from entering the ambient air introducing hole.

Foam dispenser

Provided is a foam dispenser in which upward and downward displacement of an actuator causes a content liquid within a liquid cylinder and air within an air cylinder to be mixed and foamed, such that the foam so generated is dispensed from an outlet of a dispenser head. The dispenser head has a structure with a minimized thickness to thereby increase the dispensing amount. The dispenser head includes two members, i.e., a first member and a second member, that have special configuration for allowing the two members to be easily removed from a die and formed in a small thickness.

There is provided a safety cap which requires manual dexterity for a cover opening operation and is difficult for an infant or the like to open a cover, in which a safety function can be released, as necessary. In the safety cap configured such that a part of an outer circumferential wall of a cap main body is formed on an inward elastically deformable operating plate, a pair of engaging means and engageable with each other are provided on a peripheral wall of a cover connected to the upper portion of the cap main body via a hinge and at the upper portion of the operating plate, respectively, and the engagement is released by elastically deforming the operating plate inward so as to open the cover, the operating plate can be fixed to the cap main body or a neck portion of the container except for the operating plate by the fixing member in the inward deformed state.

This discharge container is a discharge container provided with a container main body, a discharge pump and a fixing cap, in which the discharge pump is provided with a cylinder member made of a large-diameter cylinder and a small-diameter cylinder, a piston member mounted on the cylinder member and a nozzle head. The piston member is provided with a piston, a poppet valve, a piston guide, an air piston, an air piston valve and a stem. The air piston is provided with an inner tube portion engaged with the outer circumference of the piston guide, an upper wall portion, and a sliding tube portion engaged with the large-diameter cylinder internally so as to slide freely. The stem is provided with a lower tube portion engaged with the upper part of the piston guide to form a gas-liquid mixing chamber including a ball valve internally at the upper part of the piston guide and also engaged with the upper inner tube of the inner tube portion so as to slide freely and a mesh ring mounted on the upper inner circumference of the air piston. The nozzle head is mounted on the outer circumference of the stem.

Discharge container

A container for a viscous cosmetic, in which upper and lower sections respectively positioned above and below an inner tray are air-tightly sealed off from each other so as to reduce leakage of a viscous cosmetic received in a receiving body from the upper section to the lower section.

Container for viscous cosmetic

A propelling container with an inner cylinder, a dispenser head, an inner plate, an annular sealing member, a rotator and a lid body. The rotator has a bottom wall part connected to a lower end of the connecting rod, and a circumferential wall part extending from a periphery of the bottom wall part along an outer face of the inner cylinder and surrounding the inner cylinder, thereby rotatably held by the inner cylinder. The rotator is provided with an elastic body repeatedly contacted with and moved away from a projection of the inner cylinder upon rotation of the rotator to generate a click feeling. A stopper is arranged on a base part of the screw rod and associated with a lower part of the inner plate when the inner plate is positioned at the lowest end of the content filling space, so that rotation of the rotator is prevented.

Propelling container

This discharge container is a discharge container provided with a container main body, a discharge pump and a fixing cap, in which the discharge pump is provided with a cylinder member made of a large-diameter cylinder and a small-diameter cylinder, a piston member mounted on the cylinder member and a nozzle head. The piston member is provided with a piston, a poppet valve, a piston guide, an air piston, an air piston valve and a stem. The air piston is provided with an inner tube portion engaged with the outer circumference of the piston guide, an upper wall portion having an air hole, and a sliding tube portion engaged with the large-diameter cylinder internally so as to slide freely. The stem is provided with a lower tube portion engaged with the upper part of the piston guide to form a gas-liquid mixing chamber including a ball valve internally at the upper part of the piston guide and also engaged with the upper inner tube of the inner tube portion so as to slide freely and a mesh ring mounted on the upper inner circumference of the air piston. The nozzle head is mounted on the outer circumference of the stem.

A pump for discharging bubbles is provided on a neck portion of a container body. The pump for discharging bubbles comprises a cylinder for liquid in which a first piston slides, a cylinder for air in which a second piston slides, a pump head on which a nozzle is provided and which is connected to the first piston and the second piston so as to drive the both pistons, a vapor-liquid mixing chamber in which liquid delivered from the cylinder for liquid and air delivered from the cylinder for air are joined and a bubbling member provided between the nozzle and the vapor-liquid mixing chamber. Liquid within the container body and outside air are pumped up to be joined in the vapor-liquid mixing chamber and the vapor-liquid is bubbled via the bubbling member to be discharged in a foamy state from the nozzle by depressing the pump head.
